内涵式发展强调思政课在不同学段间的内在联系和协同发展,强调内容的统一性和衔接性,以促进学生的全面发展,使思政课成为立德树人及提升学生能力素质的重要课程。“1+1+N”模式可以有效推进大中小学、教育研究部门的协调合作、优势互补,共同推动思政课一体化内涵式发展。在总结大中小学思政课一体化内涵式发展的理论基础上,建立并解析了一体化内涵式发展模式的基本要义,以期为思政课一体化内涵式发展的顺利实施提供有效参考。

推进城乡中小学标准化建设是落实科学发展观、促进城乡教育均衡发展、实现教育公平、统筹城乡教育的重要举措与环节,然而在此过程中有关城乡中小学标准化建设经费投入模式、城市农民工子弟学校办学条件标准的提升、教育资源投入的风险预测与评估、特色化和内涵式发展方式等方面还存在一定的问题。因此,在总结经验的同时必须认真反思,以实现其标准化目标。建构合理的城乡中小学标准化建设经费投入模式;加强对城市农民工子弟学校的扶持力度,提高其办学条件标准;建立城乡中小学标准化建设的风险预警机制;正确处理城乡中小学标准化建设中的标准化与特色化之间的关系;推动城乡中小学标准化建设由外延式发展向内涵式发展方向转变。
