大学生社交焦虑与人际信任、主观幸福感的关系研究

本研究采用交往焦虑量表、人际信任量表和主观幸福感量表对560名大学生进行测试。结果表明大学生社交焦虑、人际信任和主观幸福感不存在性别和家庭来源差异;社交焦虑与主观幸福感存在显著相关,与人际信任存在不显著的负相关;高社交焦虑将导致大学生主观幸福感下降,但不影响其人际信任。     

大学生社交焦虑与自我和谐、自我价值感的相关研究

以漳州师范学院330名学生为研究对象,使用《社交焦虑量表》、《自我和谐量表》、《自我价值感量表》为研究工具,运用SPSS统计软件,调查分析大学生社交焦虑的现状及其与自我和谐、自我价值感之间的关系。研究结果表明：第一,在大学生当中不同程度地存在社交焦虑。而性别、城乡、是否独生子女、不同年级大学生的社交焦虑没有明显差异;第二,社交焦虑与自我和谐存在显著相关;第三,自我和谐对社交焦虑与自我价值感都具有较强的预测力．     

少数民族大学生社交焦虑特征初探

了解少数民族大学生社交焦虑的特点,并对其相关因素进行探讨。研究表明:少数民族大学生存在一定程度的社交焦虑,女生比男生具有更多的社交回避行为与苦恼感受,男生社交焦虑者对人性的信任度较低,自我和谐与社交焦虑之间的关系密切,自我与经验不和谐是影响社交焦虑的重要因素,年龄对社交焦虑和自我和谐影响不显著。     

大学生拒绝敏感性与社交焦虑的相关研究

为了解大学生拒绝敏感性与社交焦虑的现状,探讨大学生社交焦虑与拒绝敏感性关系,对178名大学生施测了社交焦虑量表、拒绝敏感性量表。测试显示：大学生拒绝敏感性及社交焦虑在性别、年级和专业上存在显著差异,大学生拒绝敏感性与社交焦虑存在显著正相关。从而可知,拒绝敏感性是影响大学生社交焦虑水平的重要因素。     

民办高校大学生自我效能感及其与社交焦虑的关系

以某民办高校377名学生为研究对象,调查分析了大学生自我效能感及其与社交焦虑的关系。结果表明:(1)民办高校大学生自我效能感总体水平较高,并且存在显著的性别差异(P<0.05)和极其显著的年级差异(p<0.001),男生高于女生,而是否独生子女差异不显著(P>0.05);(2)在民办高校大学生当中不同程度地存在着社交焦虑,但在性别、年级、是否独生子女上差异不明显。(3)大学生社交焦虑和自我效能感之间关系密切,呈显著负相关。     

母亲教养方式对大学生社交焦虑的影响:自尊的中介作用

旨在探讨母亲教养方式与大学生社交焦虑的关系,并考察自尊的中介作用,以期根据研究结果提出一些缓解大学生社交焦虑的对策。通过问卷法对273名大学生进行调查。结果表明,母亲负性教养方式可通过自尊的中介作用间接地影响大学生的社交焦虑。据此提出建议,除了改善家庭教养方式之外,学校和教师还可以有意识地帮助学生提高自尊,以减少其社交焦虑,帮助大学生更好地适应社会生活。     

浅析大学生社交焦虑的成因与防治

社交焦虑是困扰大学生的一个重大心理问题.许多有关大学生心理健康方面的研究结果都表明,社交焦虑在大学生当中不同程度地存在,给他们人格的健全发展和社会化的顺利实现带来许多负面影响.文章在论述社交焦虑一般概念和其成因的基础上,提出了大学生社交焦虑的预防和治疗措施.     

大学生手机依赖与社交焦虑、孤独感的关系

为探讨大学生手机依赖与社交焦虑、孤独感的关系,选取浙江省三所高校大一至大四1 368名学生作为被试,采用手机依赖评定量表(MPAI)、Liebowitz社交焦虑量表(LSAS)和UCLA孤独量表分别测量被试的手机依赖程度、社交恐惧情绪和社交回避行为指数,以及孤独感水平。结果表明:大学生MPAI平均得分存在年级差异;同时,女生MPAI平均分显著高于男生;手机依赖与孤独感和社交焦虑呈正相关,也和社交恐惧、社交回避分因子呈正相关;通过结构方程模型分析表明,孤独感在社交恐惧、社交回避与手机依赖关系中起部分中介作用,其中介效应占总效应比为50%、13.6%。结论表明,社交焦虑、孤独感和手机依赖关系密切,且社交焦虑能够通过孤独感对手机依赖产生正向影响。     

本科生社交焦虑与社会支持的关系研究

调查大学生社交焦虑的现状,探寻大学生社交焦虑与其社会支持系统之间的关系。方法:采用随机整群抽样方法,使用交往焦虑量表、社会支持评定量表对江苏省4所普通高校的410名本科生进行调查。结果:大学生的社交焦虑水平显著高于常模,社交焦虑水平较高;大学生的社交焦虑水平不存在显著的性别差异、独生子女与否差异、专业差异和年级差异,来自农村大学生的社交焦虑水平显著高于来自城镇的大学生(t=-3.559,P<0.001);大学生的社交焦虑与社会支持总体水平、客观支持、主观支持以及对支持的利用度均存在负性相关(-0.271^**、-0.168^**、-0.219^**、-0.251^**,P<0.01);主观支持、对支持的利用度对大学生的社交焦虑水平具有负向预测作用,可解释变异量的8.6%。结论:家校需要形成育人合力,通过改善大学生主观体验到的情感支持,帮助大学生更好地利用他人对自己的支持来降低其社交焦虑的水平。     

大学生核心自我评价、社交焦虑与自我和谐的研究

采用《核心自我评价量表》、《交往焦虑量表》和《自我和谐量表》,对浙江省380名大学生进行调查以探讨大学生核心自我评价、社交焦虑与自我和谐的关系。结果表明:大学生的自我和谐总分和自我刻板性在不同专业上存在显著差异;是否担任学生干部是影响三者的重要因素;核心自我评价与自我和谐总分、自我与经验的不和谐、自我的刻板性呈显著负相关,与自我的灵活性呈显著正相关;社交焦虑结果反之。
