中学生涯教育研究

在中学阶段进行生涯教育,对学生、学校、社会都具有重要意义。中学生涯教育包括两大内容:一是生涯教育的本体认识,回答什么是生涯教育,且与终身教育、职业教育、生涯辅导等相关概念进行区别;二是如何实施生涯教育,根据生涯教育的本体概念提出“一体双翼”的方法论,即以学生为本体,帮助学生自我认知;坚持心理指导与课程手段相结合,用心理理论进行生涯教育,同时结合具体课程把生涯教育落实到实处。     

基于综合实践活动中学生涯教育课程建构的逻辑向度

当前生涯教育价值被轻视、注重形式轻视实质,且学校生涯教育制度失范,导致中学生涯教育课程边缘化、狭窄化和建构主体单薄化.为应对此问题,中学可以以综合实践活动为载体,通过“跨学科学习”“从体验中学”“研学结合”的方式推进生涯教育,最终实现学生的知识与能力、个性与共性、自我与社会统一且和谐发展.西南大学附属中学依照此理念,基于不同学段学生的身心发展特点定位适切的中学生涯教育课程目标,设置生涯认知的基础课程、生涯交往合作的促进课程和生涯发展规划的主干课程,遵循生涯教育课程实施的探究性原则、实践性原则和发展性原则,采取学生自我评价和课程效果评价相结合的评价策略,为中学生涯教育的课程建构提供参考.     

乡镇初中生涯发展课程的开发与实施

本课程开发是根据本校学生特点自主探索,并在实验班和对照班实施,以线上线下相结合、课堂与实践活动相结合的形式在实验班开展生涯发展课程,并以学生的生涯自我概念、生涯成熟度评价学生的生涯发展课程是否有效,同时进行多元化的课程评价,如学生成长档案袋等,达到学生生涯教育的目的。经过一年多的实验,结果显示:实验班的生涯自我概念和生涯成熟度有了很大提高,与对照班相比差异显著,实验班在前后测评中生涯自我概念和生涯成熟度也差异显著,这证明了本次课程有效地指导了学生生涯发展。     

英国生涯教育简介

英国的生涯教育,是指指导年轻人在其一生中做出各种决策井帮助他们为实施自己的决策而做准备的教育。生涯教育与指导不是国家课程中的单一学科,而是贯穿于学校教育的一个课程领域。学校生涯教育发展的总体要求有以下几个方面：（1）发展生涯教育管理技能。学校必须在课程框架内规划和协调生涯教育活动计划,帮助学生为未来学习和工作做出决策。     

生涯教育校本课程的设计与开发

当前我国的教育正面临着转型,正由知识教育走向人的发展的教育,而从创新育人方式和提高教学质量出发,生涯教育是深化教学和课程改革的一个重要切入口,再加上新高考政策的落地,在高中阶段很有必要开展生涯教育。而生涯教育校本课程是各中学实施生涯教育的主阵地,承担着唤醒学生生涯意识、帮助学生了解自己、掌握外部世界探索方法等重要任务,但由于在高中阶段开设生涯教育课程是一个相对新鲜的事物,还面临很多的问题。本文以湖南省长沙市铁路第一中学生涯教育校本课程开发为例,探索生涯教育校本课程开发的有效途径。     

由高中生涯教育谈心理健康教师专业成长

学校心理健康教师不仅注重培养学生的健康心理,也关注学生的终身发展。2004年开始,在课题研究引领和多年实践积淀的基础上,开发实施高中学生生涯教育校本课程,研发运作高中学生生涯发展规划平台,形成了“‘课程+平台’学生生涯教育特色模式”,促进学生健康成长。在帮助学生健康成长的过程中,心理健康教师对工作的热爱与承担、学习与研究、耕耘与积累是助力其专业成长的重要因素。

随着考试招生制度的改革与选课制度的全面实施,家长和学生对此认知程度如何、怎样选科、大学专业设置与学科要求等一系列问题,迫使学生不得不充分认识自我与社会,规划学业与职业方向。本文基于我国普通高中生涯教育的现状与问题,结合实践经验,对普通高中生涯教育的实施路径进行探索,构建教科研促进机制,助力课程资源的开发与整合;利用“互联网+”平台,辅导学生合理规划;建立专业教师队伍,健全生涯教育利益补偿机制;开展学科渗透,丰富生涯教育课程资源;建立生涯教育指导中心,组织综合实践活动。实现生涯教育实施途径的有机结合,努力开辟出一条中国特色生涯教育的道路。

在新高考改革的背景下,随着学生选择权的增大,越来越需要学生提前熟悉选科和未来专业发展的方向。基于开展生涯教育的政策背景、学生需求、理论基础和学校理念,学校对高中生涯教育校本课程进行探索,从生涯启航、生涯探秘、掌握生涯和生涯自信四个维度开发与实施生涯教育课程体系。

高中生涯教育中的常见问题及应对

高中生涯教育是高中教育的一项重要工作。本研究在对已经开展了生涯教育的学校进行调查时发现,现阶段高中生涯教育存在着生涯课程单一、对学生生涯适应性的忽视、生涯辅导的开展与实施举步维艰等问题。据此,笔者提出了要加大生涯教师的培训力度、加强系列化课程建设和完善生涯辅导制度等应对方法,以期为后期高中生涯教育的开展提供借鉴。
