今年7月21日至29日,苏州教育学院学报编辑部主任骆伟里研究员应邀赴哈尔滨,出席由“新世纪中国期刊论坛”组织委员会、黑龙江省高等学校学报研究会、哈尔滨师范大学《北方论丛》编辑部联合主办的“新世纪中国期刊论坛”学术研讨会,并在大会上作了题为《质量是期刊的生命》的专题发言.《苏州教育学院学报》参加了研讨会组织的“2000年精品期刊展”,经组委会评审,在这次期刊展览中荣获精品期刊壹等奖.

我院物理系博士蒋杰参加南京大学有关纳米材料方面的研究工作　　我院物理系教师蒋杰博士与南京大学理学院物理系合作并参加有关纳米材料磁性、光学、电性方面的研究工作,该项研究是国家自然科学基金项目,共获研究经费300万元,课题组成员共有6人(蒋杰博士为其中之一),计划2—3年完成。纳米是一种几何尺度的量度单位,它的长度为一米的十亿分之一,略等于4至5个原子排列起来的长度。纳米材料中包含了若干个原子、分子,人们可以在其原子层面上进行材料和器件的设计及制作,是物理、化学、材料科学、生命科学及信息科学发展的新领地。目前,纳米技…

2007年自治区教育厅高校科研项目结题验收评审会在我院召开,在本次验收工作中,我院取得了优异的成绩,共有9项自治区高等教育科研项目结题,其中方建春教授、胡茂林教授,虎西山副教授、景天时教授、李院院教授的课题被评为优秀课题.专家组高度评价了我院在承担高校科研课题中所取得的成绩,充分肯定了我院在科研工作方面所做的努力,并为我院科研管理工作献言献策.

中文科举行八三届毕业论文报告会。科领导十分重视这次报告会,专门成立了毕业论文指导小组。十五名老师担任指导工作。从毕业论文的题目、提纲的确定,到论文初稿的写成,指导老师都作了认真的指导。     

BROADCASTING DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH IN KENYA

This article is the second in a series concentrating on educational mass media devlopment and research in East Africa. Kenya's use of broadcasting and notably radio, has been primarily in the formal education sector; emphasis is directed toward an analysis of the major projects undertaken since independence. The survey was conducted during 1978, while the author was Visiting Research Professor at the University of Nairobi. The review is mainly derived from published and unpublished reports to mid‐1978. Additional direct sources include numerous interviews with education, radio and television officials, mass media seminars, and field visits to schools and broadcast facilities in Kenya.     

BROADCASTING DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH IN TANZANIA

This article presents an overview of broadcasting development and research in Tanzania, since coming to independence in 1961. Particular emphasis is given to the role of radio as a primary stimulus to the recent mass mobilization campaigns, and its support function in the on‐going national literacy project. The survey was undertaken from June, 1977, to July, 1978, during which time the author was visiting research professor at the University of Nairobi. One month was also spent in Dar Es Salaam during early 1978, interviewing relevant officials and researchers and assessing unpublished reports. The review incorporates published and unpublished material to mid‐1978.     

DEVELOPING RESEARCH QUESTIONS THROUGH GRANT PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT

Developing good research ideas is both a science and an art. Teaching students how to select and then conceptualize the research idea requires both tools and practice. This paper discusses the identification of an appropriate research question and the refinement of it into a working research plan in the format of a grant proposal. The author has used the development of a grant proposal to demonstrate the linkages between theoretical models of aging policy and aging policy research in a master's level Aging and Public Policy Course. In this course students choose, develop, and refine a research statement in response to a request for proposal from an independent foundation. The theoretical knowledge cycle is used to discuss how these students learn over time to refine and reformulate their ideas into workable research questions. Students report that writing for a real funding entity allows them to develop both proficiency with the construction of a research question and research plan and develop expertise with aging policy.     

试论教育心理学研究方法的新发展

近年来,随着教育心理学研究目的与理论取向的变化,也随着研究指导思想的变化和具体的研究技术手段的发展,教育心理学的研究方法得到不断更新;理论价值取向上,出现了科学主义与人文主义整合的趋势;基础与应用取向上,越来越注重研究方法的应用性;具体方法上,传统的定量方法在不断完善的同时,定性与定量方法也不再是绝然对立,而是走向综合。     

WOMEN'S CAREERS IN SCIENCE AND RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

This introductory article by the Chairman of the Special Committee for Humanities of the Austrian Commission for UNESCO introduces the conference, the proceedings of which follow. The author gives a brief history of one of the co‐sponsors, the Institute for East and South‐East European Studies of Austria, following it with a few references to the admission of women to selected European universities in the mid‐nineteenth century. The question asked is whether or not a good university education suffices for a woman to be able to undertake a successful career in research and development (R&D).
