金融监管模式的国际比较及其启示

由于金融监管的主体和对象不同，各国或地区形成了不同的金融监管模式。通过对一无化或多元化、专业化或非专业化、竞争或垄断的金融监管主体模式的比较，以及对分业监管或功能监管、集权型监管或分权型的金融监管组织模式的比较，我们可以得到重要的启示，即我国应该退步建立专业化的、集权与分权相结合的、功能型的金融监管模式。     

一种基于效率工资下的监督模型研究

在效率工资制下存在一个激励效果以及为了评价员工工作努力程度而采用的监督力度问题，由此就产生了为监督而付出的成本。本文就最优监督力度以及成本问题讨论了在委托人(业主)和代理人(员工)都处在风险中性的情况下，业主应该采取的策略是：相机抉择以提高工资、增加惩罚或提高监督概率来加强监督。     

健全和完善我国宪法监督制度的模式选择

在立法体例上，宪法监督制度有最高国家权力机关或立法机关监督制，司法机关监督制和专门机关监督制三种模式。我国现行宪法监督制度存在着不足与缺陷，根据我国国情，应当采纳专门机关监督模式，设立专门的宪法监督机构，即独立的宪法委员会，有效地审查和纠正违先锋地为，以完善我国的宪法运行机制，充分发挥宪法的作用。     

论"会计监督"

“会计监督”这一概念早已存在,但今天人们对它的内涵和外延在认识上却产生了巨大的分歧。这在很大程度上影响了监督理论研究的进展,同时也制约了会计监督理论对实践的指导作用。而要准确定义“会计监督”,必须明确“监督”的含义,了解监督原则,并在具体经济环境中将监督主体、客体、目的及实现方式联系起来进行分析,才能得出正确的结论,并为解决会计工作中出现的一系列问题提供思路。     

Group Supervision of Supervision: A Relational Approach for Training Supervisors

The issue of training psychologists to become competent supervisors has only been clearly articulated in the past two decades. In this article a rationale for training supervisors in a group format is given. Then, a supervision of supervision group is presented that the authors co-led with two successive cohorts of four predoctoral interns in a large university counseling center as part of its training program. The authors focus on the need to attend to group process and relational themes. Finally, the authors discuss the inevitable boundary concerns that emerge given the multiple levels of relationships that exist among several tiers of trainees and supervisors.     

Wellness at Universities: A Group Art Therapy Approach

Art therapy process groups can be used at university counseling centers (UCCs) to treat the mental health needs of higher education students. The authors, art therapists employed at a UCC, developed an art therapy group to engage undergraduate students in creative self‐expression to increase social connection and learn healthy skills to improve insight and emotional well‐being. Such groups offer unique benefits to participants and would be a valuable addition to current UCC services.     

中美两国教学督导的差异性对比分析

从中美两国教学督导的发展历史、督导方式、督导客体的自我发展和督导的运行模式等方面进行比较分析,发现美国的教学督导和我国的教学督导存在着较大的差异,美国科学的教学督导理念和先进的督导方法对我国的教育教学督导有着非常重要的启示和借鉴价值。     

A Content Analysis of Peer Feedback in Triadic Supervision

There is limited research on the types of peer feedback exchanged during triadic supervision. Through a content analysis, the authors found that students provided feedback about counseling performance and cognitive counseling skills most often in supervision sessions. However, there were differences in the types of feedback exchanged across three experience levels.     

A Phenomenological Investigation of Wellness Within Counselor Education Programs

In this phenomenological investigation, the authors explored doctoral‐level counselor trainees’ (N = 12) perceptions of wellness promotion in programs accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs. Using semistructured interviews, the research team identified 3 structural themes (components of wellness, program culture, and recommendations) and 13 textural themes. Findings highlight the need for training regarding boundaries and self‐awareness.     

Integrative Reflective Model of Group Supervision: Practicum Students' Experiences

The authors conducted a phenomenological study of 10 practicum students' experiences of the integrative reflective model of group supervision. Six categories emerged: (a) intentional listening, (b) engaged in the process, (c) extension and application of the model, (d) personalization feedback, (e) mindful listening, and (f) dimensional feedback. An implication was students' openness to constructive feedback in group supervision.     

劳动保障和谐监察模式的构建与思考

劳动保障监察在保护劳动者合法权益和用人单位合法权益、维护劳动关系的和谐稳定与社会的和谐稳定方面发挥着重要作用.但在监察实务中,采取何种监察模式实现这一目的,其过程、结果和结局却可能大不相同.本文在分析目前一般劳动保障监察模式的不足和缺陷的同时,提出了一种以江苏为代表的、具有区域特色的和谐监察工作模式,并详细论述了该模式的基本框架内容,阐述了该模式的创新意义以及对其适用性的思考.     

行政权检察监督的法理分析和制度设计

行政权的检察监督符合法理,这是中国宪政模式下权力分工制约机制的应然内涵,是检察机关法律监督权能发展完善的必然结果,同时也是中华法系权力监督传统模式的延续传承。除了现行法律法规规定的监督内容外,检察机关还应当探索运用提请违宪审查、提出检察建议、提起行政公诉等监督方式,对公民、法人提出申诉、控告的抽象行政行为和行政处罚、行政强制等两类具体行政行为进行监督。     

Wellness Among Undergraduate Students on Academic Probation: Implications for College Counselors

This study examined levels of wellness among 403 undergraduate students on academic probation. Total wellness, 5 secondary categories of wellness, and 17 third–level categories of wellness are reported within this article. In addition, this study offers norm–group comparisons and demographic influences of wellness in regard to undergraduate students on academic probation. The results indicate that individuals on academic probation achieved higher levels of wellness in several areas of wellness than did the norm–group population.     

示范性高职院校实施督导制度的思考与实践

督导制在高校教学、管理的建设和发展中有重要的作用。高职院校尤其是国家示范性高等职业院校建设中实施督导制度,不仅是提升自身管理水平,也是提高教育质量并发挥示范引领效应的需要。重点研究了现行督导制度存在问题,如何克服督导的负面影响,从而建立以人为本的督导制度。     

利用层次分析模型研究财产保险公司监管分类方法

本文根据中国保险监督管理委员会《保险公司分支机构分类监管暂行办法》和陕西省保监局《陕西省保险公司分类监管办法（征求意见稿）》,选择在陕财产保险公司二级机构2010年相关数据,运用层次分析数学模型对相关指标进行分析和评价,与陕西保监局的《陕西省保险公司分类监管办法（征求意见稿）》分析结果进行对比,以达到对财产保险公司省级分支机构监管分类方法的有效性和科学性,积极探索对其分类的新方法和新思路,为财产保险公司二级机构分类监管体系的建立和完善．提供科学的方法依据和理论参考。     

浅议监督审计

真实、客观的会计信息是实现经济资源合理配置的重要依据。高质量的会计信息不仅有赖于会计人员真实客观地记录经济活动，而且有赖于注册会计师切实履行其监督职能。     

A Content Analysis of 10 Years of Clinical Supervision Articles in Counseling

This content analysis follows Borders's (2005) review of counseling supervision literature and includes 184 counselor supervision articles published over the past 10 years. Articles were coded as representing 1 of 3 research types or 1 of 3 conceptual types. Articles were then analyzed for main topics producing 11 topic categories.

公共政策执行监督的有效性分析

公共政策执行监督是保证既定政策目标得以实现以防止政策执行偏差的重要手段。然而,我国目前公共政策执行监督体制仍不完善,仍受多重因素制约而不能有效发挥其监督功能。因此,可以从提高监督主体的监督意识和素质;增强专门监督机构的权威;构建严密有效的监督网络;完善公共政策执行监督的制度保障和健全责任追究制度等方面予以完善。     

我国电子商务信用监管体系典型案例分析

电子商务的巨大发展改变了人们的生产、生活和消费方式,然而在电子商务飞速发展的背后,信用监管问题变得越来越突出。目前,信用监管问题已成为电子商务发展的巨大阻碍。本文通过选取电子商务行业典型A公司为案例,分析了其在信用监管方面的现状和不足,最后提出构建适用于电子商务行业的信用监管体系的设想,并用A公司为例加以探析。
