党的群众路线就是"一切为了群众,一切依靠群众,从群众中来,到群众中去"。群众路线是革命战争年代形成的,在社会主义建设和改革过程中发展的,是以毛泽东同志为代表的中国共产党人在革命战争年代和社会主义建设时期把马克思主义关于人民群众是历史创造者的原理创造性地应用于党的全部实践活动中所形成的并由邓小平、江泽明、胡锦涛、习近平同志为代表的中国共产党人发展的,体现了中国共产党全心全意为人民服务的宗旨。文章就新时期坚持党的群众路线与实现中国梦的关系展开论述。
