云计算技术驱动下构建数字图书馆虚拟化环境的探讨

考虑到云计算技术与虚拟数字图书馆的目标具有共同点,本文以云计算技术作为构建虚拟数字图书馆的基础支撑,从技术层面探讨云计算环境下数字图书馆的虚拟化,研究数字图书馆虚拟化资源在云计算环境中的集成与共享机制,进而创建一种云计算技术驱动下的数字图书馆虚拟化环境,为云计算时代虚拟化数字图书馆的组织模式作出探讨。

Abstract：

Considering the similar objectives of the cloud computing technology and virtual digital library,this paper takes the cloud computing technology as the basic support for constructing the virtual digital library,and discusses the virtualization of digital library in the cloud computing environment.The paper also studies the integrating and sharing mechanism of virtualized resources in digital library in the cloud computing environment,and furthermore constructs a virtualized environment for digital library driven by the cloud computing technology.Thus,the paper makes an exploration of the organization pattern of virtual digital library in the cloud computing era.     

国内高校图书馆IC存在的问题及对策——从资源组织的视角展开

首先梳理IC的发展轨迹,然后选取国内外典型的IC案例进行比较,指出国内的IC由于体制、资金、人力资源等原因建设缓慢,并有针对性地提出了高校图书馆应从5个方面组织IC资源体系。

Abstract：

This paper first describes the development track of Information Commons（IC）,then selects several typical IC cases both at home and abroad for comparison.The paper points out that the domestic IC develops slowly because of the institutional,financial and human resources reasons.Accordingly,the paper suggests that the university library should organize IC resources from 5 aspects.     

基于主题图的数字图书馆知识组织模型研究

首先介绍主题图的概念及数据模型,并与传统知识组织方法进行了比较分析,然后探讨了主题图应用于数字图书馆知识组织中的可行性,提出了一种新的基于主题图的数字图书馆知识组织模型,最后通过实例分析对模型进行了验证,为我国数字图书馆知识组织建设的具体运用提供有力的支持。

Abstract：

This paper firstly introduces the concept and data model of topic maps,and makes a comparative analysis of the traditional knowledge organization methods. The paper then discusses the feasibility of the application of topic maps in knowledge organization in digital libraries,and proposes a new model of knowledge organization in digital libraries based on topic maps. Finally,the paper validates the model with case analysis,which provides strong support for the specific implementation of knowledge organization in digital libraries in China.     

高校教学联合体机构知识库联盟建设研究——以徐州高校教学联合体为例

论述机构知识库的联盟建设是机构知识库未来发展的趋势,分析国内外机构知识库联盟的现状,得出我国机构知识库的联盟建设应从具有联盟优势的高校教学联合体开始。以徐州高校教学联合体为例,对机构库联盟建设的可行性、服务内容、构建模式及运行机制4个方面进行了详细阐述。

Abstract：

The construction of the institutional repository union is the future development trend of the institutional repository.This paper analyzes the status quo of the institutional repository union at home and abroad,and concludes that the construction of the institutional repository union in China should begin with the university teaching federation which has the advantages of the union.Taking Xuzhou University Teaching Federation for example,the paper expatiates on the feasibility,service content,construction mode and operating mechanism of the construction of the institutional repository union.

The paper introduces Open Source Software(OSS)and its similarity to the library,discusses the benefits of and the problems in using OSS in the digital library, and lists the impact of OSS on librarians.

This paper analyzes the concept of Customer Relationship Management（CRM） and its relationship with library service innovation,emphasizes the important significance of CRM in library service innovation,and points out the innovative application of CRM in library at present.The paper also puts forward the library service innovation system by reference to the theory of CRM,and establishes the library service innovation flow from the perspective of user demand tracking,user demand analysis and user demand service feedback.     

数字图书馆运作中的利益问题分析

Operating digital library irrationaHy can cause many damages. This paper thinks that operating digital li-brary rationally can increase the interests of many people related to it. The paper also points out that information producers should take an active part in the operation of digital library in order to avoid losing the interests of people related to it and digital library operators should take forceful actions to ensure that digital librmy will not be the antagonistic factors but use-ful tools for information communication.     

数字图书馆服务功能拓展研究——以军事理论科学数字图书馆为例

Based on the summary of the achievements in the construction of the Military Theory Science Digital Library,the author analyzes the current technical barrier,devises the technical scheme to expand its service functions and puts the scheme into practice,and makes some preliminary achievements.The scheme has promoted the updating and upgrading of the digital library.

Abstract：

By the introduction of the meta-analysis method,this paper compares and analyzes the differences and similarities between research subjects,research layers,research stages and research methods in technology intelligence research at home and abroad.It＇s found by comparison that foreign countries pay attention to empirical study and theoretical construction while China is still at the stage of concept research,and problem and countermeasure research.Competitive technology intelligence is not only a subset of competitive intelligence,but also a subset of technology management.     

国内外图书馆数字资源评价的文献计量与内容分析

采用文献调查法和内容分析法对2003-2012年国内外图书馆数字资源评价研究领域发表的文献进行统计分析,发现国内外在该领域目前已相对成熟,通过与其他领域结合发掘新的研究方向。国内外文献的期刊分布都相对集中,核心作者和团队发挥还不够充分。在内容分析方面,通过关键词可视化以及聚类分析,发现国内外情况有所差异,国内注重理论研究,国外较注重实践研究,但图书馆数字资源评价的方法、指标以及用户都是研究重点。

本文从图书馆联盟的管理体制、组织制度、经费来源、共享内容、共享形式和成果等方面对国内外图书馆联盟信息资源共享模式比较分析,从中找出差距,以促进我国图书馆联盟的发展。     

我国图书馆联盟研究趋势知识图谱分析

以中国知网为数据来源,以共词分析为依据,以Ucient为分析工具,利用Netdraw绘制不同阶段我国图书馆联盟研究的知识图谱。结果表明：国内图书馆联盟研究热点从联盟基础理论、国内外图书馆联盟比较到联盟的管理与运行机制、数字图书馆联盟建设、资源整合,最后到联盟信息服务、服务模式、运行模式等。移动图书馆联盟、云服务、云平台将成为未来图书馆联盟研究的热点。图书馆联盟研究已进入成熟期。
