法制教育与道德教育——浅谈法制道德教育

加强青年法制教育与道德教育的极端重要性,是由于青年所具有的特殊社会价值所决定的.诚如江泽民同志所言:“青年兴则国家兴,青年强则国家强。”加强青年的法制和道德教育,提高青年的整体素质,实在是决定着国家和民族前途的大事及未来整体国民的素质。所以对其进行法制教育与道德教育就显得尤为重要。在教育的过程中,法制教育与道德教育是相互渗透,相互促益,相互推动,相辅相成的,对青年的法制道德教育更要双管齐下,综合治理。     

青年学生使用互联网状况的调查与研究

通过对河北省理、工、农、医、师范等10所高校和10所中学不同专业、不同年级的3964名学生问卷调查,了解了当代青年学生使用互联网的状况,分析了互联网对青年学生思想品德形成的积极与消极影响,并就如何发挥互联网优势,促进青年学生良好思想品德的形成提出了建设性意见。

石化企业青年人才选用育留模式探索

青年人才是企业的后备力量和生力军,青年人才的选用和培养应该与企业的长远发展、战略目标相匹配。当前,石化企业青年人才流失比例较以往有所增加,部分青年人才的综合素质与职位需求匹配度不高,满足不了企业的用人需求。企业应该改变传统用人理念,建立和完善青年人才选用育留机制。

随着2015年全民教育目标期限的临近,联合国教科文组织统计研究所于2012年和2013年相继发布了两份关于世界成人与青年识字率的报告。报告不仅概括了近二十多年来全球各国成人与青年的识字情况,还对2015年成人与青年的识字率进行了预测。文章从识字率、文盲人数、性别差异、发展现状与未来趋势等方面,对报告中撒哈拉以南非洲地区成人与青年识字情况的相关数据进行梳理和解析,提出识字情况可能给该地区带来的不利影响,如性别平等、教育与就业、青年失业等问题。

‘I have got too much stuff wrong with me’ – an exploration of how young people experience the Social,Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD) label within the confines of the UK education system

Young people whose behaviour does not conform to our expectations of how pupils should behave within an educational context have had a variety of labels attached to them including: Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The employment of such labels will shape how the young person is perceived by the adults surrounding them. This will not only have an impact on the relationships that are developed between the pupil and the educator but also how the young people see themselves in terms of their own identity. This paper seeks to give voice and explore the position of young people within the confines of their educational experiences. The paper draws on 13 in-depth case studies to reflect on how young people experience the SEBD labels attached to them by others and what pupils consider to be the main antecedents leading them to display behaviour which is deemed unacceptable in the classroom. The paper highlights the importance of providing opportunities for young people to have their voice heard to fill the gap between professional perceptions and those of the pupil. In order to truly understand why young people display behaviour that is considered difficult and how they experience the labels we attach to them we have to speak to young people themselves.

‘You don’t want to come out from the crowd because you are a girl’: gendered differences in young people’s participation in sexuality education in Uganda

Notions of ‘participation’ in sexuality education has gained considerable traction in recent years – with participation being regarded as a fundamental right and a critical means to empower young people. However, the notion has increasingly been subject of debate, with critics problematising the manner in which participation is operationalised, and questioning the assumed impact of participation in relation to sexuality education goals. This paper contributes to these debates by examining the under-researched gendered dimensions of participation of young people in sexuality education. It utilises data from a qualitative study conducted in 2015 on young women and men’s (10–15 years old) perceptions of their participation in the dance4life programme, an in-school sexuality education programme in Jinja district in eastern Uganda. The paper highlights subtle but important differences between young men and women’s participation in the programme, which are arguably reflective of existing gendered hierarchies. We conclude by providing recommendations on how to address gender differences in participation.     

加强和改进高校青年教师思想政治工作研究与探索——以新疆农业职业技术学院工程分院为例

青年教师的思想素质水平直接影响到高校大学生思想政治教育的实效,尤其是在新疆,更是关系到培养社会主义可靠接班人和建设者这一重大问题.本文阐述了近年来新疆农职院工程分院以课题研究为依托,在青年教师的思想政治素质、业务素质提高等方面进行的一些研究与尝试及取得的效果.     

高校青年教师学术发展:现实困局、关键要素与支持机制

以学术发展为核心的科学知识生产与创新是高校青年教师的生命线,其学术发展既需要个人努力,更需要外部支持。然而,由于高校青年教师处于相对“弱势”,其学术发展面临社会空间掣肘学术理想、学术评价制约学术能力发展、“激进”发展学术观带来“学术失落”等困局。基于此,有必要围绕社会软环境、政策评价体系、个人价值观等制约青年教师学术发展的主要因素,分析高校青年教师学术发展的要素体系,提出优化学术资源配置机制、改革学术综合评价机制、健全学术指导服务机制、完善学术激励保障机制等青年教师的学术发展支持机制。     

高校青年教师导师制存在的问题与建议——基于Z学院的调查与实践

青年教师培养与教育已成为高校师资队伍建设的重大课题。当前不少高校既借鉴了硕博研究生培养模式,又仿效师父带徒弟式＂传、帮、带＂模式,对青年教师培养实行导师制。基于对Z学院的调研,该制度能帮助青年教师成长成才,也暴露了一些亟需改进的问题,为此建议拓宽培养领域,延长导师指导期限,健全校级和学科两个层面的制度,加强对导师和青年教师考核,根据考核结果进行奖惩。     

The reproduction of privilege: young women,the family and private education

The paper examines processes of cultural production and reproduction among members of the elite and upper-middle classes. Drawing on findings from a study of private education in England, it explores the utility of a conceptual framework to examine how practices in and across different sites may be reproductive of various forms of ‘privilege’. Three domains in particular – family, the school and individual young women’s projects of the self – together shape key meanings and orientations informing young women’s lives. These meanings and orientations in turn connect to ‘privileging practices’, both within each domain and beyond. The paper analyses data from three young women in one of the schools studied to illustrate how the framework may be used to examine privately educated young women’s different orientations to the present and the future. Findings point to some of the processes through which class and gender privilege may be variably reproduced.     

Gender and sexuality in young children's perspectives of AIDS

Abstract

Responses to AIDS have often neglected children. Drawing on a qualitative study of young children aged 7–9 years, this paper draws attention to their understandings of HIV and AIDS. It is argued that young children are able to give meaning to the disease in ways that link to their social contexts, where gender inequalities and sexual violence are common. Sexuality is a key dimension through which they express knowledge of the disease. Young children do know the links between sex and AIDS, and connect vulnerability to the disease in gendered ways. To address the missing voices of young children requires coordinated efforts, requiring systemic responses which support teachers in initiatives to address taboo subjects like sexuality, as well as the pervasive poverty in which the children in our study are located.     

高职院校思政课青年教师综合素质现状分析及培养策略

通过对高职院校思政课青年教师综合素质的现状分析,对思政课青年教师综合素质培养的策略进行探讨,提出了三大对策：高职院校要建立配套制度,为思政课青年教师的成长创造有利条件;思政课青年教师要钻研业务,不断提高教学水平和科研能力;思政课青年教师要加强品德修养,努力增强职业道德素质。     

Reading and rereading 'Shrek'

This article presents the findings of a small-scale research project which aimed to enable young people to reflect on their childhood responses to the popular films, 'Shrek' and 'Shrek 2'. During the project the participants develop new readings of the films in the light of their own recent experiences both of life and of other texts. The research draws on reader response theories to describe the complex readings of the films made by two young women from Rotherham. These readings include an engagement with an element of the films' narrative structure, the relationship dilemma between the main characters. There was also clearly recollection of enjoyment of the animation style, the humour and the fairytale intertextuality of the film. However, the strongest response was based on more recent experiences and involved considerable empathy with the characters. This has important implications for both educational research and classroom practice. This paper argues for an increased recognition of the significance of children and young people's engagements with popular children's films as integral to their development as readers and creators of narrative texts.
