虚拟咨询企业与图书馆虚拟咨询模式比较——以猪八戒威客网和联合知识导航网为例

虚拟咨询企业与图书馆都是借助于网络信息技术向社会提供虚拟咨询服务的组织,两者有很多相似的地方。但是,虚拟咨询企业的发展速度、咨询问题的解决数量都是图书馆所无法相比的。本文通过选取猪八戒威客网和联合知识导航网,对两者虚拟咨询模式进行分析和比较来探讨虚拟咨询企业对图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务的启示,以期能够改善、提高图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务水平。

Abstract：

The virtual consulting firms and the libraries are all the organizations providing virtual consuhing service for the society with the help of the Internet information technology. There are many similarities between them. However, the development pace of the virtual consulting firms and the number of their solutions to the consulting problems are faster and larger than those of libraries. This paper selects the Zhubajie Witkey and the Collaborative Online Reference Services as examples to draw inspirations from the virtual consulting firms for libraries to learn by analyzing and comparing their virtual consuhing models with a view to improving and upgrading the virtual reference service level of libraries.

By analyzing the storage status and existing problems of printed literatures in university libraries in Shanghai,this article puts forward the countermeasures for solving the literature storage space-lacking problems in these libraries as well as the method to construct and operate the cooperative depositories in universities.

The unbalanced development of the regional economy and the long-term separating status of the libraries make the library industry have obvious regional differences.Eliminating the regional differences to realize the balanced and coordinated development of the regional libraries conforms with the brand-new development view and the scientific and rational policy guidance.It＇s also the bright future the libraries look forward to.Reducing the regional differences to promote the balanced and coordinated development of the regional libraries is the duty-bound responsibility of the whole society,especially the library staff.This paper attempts to discuss the connotation,significance and strategies of the balanced and coordinated development of the regional libraries so as to give people some inspiration.

国内“211”高校图书馆移动信息服务发展状况

以110所211高校图书馆为调查对象,探讨了我国高校图书馆移动信息服务的现状。调查发现,移动信息服务已经被越来越多的高校图书馆应用,110家图书馆中已经有56.4%图书馆开通移动服务;目前WAP和短信服务仍然是移动信息服务的主要方式,但是近两年移动图书馆客户端服务发展较快,在开通移动信息服务的图书馆中有66.1%的图书馆已经采用客户端的方式提供服务;图书馆使用商用软件作为移动图书馆系统已成为主流,使用自行开发移动信息服务系统的图书馆已成为少数;与早期的移动服务大都针对OPAC系统的服务相比,近年针对电子资源的服务逐渐增多;图书馆移动服务整合揭示及推广有待于更好地改进和完善。

基于在线评论的低幼儿阅读群体用户画像研究

【目的/意义】分析幼儿群体的阅读需求,构建用户画像模型,为出版商及图书馆针对低幼儿用户群体提供 优质的产品和精准的服务提供支持。【方法/过程】以淘宝网上购买儿童绘本用户的在线评论为基础,通过低幼儿信 息属性、儿童绘本信息属性和购买者（家长）评论信息属性构建用户画像概念模型,并使用Protégé与OWL建立本 体,在OntoGraf插件中实现可视化,分析低幼儿阅读群体用户画像并呈现特征。【结果/结论】依据儿童绘本的三种 类型构建低幼儿阅读群体画像。【创新/局限】本文根据代理用户购买儿童绘本的在线评论数据,挖掘了用户的潜在 需求。不足之处在于,对低幼儿用户而言,仅依靠家长所提供的信息挖掘阅读需求,可能存在不全面等问题。针对 特定研究,还需要结合实验等方法对研究主体进行更深入地研究,完善研究结论。     

国外高校图书馆技术支持服务实践与启示

[目的/意义]适应不断变化的信息技术环境和用户需求,实现服务内容多样化,是高校图书馆开展技术支持服务的必然要求。[方法/过程]运用网络调查的方法,选取2018年THE世界大学排名榜前50所高校图书馆中技术支持服务开展较好的12所进行调研,分析和归纳这些高校图书馆在技术支持服务实践方面的经验和特点,并为国内高校图书馆开展相关服务提供参考建议。[结果/结论]调研结果显示,各图书馆在栏目名称的设置上不尽相同,但又大同小异,其服务项目概括来说主要包括5个方面：计算机硬件与软件服务、打印与复印及扫描服务、其他技术设备借用服务、技术咨询与培训服务、综合型技术创新服务。基于国外良好实践经验,我国高校图书馆在开展技术支持服务的过程中应结合自身实际,从服务理念、资源建设和服务规范等方面着手。
