The Comparison of Tasked-based Teaching Method and Situation Teaching Method in Lexical Learning in Senior High Language Teaching

there are many teaching methods in current teaching procedures,such as the whole language teaching method;communicative teaching method;cooperation teaching method;situation teaching method;tasked-based teaching method;content-based teaching method;competence-based teaching method multiple intelligence teaching method and other teaching methods.This article depicts the usage and comparison of the tasked-based teaching methods and situation teaching method in lexical learning in senior high language leaching.This article first talks about the definition and feature of these two teaching methods.Then through observing the students using different methods,I aim to compare these two methods in order to find out the similarities and differences between them when students are learning vocabulary.Making further study on the teaching methods,I would like to take good advantage of them in lexical learning in senior high classes in hope that we teachers can inspire students'thinking,arouse their desire,active the atmosphere and help them have a better and simpler command of the vocabulary they obtained in the class.     

An Analysis on the Frontier Detection of English Teaching Methodology

At present, one of the important tasks of the ongoing college English teaching reform is to reform the traditional teaching mode,establishing the computer-based multimedia English teaching model. Application of a Discourse Approach to Speaking in Teaching of Conversation

In this essay the author attempts to put forward an innovative teaching mode in the course of ＂English Conversation＂ for sophomore English majors in China. In this mode an authentic conversation is used as the teaching material and the theoretic aspects of Conversation Analysis （CA） are applied for the teaching of the course. This mode can be carried out by English teachers as a teaching experiment and then the teaching effects can be measured through comparison with the traditional teaching mode in which no authentic teaching materials are used.     

On the Importance of Cultural Input in English Teaching

English as a foreign language has been a subject in middle school of China for years. Teachers and educators generation by generation have been trying to find an optimal method of teaching foreign language to help students master it better. After unceasing exploring, traditional teaching pattern has been im- proved and new teaching approaches appear such as Task-based language teaching and com- municative language teaching. However, what- ever teaching methods English teachers use in the class, they should not ignore the cultural input in English teaching. The thesis is concerned with the significance of culture in English teaching. More specifically, some consideration will be given to the reasons and ways of teaching culture.     

Strategies and Reflection of Oral English Teaching in Vocational College

As a widely-used language,English is the most important tool of communication.In recent years,with the rapid social communicative development,English increasingly shows its importance.China’s English teaching in colleges and vocational colleges also increases emphasis on the teaching of spoken English.In this paper,that is,in my vocational college on the practice of oral English teaching,I analyze and explore Spoken English in the teaching process and the difficulties encountered by the setbacks.Vocational college English teaching briefly discusses the status of oral English teaching and teaching strategies.Spoken English Teaching strategy comes from the reflection.     

A Case Study of the Teaching Methods of Tourism English

This paper explores the teaching methods of Tourism English in Tianhua College.The teacher adopts both behaviorist and constructivist teaching methods in the experimental teaching for continuous three weeks.After the teaching experiment,questionnaires and interviews were done to find the result of the teaching effect.Both teaching methods are not perfect.The paper concludes that each method has its advantages.The most favored implementation should be a combination of both.We need to make the best of their advantages and avoid their weaknesses in order to achieve the best teaching effect.     

On Application of the Student-centered Approach in English Classroom Teaching of Chinese Vocational Colleges

Nowadays, people have been more critical about the traditional ways of teaching and advocate the student-centered teaching approach. This paper focuses on the student- centered approach in English classroom teaching in vocational colleges. It points out that the students’ English levels, the current mainstream of teaching in English class as well as the teaching materials in Chinese vocational college are all important factors that influence the outcome of the student-centered teaching approach. Meanwhile, the paper proves that college students can gain more in the student-centered English class. In the end, some suggestions are provided.     

Bilingual teaching of molecular biology

Recently bilingual teaching in China＇s universities has been widely carded out and become a popular subject for study. In this paper, the reasons for bilingual teaching of molecular biology are pointed out, the textbook of molecular biology and teaching method in bilingual teaching classes are determined after investigation and the practice of bilingually teaching molecular biology use both English and Chinese in a class. The effect has proved good. The bilingual teaching methods, the problem of bilingual teaching, the importance of understanding its significance and the possibilities of improving such teaching of the subject are also discussed.
