通过调研分析大学生职业决策自我效能的差异与影响因素,结果表明,文科学生在职业信息收集的自我效能上弱于理工科学生,独生子女学生在制订规划的自我效能上强于非独生子女学生,家庭经济条件差的学生在收集信息的自我效能上弱于家庭经济条件较好的学生。其他方面则不存在差异。影响因素方面,对自己行为活动的评价、在职业方面获得的鼓励与支持以及在职业方面是否有学习的榜样,对大学生的职业决策自我效能都有显著的影响。

为探讨职业价值观、核心自我评价与大学生创业意向的关系,采用职业价值观量表、核心自我评价量表和创业意向问卷对333名大学生进行调查.结果表明:在性别和专业方面创业意向的差异显著,男生的创业意向高于女生,文科学生的创业意向高于理科学生;职业价值观、核心自我评价与创业意向存在显著相关;职业价值观中的声望因子对核心自我评价与创业意向均有显著影响,核心自我评价对创业意向有显著影响,核心自我评价在声望因子与创业意向间起部分中介作用.

本文以Crites的职业成熟度理论为基础,检验了高校非毕业班不同年级大学生的职业决策自我效能.结果表明,非毕业大学生中未确定职业发展方向的占多数,其中有半数以上对未来充满信心,但这种信心有一定的盲目性.不同年级学生的职业生涯自我决策效能没有显著差异."还未确定职业发展方向,因此感到迷茫"的学生在职业生涯自我决策效能的各个方面上都明显低于其他决策现状的学生.

身份认同是研究教师发展的重要维度.教师身份认同是教师个体与他人、环境关系互动过程中生成教师对身份的反思、判断及自我对职业价值观、职业意义再建构的过程和结果.本文采用跨案例分析方法,基于教师与变革、职业、学生、学科的关系框架,探讨社会转型期我国教师身份认同问题.研究发现,教师身份认同存在共性与差异性:共性体现在"小我"与现代社会转型的共振,即受自我与学生、学科、职业、社会变革之间圈际互动关系的影响;差异性体现在因地域与身份际遇差异教师个体对时代的感受度、对改革敏感度的感受不一,不同地域与身份际遇差异而产生不同的身份认同.总体来看,社会转型期教师要自觉将教师个体的"小我"融入国家、社会的"大我"中,又要通过不断提升"小我"以丰富作为教师"大我"的实现.
