游客体验视角下的风景名胜区衰落研究——以红枫湖为例

我国一些风景名胜区的旅游业在经历了早期的快速成长后,近年来步入了衰退期,表现为游客人次减少,经济效益下滑。从旅游体验视角出发,以贵阳市红枫湖为例,对风景名胜区旅游业衰落的原因进行探讨,寻求在现实状况下风景名胜区旅游业进一步发展的途径。     

论南通狼山风景名胜区的开发

南通狼山风景名胜区地处南通城南七公里的长江边,是国家旅游局审核评定的4A级风景名胜区,总面积5.12平方公里。区内旅游资源丰富,类型多样,但由于受到认识、交通、通讯、环保等因素的影响,这些旅游资源未能合理的开发利用。该文分析了狼山风景名胜区的旅游资源,并对其开发提出了切实的建议。

完善我国风景名胜区管理体制的法律对策

可持续发展是联合国环境与发展大会确立的未来共同发展战略，《中国21世纪议程——中国21世纪人口、环境与发展白皮书》提出了我国的可持续发展战略、对策及行动方案。目前我国风景名胜区的管理主要依据国务院1985年颁布的《风景名胜区管理暂行条例》及实施办法，暂行20年，其中的一些内容已明显不适应当前风景名胜区的可持续发展。因此，制定一部《风景名胜区法》，已成为我国风景名胜区实施可持续发展战略的当务之急。
