素描教学改革实践

素描教学在师范与非师范美术专业中都占有重要地位，为了适应社会发展对人材要求，美术系基础教研室的教师对素描教学在理论与实践方面进行了不同程度的改革，学生的师范素质与专业技能都有了较大的提高。     

谈素描教学的师范特点

本以研究师范专业的素描教学特点为主线，以适应我国中小学美术教育事业的发展为目的。从四个方面对素描教学如何更好地与师范专业相结合这一课题进行了分析、论证。     

浅论素描教学中的创造性培养

随着知识经济的到来，传统素描教学方式已远远不能适应时代发展的需要。为了使素描教学跟上时代发展的步伐，把师范素描基础教学真正变成培养创造力的工具，应该从变革传统素描教学的目标、更新素描教学内容、运用现代教学方法、改变素描评价标准等四方面对传统素描教学进行探索。     

函授素描教学浅见

美术教育专业创意素描教学初探

素描基础是师范美术教育专业的核心基础课程,长期以来都以具象造型训练为主,教学内容陈旧,教学思维模式单一,缺乏创新意识,造成学生选修专业方向课程时,缺乏从习作思维向创作思维的转换。创意素描教学的重点是对学生具象造型能力之外的其他造型能力的培养,训练学生的创新意识,全面提高学生的审美修养与审美素质。

关于艺术设计中的素描教学

Teaching Experience and Educational Psychologists' Credibility with Teachers: An empirical investigation

The extent to which educational psychologists' credibility with teachers relies on their own teaching experience is an issue that has been hotly debated in the profession for more than 30 years. It is widely perceived as a key reason for retaining qualified teaching experience as a requirement for training as an educational psychologist (EP). The studies reported in this paper investigate whether teachers know that educational psychologists have been teachers (a logical pre-requisite to affording them high credibility on this basis). The studies also examine the regard in which EPs are held by teachers who know, and teachers who do not know, that EPs have been teachers. Results indicate that teaching experience cannot be regarded as necessary to EPs' credibility with teachers. However, a positive relationship between teaching experience and credibility with teachers, among primary school teachers, raises questions about ways of broadening EPs' pre-course experience.     

外籍教师英语口语教学之我见

外籍教师在英语口语教学中发挥着越来越重要的作用。根据笔者听取外籍教师上课以及与外籍教师的交流,本文首先列举了一些外籍教师口语教学的特点;接着简要分析了这些特点的利与弊;最后,笔者在分析的基础上对外籍教师口语教学的不足之处提出了几点建议。     

远程教育英语教师专业发展浅谈

在漫长的英语教育发展过程中,英语教师一直以来都是教学过程的主导,近年来,随着我国大学英语教学工作的不断推进,外语教育界已逐步认识到教师专业发展的重要性,英语教师专业发展已成为国内教育领域的热点研究问题,但还缺乏对大学英语教师尤其是远程教育英语教师的关注;英语教师这一群体的自身专业发展,对教育改革和发展起着重要的影响意义,远程教育教师在教学对象、学术氛围等方面与普通高等院校教师有一定的差异,但他们也同样承担着我国英语教学的重任。     

Learning by Exploration in Mathematics Courses: a programme for student teachers

In order to adapt teacher education to new demands in mathematics classrooms, it is necessary to change the courses in mathematics at the university. Teachers’ beliefs about mathematics, learning and teaching has great impact on their teaching. At the University of Göteborg, a co‐operative project has been conducted in order to design a programme based on problem solving in courses taken by prospective Comprehensive School teachers (grade 4‐‐9). The main purpose of the project has been to make student teachers more reflective about mathematics as such, about learning and teaching. Another purpose of the project has been to use a teaching method in a university course‐‐a method which could be applied in a school classroom. The student teachers have worked co‐operatively in small groups of 3‐4 students and the educators role has been that of a facilitator. A preliminary evaluation indicates that student teachers have developed an insight into the complexity of learning and teaching, even though there are variations in this respect. However they still have difficulties in applying the method to teaching mathematics at school.     

教学反思中的问题与建议

目前,大多数教师已经意识到教学反思的重要性,并在教学实践中积极进行反思。基于教学反思的内涵和特点的分析,教学反思中仍然存在着教师认识不到位、反思片面化、形式化、反思视角单一化等问题。为了解决以上问题,学校要积极创设教学反思的良好氛围,教师要加强教学反思的理论学习,还要加强专家与教师的帮助。     

Worldviews,religions, and beliefs about teaching and learning: perception of mathematics teachers with different religious backgrounds

Beliefs about mathematics education and their influences on teaching practices have been widely investigated in recent decades. There have been numerous empirical studies on the influences of religions on teachers’ and students’ beliefs about subjects such as sciences and language. However, the influences of worldviews in general and religions in particular, as one of the major sources of beliefs in relation to mathematics education, are under-researched. The current study is a first step to unpacking the relationship between teachers’ religions and their beliefs about mathematics teaching and learning. By means of semi-structured interviews with mathematics teachers of different religious backgrounds, teachers’ perceptions on the connection between their personal religious beliefs and their beliefs about teaching and learning are investigated. In-depth analyses of the perceptions of three mathematics teachers reveal the complex relationship between teachers’ religious beliefs and their teaching beliefs. First, there are some common values shared by different religions, which influence the beliefs about mathematics teaching and learning as well as education in general. Second, religion is a rich belief system, and the teachers appear to apply only a portion of their religious beliefs to guide their teaching. It is also possible that a teacher is influenced by more than one religion or cultural tradition. Despite its subtleties, our study provides evidence to support the alignment between teachers’ personal religious beliefs and their beliefs about mathematics teaching and learning.     

Biology and Health Education

The Health Promoting Schools in Europe initiatives have highlighted the importance of health education in schools. Although health education is inter-disciplinary, biology teachers have an important role in teaching about health and in the formation of policy. Health education needs therefore to be part of initial teacher education programmes for those who are preparing to teach biology in secondary schools. Student teachers in England and Sweden have been involved in a pilot study that is investigating two aspects of teaching health education. The first element of the study has used questionnaires and small group discussions to explore biology student teachers’ perceptions of teaching about health as part of biology. In the second phase student teachers have been investigating secondary pupils’ understanding about aspects of health. In this paper we report on the initial findings and consider the implications of these results for the teaching of biology in secondary schools.     

课程改革视域下教师教学哲学的审视与重构

教师的教学哲学是教师对其课程教学生活中的教学现象、教学方法、教学行为及其体系背后的理论基础、核心构成等整体关系的理解与认识。持续的课程改革改变了教师的生存状态和意义感受,对教师教学哲学亦提出了相应的变革要求。与之相应,在课程改革中审视并反思教师教学哲学的重构,是消解课程改革理论遭遇教师实践抵制和推进改革有效达成的可能性选择。     

新疆中小学少数民族“双语“师资“培训者“的现状、出路分析(上)

自治区"双语"师资培训启动以来,先后有18所院校约190名教师参与"双语"师资培训工作.文章从汉语水平、教学能力、专业知识水平以及培训者的实验教学能力等方面考察了全疆双语师资"培训者"中汉语教师和专业教师的现状,并对此进行了对策研究.     

试论80后青年教师教学能力的培养

80后青年教师进入大中专院校,从事教学工作,给高等教育注入了生机和活力。他们虽具备扎实的专业基础知识,思想活跃,眼界开阔,但缺乏教学实践经验和教学技巧。而教学能力的高低将会直接影响到教学质量的好坏和教学效果的优劣。因此,如何提升80后青年教师的教学能力,对于高等院校师资队伍的整体水平与师资队伍建设,促进高等院校的可持续发展,具有重要的意义。
