陕西省小城镇建设发展探析——以华县瓜坡镇为例

小城镇建设是我国城市化的重要组成部分,也是我国在金融危机过后经济发展的一个重要引擎。但是在实际的小城镇建设过程中,存在着大量的问题。瓜坡镇作为陕西小城镇建设的30个示范镇之一,具有一定代表性,本文通过对瓜坡镇的小城镇建设的调查研究,来探析陕西省小城镇建设中存在的问题,并为它的进一步发展提出建议。     

苏州市小城镇发展历程、现状及趋向研究

苏州市小城镇在改革开放前发展比较缓慢,改革开放后得到迅速发展,通过回顾苏州小城镇的发展历程,对苏州小城镇的现状水平和发展程度进行了定性和定量的分析,得出:城镇发展水平普遍提高、县城镇超前发展、小城镇综合功能显著增强、小城镇规模等级分化加强,最后对苏州市小城镇的发展趋向进行了探讨。     

小城镇大战略论

小城镇是指我国县、自治县所辖的具有一定工商业基础的、文化教育比较好的、人口比较集中的基层行政建制单位。对小城镇在社会经济中地位的认识 ,经历了从“小城镇大问题”、到“小城镇大政策”再到“小城镇大战略”的提升过程。这也正是我国经济体制改革不断深化、社会经济发展水平日益提高的结果。发展小城镇是实现我国农村城市化的合理选择 ;发展小城镇有利于实现乡镇企业的二次创业 ;小城镇是农村剩余劳动力转移的主体性载体 ;加快小城镇建设能促进农业产业化的进程。小城镇在社会经济发展中具有重要的战略地位 ,发展小城镇的对策有四个方面

采用社会调查、数理统计和文献比较方法．对鲁东南小城镇体育与健康文化发展进行了研究．结论是：现阶段影响鲁东南小城镇体育与健康文化发展的主要因素有小城镇的经济发展、现代化水平以及家庭与个人的生活方式．     

小城镇规划若干问题的探讨

“小城市，大战略”，科学地指明了小城镇在我国经济社会发展中的重要意义和肩负的历史责任。而要实现上述目标，搞好小城镇规划是当务之急、重中之重。笔者归纳了几点比较适合小城镇发展的规划思路，与规划界同仁及相关人士共同探讨。
