美国情报学硕士课程设置研究与启示——以密歇根大学为例

社会信息化水平越来越高,情报学研究生教育面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。美国多所大学近年对情报学硕士课程进行了很大的调整和变革,从而有效地促进了该学科的良性发展,领先的课程教学成为铸就其优质教育的因素之一。本文对密歇根大学情报学硕士专业的课程设置及其特点进行深入分析,基于研究分析的结果,借鉴其先进的理念与模式,提出我国情报学研究生教育课程设置的改进措施。

Abstract：

With the development of social informatization,information science education of graduate students is facing the unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Several American universities have made significant adjust- ment and reforms of the master course of information science in recent years,which contributes a lot to the healthy development of this subject. The leading curriculum has been one of the reasons for high quality education. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the master curriculum of information science in University of Michigan. Based on the research and analysis results,the paper proposes some measures for the improvement of the graduate curriculum of information science in China by reference to the advanced ideas and models of American universities.     

现有信息服务模式的不足及其对人文社会科学创新的影响

文章首先对我国现有信息服务模式的局限性与缺位现象进行探讨,并基于美国学者R.J.Sternberg的＂创造力投资理论＂论述完善的信息服务模式对人文社会科学创新的重要性。在此基础上提出一种面向科研的信息服务相关性模型。最后对构建信息服务新模式提出自己的一些看法。

Abstract：

This paper first discusses the limitations and vacancies of the existing information service mode in China. Based on the American scholar Robert J. Sternberg＇s Creativity Investment Theory,the paper discusses the importance of perfect information service mode to innovation of Humanities and Social Science. On this basis,an information service-related model oriented to scientific research is proposed. Finally,the paper gives some ideas of how to construct the new information service mode.     

我国信息资源政策法规的现状分析

通过对我国权威政策法规数据库进行检索,对检索结果从发布时间、发布效力级别等处着手,对我国国家信息资源政策法规建设现状进行分析,思考我国现行信息资源政策法规存在的问题,为今后信息资源政策法规制定提供参考。

Abstract：

Based on the retrieval of the authorized policy and law databases in China,this article analyzes the status quo of the formulation of policies and laws for information resources in China from the issuing time and the grades of issuing efficacity. The article thinks about the problems in the current policies and laws for information resources in China in an attempt to provide reference for the formulation of policies and laws for information resources in future.     

我国公共图书馆数字参考咨询服务比较分析

针对我国公共图书馆信息服务的特点,对有代表性的3家公共图书馆的数字参考咨询系统进行了比较研究,主要从服务政策、服务模式、服务管理3个方面多角度进行了统计分析,进而提出了深化发展我国公共图书馆数字参考咨询服务的建议。

Abstract：

Based on the characteristics of information service in public libraries in China,this paper makes a comparative study of the digital reference systems of 3 typical public libraries.The paper makes a statistical analysis mainly from 3 aspects,that is,service policy,service mode and service management.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for deepening the development of digital reference service in public libraries in China.     

加入WTO后我国信息产业发展趋势及对策研究

Information industry is a knowledge-intensive industry. It's a fast-growing industry with wide needs and high benefits. In this paper, some different views on the development trend of information industry in China after she joins WTO are described, The problems now existent in information industry in China are analyzed. Meanwhile, the paper explores the development objectives and countermeasures for information industry in China in the future.     

跨部门政府信息资源共享标准构建研究

跨政府部门的信息共享是电子政务进一步发展的需要,是提高信息资源利用效率的最好方法。但目前我国政府部门间的信息共享水平很低,存在诸多障碍因素,信息资源的标准化建设是其中的一个关键因素。本文通过对政府部门的信息利用现状分析,研究了跨政府部门信息资源标准化建设的问题。

Abstract：

Trans-governmental department information sharing is the requirement of the further development of e-government affairs,and is the best way to improve the utilization efficiency of information resources.However,at present the information sharing level among government departments in China is very low,and there are many barriers.The standardized construction of information resources is one of the key factors.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the utilization of government department information,this paper studies the standardized construction problem of the trans-governmental department information resources.     

学术信息合作查寻行为及其动机剖析

随着Web2.0技术的广泛普及和科学研究任务的复杂性提高,信息查寻领域的单用户范式越来越显示出局限性。基于此,本文阐述了科研工作者合作信息查寻行为研究的基本进展,从个案观察分析法、访谈法、调查统计分析法3个不同视角反映学术信息合作查寻的通用研究方法,并针对研究任务的复杂性、研究任务的创新性、科研工作者的知识结构和认识能力、信息查寻的社会性4个层面,提出了科研工作者合作信息查寻行为发生的动机,讨论了其对信息查寻环境优化、查寻系统构建与改进的影响。

Abstract：

With the wide popularization of Web2.0 technology and the growing complexity of the task for scientific research,the single user paradigm in information seeking field has more and more limitations.Based on this,this paper introduces the basic development of the research on collaborative information seeking behaviors of scientific research personnel.The paper reflects the general research method of academic information collaborative seeking from 3 different perspectives of case observation analysis,interviews,and investigation statistical analysis.The paper puts forward the motivation of scientific research personnel in collaborative information seeking from 4 aspects,that is,the complexity of research task,the innovation of research task,the knowledge structure and cognition capability of scientific research personnel,and the sociality of information seeking.Finally,the paper discusses the influences on the optimization of information seeking environment,and the construction and improvement of the information seeking system.     

信息生态环境下的企业知识组织研究

本文从生态系统视角基于系统论思想提出信息生态及企业信息生态系统的概念,分析了企业信息生态系统组织要素及相互之间的作用关系,给出了知识种群具有的演化、分布、互动及竞争的重要生态特征,并提出4种基本假设。在此基础上,借用网络动力学理论,对信息生态环境下知识组织对创新能力的影响进行了定量分析。

Abstract：

From the ecosystem point of view and based on the ideology of the theory of system,this paper puts forward the concepts of information ecology and enterprise information ecosystem,analyzes the organizational elements of the enterprise information ecosystem and the relationships among them,gives the important ecological characteristics of knowledge population such as evolution,distribution,interaction and competition,and gives 4 basic assumptions. On this basis,the paper makes a quantitative analysis of the impact of knowledge organization on innovation capability in the information ecoloy environment by the use of the theory of network dynamics.

本文通过介绍引用认同和引证图像的概念,探讨引用认同和引证图像的关系,研究作者的研究领域、学术活动过程、学术社会网络关系以及对其他作者产生的影响。然后以国内3位情报学领域专家为例进行实证分析,旨在为客观全面评价某位作者及其作品提供理论依据。

Abstract：

By introducing the concepts of citation identity and citation image,this paper discusses the relationships between them,and studies the author＇s research field,process of academic activities,academic and social relations,and impact on the other authors. The paper then makes an empirical analysis of 3 experts in the field of information science in China,the purpose of which is to provide the theoretical basis for evaluating an author and his works objectively and comprehensively.     

建构上海高校图书馆合作储存库的实证研究

本文通过对上海地区高校图书馆印刷型文献存储现状及所面临危机的分析,提出解决上海地区高校图书馆文献存储空间匮乏的对策,及高校合作储存库模型构建和运作的方法。

Abstract：

By analyzing the storage status and existing problems of printed literatures in university libraries in Shanghai,this article puts forward the countermeasures for solving the literature storage space-lacking problems in these libraries as well as the method to construct and operate the cooperative depositories in universities.     

在线信息素质教育实现途径探讨

结合对大学图书馆在线信息素质教育开展情况的调查,总结出4条主要的实现途径:与图书馆服务结合、远程教育平台、开放式课程、在线信息素质教育平台,以各途径特点为线索分别进行介绍,并从开放性、合作性、个性化等方面进行比较,试图寻找到一条适合我国大学图书馆在线信息素质教育活动开展的途径.

从信息素养能力标准、管理机制、课程策略、评估与评价等方面分析了澳大利亚高校图书馆信息素养教育的成功经验,并且结合我国信息素养教育的开展提出了可供借鉴之处.

本文对目前国内部分高校图书馆开展的在线信息素质教育进行了网上调研和分析,指出了当前高校图书馆在线信息素质教育存在的问题,提出了改进在线信息素质教育的具体措施.

通过对当前我国大学生信息素质存在的问题以及当代信息环境存在的问题的分析,探讨了高校图书馆在大学生信息素质教育中的自身建设模式和对大学生信息素质培养模式。     

教师教育信息化和高等师范院校信息素养教育 ——基于20所高等师范院校图书馆的调查

结合调查分析当前我国大陆高等师范院校信息素养教育和《面向教师的美国国家教育技术标准（2008）》、我国《中小学教师教育技术能力标准（试行）》以及美国《高等教育信息素养能力标准》的契合情况,旨在探讨高师院校图书馆今后开展信息素养教育以适应中小学教师教育信息化的应对策略。     

网络环境下高校教师信息素质调查分析

网络环境下，随着高等教育信息化的发展，高校教师的信息素质变得尤为重要，它不仅影响到教师自身的发展，还会直接影响大学生综合创新能力的提高。此次调查旨在从信息意识、信息能力和信息道德角度了解高校教师的信息素质现状，并对存在的问题及如何提高高校教师信息素质提出科学的对策。     

当前我国大学生信息素养教育之蠡测与实务

在综述信息素养教育的基础上,阐述大学生信息素养教育的内涵,大学生信息素养标准的建立以及高校图书馆在大学生信息素养教育中的作为。     

我国高校学生信息素质综合水平评价指标体系研究

首先探讨了信息素质的内涵和评价要素,以及建立我国高校学生信息素质综合水平评价指标体系的思路、原则和方法,并在此基础上建立了相应的评价指标体系。然后利用该评价指标体系对我国41所高校1036名学生的调查问卷数据进行了评价和分析。评价结果表明,目前我国高校学生总体信息素质综合水平为中等,信息意识相对较好,而信息观念与信息伦理一般,信息能力相对较差。评价结果还表明,我国高校学生信息素质综合水平与学生年龄和受教育水平有明显相关性,与高中时是否学习过如何利用图书馆也有一定联系。发达地区与不发达地区高校学生的信息素质综合水平有显著差异。评价过程显示,本论文建立的高校学生信息素质综合水平评价指标体系基本适用,可操作性较强,有一定创新性。     

基于Web的中美高校图书馆用户信息能力教育比较研究

用户信息素养教育是高校图书馆的重要职责。本文根据理论联系实际的原则，采用网页调查方法，对中美高校图书馆的WEB站点用户信息能力教育开展情况进行比较研究，提出进一步完善我国高校图书馆用户信息能力教育的建议。     

大学生信息素质状况调查及信息素质教育改革探讨

信息素质教育是21世纪高等学校全面素质教育的重要组成部分．是培养高素质和创新型人才的重要手段。本文对大学生的信息素质状况进行了调查与分析，提出了深化信息素质教育改革的一些措施。
