新课程实施与教育评价改革

为了适应新课程改革的需要,必须对现行的教育评价,从开放性、个性化和民主化的角度进行整体改革。突出评价的开放性,使教育评价成为能够适应新课程开放性特点,为新课程开放性服务,并促进新课程开放性进程的工具;加强评价的个性化,加强教育评价对每一个个体发展的关注,承认个体之间的差别和个体发展的多样性和丰富性,使其成为为每个个体发展提供有效帮助的工具;加强评价的民主化,使教育评价有利于教育民主的形成和发展,使其不仅成为一种评定教学、监控教学、指导教学的工具,而且成为一种促进教育民主化进程的工具。

在新课改大背景下孕育的生本教育以“一切为了学生,高度尊重学生,全面依靠学生”为核心理念,此理念指导下的课堂是学生主导的课堂,是具有开放性的课堂,是“动起来”的课堂。纪律管理作为服务于课堂教学和课堂评价的基础,被视为课堂管理的重要组成部分。生本教育理念与课堂纪律管理分别追求课堂的“动”与“静”,其本身并不矛盾,在生本教育理念下进行课堂纪律管理有其必要性和重要意义。为了维持中小学生本课堂的秩序,师生需要摒弃课堂纪律管理误区,兼顾“生本”与“管理”,从本质上把握生本教育理念下的课堂纪律管理动静结合、师生参与、有节制的自由和奖惩兼并的追求,合理使用课堂纪律管理策略,在促进学生自律意识发展的同时,提升课堂纪律管理的有效性。
