Military and civilian personnel (N = 4786) were administered an attitudinal survey that measured managerial, situational, and organizational effectiveness factors. Three managerial styles in three situational environments, extracted from the survey data, were compared using three effectiveness criteria. 问题解决类微课是当前微课开发转型实现可持续发展的重要形式之一,微课作为一种教学资源常用类型,无论开发和使用均需良好的设计才能取得有效的教学效果。文章从微课的使用方式入手,探讨问题解决类微课的教学有效性并对其影响因素进行研究。文章通过数据分析与访谈调查,证实了问题解决类微课的教学有效性和师生的认可度;两种使用方式下问题解决类微课问题解决的三个维度与其教学成效之间高度相关,实验证明微课品质部分中介了问题解决对微课教学效果的影响。  相似文献

This study examines the relative role of parent-child relationships, family stress, and disease factors in predicting behavior problems in children with epilepsy. It extends existing literature on parent-child relationships and behavior problems by examining children with biological risk. Child-mother interaction was observed for 51 children with epilepsy ages 7–13 years and related to teacher- and parent-reported behavior problems. Child's self-reliance correlated with parent-reported problems; expression of affect related to teacher-reported externalizing problems. A child self-reliance factor accounted for behavior problems after partialing age, gender, IQ, epilepsy variables, and family stress. The term child gender × quality of mother-child interaction predicted teacher-reported externalizing problems, with mother-child interaction correlated with behavior problems for boys. Child-parent relationships predict the development of behavior problems over and above the influence of disease-related factors, even for children at considerable biological risk.  相似文献

This study focused on a social interaction theory of the development of cognitive self-regulation. Specifically, the effect of mother-child interaction on the child's ability to problem solve was investigated. The general predictions were (1) children who interacted with their mothers throughout a problem-solving task would subsequently exhibit improved independent performance over practice-control children, who received corrective feedback from a female experimenter at the end of the task; (2) mothers would be more responsible for task activities, would more often regulate their child's task behaviors, and offer more specific verbal content when task demands on child competence increased than when they decreased. 60 3- and 5-year-olds either worked with their mothers or practiced alone and were given corrective feedback on a sorting task in which miniature pieces of furniture were placed in a doll house. As predicted, children who interacted with their mothers subsequently created more correct, adult-like groupings independently than children who received corrective feedback. Mothers displayed more task responsibility and regulation with younger children and when task demands on children of both age groups increased. Maternal verbal content became less specific when task demands decreased. Child performance was related to (1) variation in maternal regulation of the child; and (2) degree of specificity of maternal verbal content.  相似文献

In this study the investigator compared two sections of the same course-one section was online and asynchronous; the other was face-to-face-by examining gender, age, learning preferences and styles, media familiarity, effectiveness of tasks, course effectiveness, test grades, and final grades. The two sections were taught by the same instructor and used the same instructional materials. The results revealed no significant differences in test scores, assignments, participation grades, and final grades, although the online group's averages were slightly higher. Ninety-six percent of the online students found the course to be either as effective or more effective to their learning than their typical face-to-face course. There were no significant differences between learning preferences and styles and grades in either group. The study showed that equivalent learning activities can be equally effective for online and face-to-face learners.  相似文献

本研究采用投射测验,通过集体开放式问卷的形式来比较工读生和普通生攻击性行为社会问题解决的特点。结果表明:(1)和普通生相比,工读生在社会问题的解决中攻击性和操纵性反应比较明显,亲社会的策略较少。(2)当被要求寻找其他替代性的策略去解决问题时,工读生提出的解决问题的策略的数量通常少于普通学生,解决问题的方式、变通性和可行性都较普通学生差,可以看出他们缺乏人际冲突解决的必要技巧和方法。他们在社会问题解决上表现出的这些特点都和他们的攻击性行为有一定的关系。  相似文献

Abstract

This investigation was completed to obtain information concerning the relationship of the stability of teacher behavior (measured in terms of active learner inattention) to teacher effectiveness and teacher responsiveness to inservice training. A second purpose was to determine if differences in stability of teaching behavior were, in part, a function of sex of teacher, years of experience, or grade level taught. Sixty-seven teachers participated in the study, with 30 of these teachers receiving inservice training for a 6-week period. The results indicated that teachers with stable and unstable teaching behavior were equally responsive to training. Stability of teacher behavior was related to the amount of learner inattention in the classroom; teachers with the more stable behavior had less active learner inattention.  相似文献

受时代风气的影响,原本俚俗的南朝刘宋帝室从刘裕开始即进行了从武至文的转变。从整体而言,刘宋帝室的文学风格有着"丽秀"和"苍劲"两个方面。这两个方面都是对玄言诗文学风格的反拔,具有明显的进步意义。但是,刘宋帝室尚未能把"丽秀"与"苍劲"两个方面巧妙地熔为一炉,这影响了他们在文学史上的地位。  相似文献
