深圳市社会体育指导员现状与指导活动的创新模式研究

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对深圳市社会体育指导员现状与指导活动模式进行研究。结果表明:深圳市社会体育指导员群体经过10余年的发展,指导员数量少,且技术等级越高所占的比例越低,等级越低所占比例越多,城乡分布不平衡,高素质的指导员比例低;指导员的培训、管理、退出、激励和指导等各项制度均不完善,导致大多数指导员成为摆设,指导员没有充分服务于社会。针对发现的一系列问题,提出一些完善性的建议,从而为深圳市的社会体育指导员群体、组织及深圳市社会体育的可持续发展提供参考。     

辅导员开展大学生职业发展教育的措施探析

大学生职业发展教育是高校思想政治教育的深化和延伸,是高校德育工作的新途径。高校辅导员是德育教师,是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,这一宏观角色决定了辅导员必然是大学生职业发展教育的主要执行者之一。因而高校辅导员如何有效开展这一工作,充分发挥其特殊作用,成为需要认真探讨的新课题。文章试从加强自身培训、做好入学教育、抓好课程教学、搞好校园文化活动、创新教育新载体、创建实践体系、建立长效机制等七个方面来探讨。     

Exploring gender roles’ effects of Turkish women teachers on their teaching practices

The purpose of this study is to investigate how gender roles of women teachers affect their practices in the classrooms. Participants in the study were 75 female teachers working in elementary schools in Adana, Turkey. Findings indicated that gender roles of women teachers have important effects on their educational practices. Women teachers explained how their gender roles affect their profession mostly in terms of “also being a mother” in both positive and negative directions. The main points in teachers’ explanations were “being a mother and a spouse”, “stress”, “close relationships with students and parents” and “lack of authority and issues of confidence”.     

Development of PCK for novice and experienced university physics instructors: a case study

The current study assessed and compared university students' perceptions' of a novice and an experienced physics instructor's Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK). Two college physics instructors and 116 students voluntarily participated in this study. The research model comprised three workshops, mid-term and final evaluations and instructor interviews. The results showed that each instructor's PCK performance in four categories was slightly improved, though the difference was not statistically significant and only the category of Instructional Representation and Strategies (IRS) was found to be statistically different by students' evaluations of their instructor's PCK. The experienced instructor emphasized life examples and experiments, whereas, the novice instructor emphasized explanations and quizzes. Furthermore, the PCK questionnaire provided university instructors with adequate information so the instructors could receive students' feedback as available sources to reflect on their teaching to improve their quality of teaching. Research implications of this study are provided along with suggestions for future research.     

儒家人本思想及其对高校辅导员工作的启示

儒家的人本思想主要体现在为人、待人、治人之道三大方面,强调实际管理中关心人、爱护人,展现"仁政德治"、"和为贵"等思想,有不少可资高校思想政治辅导员借鉴之处,如"为政以德",充分发挥管理职能;重视人,"仁者爱人"、"宽以待人;"充分发挥每一个人的作用,"举直错枉""用人之长、人尽其材"和施行"仁政"等方面。高校辅导员可以在儒家人本思想这些原则性的教导中得到启示,并结合实践,以达到教书育人的真正目的。

变革时代呼唤新型的教师教育,新型教师教育的核心在于教师角色的转换。当代中国教师角色转化的四大趋势是：从“传授”向“促进”转变;从“权威”向“合作”转变;从“复述”向“研究”转变;从“技术操作范式”向“人性化范式”转变。

How Moroccan mothers and fathers view child development and their role in their children's education

Despite the documented importance of parental engagement in early learning, little is known about how parents in the Middle East and North Africa understand child development. To inform the literature, a small-scale study involving four focus groups was conducted with parents of children aged six years and under living in Casablanca. The purpose of this study was to explore parents' understanding of and support for their children's early development. Results reveal that parents see a vital role for themselves in their children's upbringing as supporters and nurturers, but little role as teachers. Across different education and income levels, parents in this small-scale qualitative study believe that children's experiences in their first years of life do not affect their longer-term intellectual development or school success and see little value in early intellectual stimulation or formal preschool education. Our results suggest that parents need to understand their role as their child's first educators. Also, it is essential that parents are taught how to promote their children's early cognitive development without undermining their nurturing roles.     

抗战期间《妇女之路》对女性社会角色的建构

中国妇女的解放过程一直伴随着性别角色的转型。抗战前期,在民族主义号召下,大批妇女走出厨房,投身社会。但抗战进入相持阶段,国统区内传统思想泛起,保守派以传统性别分工制度为理论基础,试图将妇女"赶回厨房"。中共直接领导的《妇女之路》与传统思想针锋相对,构建了在抗战救国时期妇女的社会角色,推动了国统区妇女的思想解放。     

发挥导师在大学生职业生涯规划中的作用

在大学生职业生涯规划中,导师具有如下作用：一是行业性的指导,可以激发学生职业规划意识;二是个性化的指导,引导学生自我评估;三是专业化的指导,启迪学生分析职业环境;四是职业理想的指导,引领学生树立奋斗目标;五是社会实践的指导,使学生获取职业经验;六是职业资格应试的指导,培养学生职业技能;七是反馈评估的指导,促使学生完善规划方案;八是开展毕业生的跟踪调查,继续指导职业生涯规划。     

A case study: Cultural preferences concerning the willingness of Batswana students to use ICT in distance education at North-West University

This investigation was conceived of as fundamentally interpretative and designed within the framework of hermeneutic phenomenology as it focuses particularly on the world as it is lived and experienced by Batswana Advanced Certificate in Education (ACE) students in order to determine the views of these students regarding their willingness to use Information Communication Technology (ICT) in Distance Education (DE). For this article, the researcher also undertook an interpretivistic hermeneutic analysis of Social Capital Theory in order to identify directions and norms which could serve as benchmarks to establish whether DE at the North-West University (NWU) could contribute to the structure of social capital. When implementing technology in DE, a sense of community should be created within which Batswana DE ACE students can function in a social structure and where a sense of social cohesion and interconnectedness prevails, as well as a sense of belonging Technology (whiteboards etc.) in DE should consequently be implemented according to the needs and skills of these students.     

Supporting small-group learning using multiple Web 2.0 tools: A case study in the higher education context

In this single-case study, small groups of learners were supported by use of multiple social software tools and face-to-face activities in the context of higher education. The aim of the study was to explore how designed learning activities contribute to students' learning outcomes by studying probabilistic dependencies between the variables. Explorative Bayesian classification analysis revealed that the best predictors of good learning outcomes were wiki-related activities. According to the Bayesian dependency model, students who were active in conceptualizing issues by taking photos were also active blog reflectors and collaborative knowledge builders in their group. In general, the results indicated that interaction between individual and collective actions likely increased individual knowledge acquisition during the course.     

British Asian women and the costs of higher education in England

This article will examine Asian women’s experiences of financial support in higher education. The article is based on 30 in-depth interviews with Asian women who were studying at a ‘new’ (post-1992) university in the South East of England. Women identified themselves as Muslim, Hindu and Sikh. The findings reveal that women’s religious and cultural background affects their attitudes towards financial support whilst at university. Through their participation in higher education, women are able to use their social and ethnic capital to enable them to receive financial and other kinds of support necessary for their success in higher education.     

Conditions for linking school mathematics and moral education: A case study

In recent years the mathematics education research community has undergone a social turn towards a greater interest in the values and broader educational purposes of mathematics education, including issues of social justice and citizenship education. Building on these developing interests, this paper presents a conceptual framework that links the teaching of school mathematics with moral education. Then, in a case study involving two countries, England and Canada, this framework is used to explore the affordances and constraints faced by mathematics teachers in those countries if they want to intentionally practice moral education in the classroom.     

The Application of Social Role Theory in the Practice of Ethical Education in Schools

清代徽商家庭教育个案研究--以《先府君行述》为考察的中心

从汪由敦所撰的《先府君行述》可看出,徽商汪青城不仅重视教子,而且善于教子,在妻子龚孺人的积极配合下,儿子汪由敦业儒入仕,成为当时著名的封建官员。汪青城家庭教育是清代徽商家庭教育的范例,通过解剖可以窥见徽商家庭教育之一斑。
