家庭价值观、家庭功能与个人幸福感关系之研究——台湾与广州的比较

壹、绪论 价值观是一个人或社会用以衡量周遭事物或行为的标准。反应在家庭生活中，价值观塑造了人们对家庭议题的界定，而家庭生活的内容则是个人或社会价值观的投射。价值观是我们处理事情判断是非、做选择时取舍的标准；也可以说是一种深藏于内心的准绳，在面临抉择时的一项依据。价值观会指引一个人去从事某些行为，例如：“诚信”的价值观，会让个人坦承面对困境及对家人说明事情的真相，提升家庭成员的信任度。“纪律”的价值观，会让父母依规定行事，产生家庭规范的执行力。“关怀”的价值观，会让父母关心子女，了解子女的困境，让子女有同理心。不同的价值观会产生不同的行为模式，进而产生不同的家庭文化。因此，价值观的研究对于家庭教育的重要性，在于家庭价值观决定了人们对家庭议题的界定，并提供了解决家庭问题的基本假设。

笔者发现，有些企业虽然设置了“意见箱”，但大多流于形式，使“意见箱”成了摆设。他们或不按时开箱，很长时间了才打开看看有无意见；或只设不管，无论有无意见，从不开箱，如同虚设。 　　其实小小“意见箱”，作用非常大。它是一个窗口，通过“意见箱”可把想了解和想知道的事情转达给领导；也可把自己的困难向领导反映；还可对企业如何降本增效，堵塞漏洞提出自己的意见和看法等等，从而加强管理，完善制度，促进企业不断发展。“意见箱”虚设，会影响领导和职工的关系，也容易让职工对领导产生不信任感。 　　希望各企业真正发挥好“…
