名师工作室共同体建设路径探究

对不同类型的共同体进行简述,提出名师工作室是一种研修学习的教师专业发展共同体。凝练了名师工作室的构成要素,论证了各要素的内涵及其相互关系。以钟辉生名师工作室为例阐述了通过制定工作室和成员发展规划、构建合作共享研究文化、结对共建学科教研基地、设计系统学习和研究任务等路径提升名师工作室共同体建设效能。     

基于学习共同体的名师工作室建设

名师工作室是以主持人姓名命名,集教学、科研、培训等职能于一体的教师合作学习共同体。它是学习共同体、研究共同体、实践共同体、发展共同体。作为引领教师专业发展的名师工作室,可在"引领"上做文章,以"教师专业发展"为核心,以"学习""研究""发展"为关键词,开展相应的研修活动。本文就基于专业学习共同体的名师工作室建设,从九个方面做了一些探索和实践。     

对话·合作·共享——名师工作室建设的理念与行动

名师工作室是以共同愿景为核心,以"对话、合作、共享"为行为准则的校际教师专业发展共同体。工作室之间就提升教学质量和专业水平展开对话,通过对话开展相关领域的合作,实现知识、经验、智慧、人生意义与价值的共享。     

从打造教师成长共同体看当前中小学名师工作室的减负与增效

中小学名师工作室是优秀教师从个体走向社会化成长的重要平台。中小学名师工作室的发展形成源于打造教师成长共同体的趋势要求和场域化教学的发展需要,需要经历共同理念目标确定、共享行为实践、迭代发展改进才能最终成熟。现阶段的中小学名师工作室在运营发展中存在经验知识老化、与时俱进不够,强调集体培训、忽视青年后备创新,跨领域整合不够、主题过于单一等隐患,需要从教育现代化的新时代需求出发,从教师队伍完善梯队建设、加强青年教师成长创新的需求出发,将中小学名师工作室打造成教师成长共同体。一方面,要加强共推共管,理清主要分工、避免资源浪费,找准主要矛盾、避免多头发力,完善管理机制、避免职业倦怠,为中小学名师工作室成员减负轻身。另一方面,要加强共创共研,统筹多样性教育资源、中长期职业发展、多维度成果评价、多样本研学策略,以共评倒逼问效,以共享实现共赢,以赋权推动孵化,以开放实现共创,为中小学名师工作室赋能增效。     

从共享到共生:基于作品创作协作学习的实践共同体

基于作品创作的协作学习以共同创作作品的形式开展协作学习,强调实践参与和交互合作。这种实践共同体的学习方式能促进个体知识建构到集体知识建构,从个人多元发展到集体智慧提升。值得进一步探讨的是:这种实践共同体可以在共享知识、技能以及共同体文化的基础上,进一步实现到集体知识、技能与共同体文化的再生与转换,实现"从共享到共生"的知识建构新目标。     

基于技能大师工作室项目的学徒人才培养实践探索——以广州市机电技师学院为例

根据数控技术人才市场需求,以广州市机电技师学院为例,探讨了技能大师工作室与学徒人才培养的关系和作用。以工作室为育人平台,发挥大师的核心技术引领作用,通过技能大师带领师徒开展技术项目研修,在预备技师班层面展开的数控技术学徒人才培养工作取得了实践成效。
