A Blast Shock Isolation System with MRFD and Its Semi-Active Control Analysis

To effectively reduce the damage to people and devices in civil defense engineering subjected to blast shock, a blast shock isolation system with magnetorheological fluid dampers （MRFD） is proposed. MRFD can provide continuously adjustable Coulomb friction and has many advantages for semi-active control. Numerical simulation of this isolation system is finished using Matlab simulink toolbox. General semi-active control algorithms are consided based on instantaneous optimal active control algorithm. And the results indicate that the shock isolation system can work efficiently, decreasing about 93% of the peak acceleration of the isolation floor.

A new controller for the seni-active suspension system with magnetor heological dampers

A new sliding mode controller for semi-active suspension system with magnetorheological (MR) damper is presented in this paper. In the proposed sliding mode controller, a semi-active suspension based on the skyhook damper system is chosen as the reference model to be followed, and the control law is so determined that the asymptotically stable error dynamics occurs between the controlled state and the reference model state. Numerical simulations are carried out to study the performance of the new sliding mode controller. The results show that the proposed controller yields almost perfect tracking to the reference model and has a high robustness against model parameter uncertainties and disturbances.     

Experimental Study on Magnetorheological Damper for Semi-Active Vibration Control of Civil Infrastructures

Magnetorheological (MR) fluid is a kind of smart material whose rheological properties can be rapidly varied in magnetic field. To make full use of the advantages of MR fluid to devices, a model of double-ended,shear-combined and valve-typed MR damper is designed and manufactured, and the dynamic properties under sinusoidal excitations are experimentally studied. The experiment results show that the maximum damping force of the MR damper at the full magnetic intensity reaches about 20 k while the maximum power required is less than 50W, which predicts that the MR damper will be a powerful measurement for semi-active vibration control of civil infrastructures.

递归响应法对磁流变阻尼结构的时滞补偿

控制系统中的时滞现象是影响控制效果的不可忽视的因素。文章采用递归响应法对磁流变阻尼控制系统的算法进行仿真计算,分析在不同情况下递归响应法对磁流变阻尼控制系统的时滞补偿效果,并与主动控制系统进行比较。结果表明,递归响应法对磁流变阻尼控制系统有一定的补偿效果,对主动控制系统效果更加显著。

隔离措施是一种对于公民人身自由进行暂时限制的强制措施,在传染病防控实践中得到广泛运用。目前的实施过程中,存在隔离措施相关术语使用混乱、各种类隔离措施裁量标准不一、隔离措施实施失范、隔离通告制定主体合法性存疑、隔离费用承担方式不明等诸多问题。要更好地平衡公共利益与公民个人自由权益的关系,需要从制度层面规范隔离措施相关术语的使用,构建科学合理的隔离措施体系框架,具体化隔离措施相关规定,填补隔离措施实施的相关制度空白。     

实验室间比对病原菌分离鉴定质控考核分析

目的通过参加实验室间比对病原菌分离鉴定质控考核,提高实验室检测水平和对突发公共卫生事件处置的技术应对能力,保证检测结果准确、可靠。方法依据WS271-2007《感染性腹泻诊断标准》及GB/T 4789-2008《食品卫生微生物学检验》对模拟肛拭样品进行病原菌分离鉴定。结果检出小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌0：3型和福氏志贺氏菌2b亚型,考核结果为符合要求。结论实验室间比对质控考核病原菌菌株的鉴定应结合革兰氏染色镜检、生化试验和血清学分型综合判断结果。     

触电人身损害赔偿纠纷的管控--以贵州A供电局为对象

一类新的混沌系统及其混沌控制

构造了一个新的三维自治混沌系统,该系统含有四个参数,三个非线性项.通过理论分析和相轨迹图、分岔图、Lyapunov指数谱等非线性动力学分析方法研究了系统的非线性动力学行为.最后运用线性反馈控制法对新混沌系统进行控制,将混沌轨道控制到稳定的周期轨道,并给出了数值仿真结果,证实了所设计的线性反馈控制器的有效性.

水稻单片段代换系稻瘟病病圃鉴定方法的建立及初步分析

研究建立了一种利用稻瘟病病圃对覆盖水稻整个染色体组的单片段代换系群体进行稻瘟病抗性鉴定的方法，采用这种方法初步鉴定出197个与受体亲本华粳籼74有明显抗性差异的单片段代换系，这些鉴定出来的单片段代换系可用于水稻稻瘟病的抗性育种和抗性基因的研究     

基于LabVIEW和Simulink的过程控制工程虚拟实验平台开发

设计了针对典型过程控制系统进行的虚拟仿真控制平台,利用虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW和仿真工具Simulink进行平台的开发,通过Simulation Interface Toolkit(SIT)实现两者通信。该平台的系统开发选取过程控制工程课程中的典型控制环节,平台的功能包括:典型控制系统的流程图动画界面显示,后台控制器设计,以及实时参数和控制效果显示等。最后还设计了平台选择程序,实现程序的封装。该系统能作为过程控制工程的辅助教学软件,达到将实验环节引入课堂的良好效果。     

海蜇蜇伤致过敏、中毒性休克及多脏器功能衰竭1例

近年由于捕捞,海水浴场及旅游业的开发,被海蜇蜇伤者日渐增多。海蜇蜇伤后毒素可以引起皮肤瘙痒、皮疹、红斑、肌肉痉挛、呼吸困难等症状,严重者可出现过敏中毒性休克、多脏器功能衰竭,甚至死亡。海蜇蜇伤后早期用海水或肥皂水冲洗蜇伤部位、口服抗过敏药。毒素吸收后很快引起过敏、中毒性休克、DIC以及多器官功能障碍者,给予大剂量激素冲击治疗（常用量的30～50倍以上）对病情的转归至关重要。
