高职教育现行学生智能结构刍议

对高职教育现行学生智能结构以及其构成“三要素”的深入分析认为:高职教育现行学生智能结构缺乏科学性与可操作性;现行“三要素”没能准确表述高职教育的教育目的;形式上与普通高等教育没有区别,本质上没能反映高职教育的基本特征和本质属性。由此提出重新构建高职学生的智能结构。

在课程开发中 ,确定课程内容是关键。即让教育对象学什么、教给他们什么 ,这在很大程度上决定了所培养的是怎样类型、层次和规格的人员。一切类型和层次的教育 ,它们的课程内容都是由知识、技能和态度三要素所组成 ,只是基于不同教育的各自不同的培养目标 ,对于此三要素的选择和组合有不同的侧重和方式。因此 ,我们在确定高职的课程内容时 ,也就是在讨论高职的课程体系和课程“教学大纲”,乃至教材编写时 ,必须明确怎么样的课程内容对于高职是“最好的”、是最有价值的。本文试从课程内容三要素的选择和组合之价值取向的角度 ,来论述确定高…
