知识社会中的教学与不安定时代的教育

齐格蒙特·鲍曼(Zygmunt Bauman)曾经指出,西方的知识分子正经历着从"立法者"(Iegislators)到"阐释者"(interpreters)的转变。作为"立法者",知识分子的角色是为社会立法,仲裁社会的终极价值观,"立法者"的知识分子是时代精神的代表。而所谓"阐释者",是指知识分子面对后现代多元化的价值体系,失去了价值理性守护者和仲裁人的作用和自信,而只能在沟通和理解中充当社会价值的调解人。于是,当今社会的很多学者都对价值判断避而不谈,而追求某种实效性。这在教育领域中也屡见不鲜。然而,在这样一个价值理性日渐黯淡的时代,《知识社会中的教学》一书的作者安迪·哈格里夫斯(Andy Hargreaves)仍然坚定地沿着"立法者"的道路走在教育研究的道路上,为这样一个不安定时代的教育做出终极的价值判断,并为未来的教育发展指出一条充满荆棘但又通往光明的道路。《知识社会中的教学》就是这样一本旷世巨著——立足于喧闹繁荣的知识社会之边缘,以严肃、审慎的目光反思着这个剧烈变动时代的教育状况,并以"立法者"的姿态做出理性的批判和建构,为未来的教学指出一条发展道路。
