情感教学技能与课堂教学认知目标实现——情感目标的中介作用

采用自编问卷对中学教师情感教学技能、课堂教学情感及认知目标达成度进行现场调查,系统探讨中学教师情感教学技能与其课堂教学情感及认知目标达成的关系。结果发现:中学教师情感教学技能总体水平不高,课堂教学情感目标落实情况欠佳,亟待进一步提高与改善;中学教师情感教学技能、课堂教学情感及认知目标达成三者间呈两两显著正相关;中学教师课堂教学情感目标达成在其情感教学技能与课堂教学认知目标实现的关系中起部分中介作用。     

浅谈“三沟通”培训的档案管理

新课标下的语文课堂教学策略浅探

“教学策略”指的是教学的策划与策略，即为实现某种教学目标而制定实施的综合性设计方案，它通过教学方法、教学模式和教学手段得以体现。在语文教学中，教学原则的贯彻，教学过程的操作，教学模式的选择，都必须讲究策略。可以说教学策略是教学设计的有机组成部分，是在特定教学情境中为完成教学目标和适应学生认知需要而制定的教学程序计划和采取的教学实施措施。从广泛的意义上来看，教学策略与教学方法、教学步骤、教学模式具有等同的性质。新语文课程标准中，课程理念的时代性、课程目标的全面性，学习方式的多样性，课程内容的开放性，教学评价的多元性，这一切均为实现新的语文课堂教学策略提供了理论的依据。     

新课程背景下中学教师教学发展特征调查研究

采用问卷调查法对234名中学教师进行调查研究,结果发现中学教师教学发展具有：教师认知明确、发展需要强烈;教师注重自身教学经验与反思;教师教学培训需求迫切,要求培训内容广;注重教学培训的实用性、可操作性和实效性;教师教学发展路径和可以用资源相对欠缺,缺乏必要的政策支持和经费保障。这些特征可以为教师教学发展培训提供参考和依据。     

基于交往理论的SEMINAR教学模式探究

本文融合了认知主义理论、建构主义学习理论和交往理论,提出了SEMINAR的教学模式及教学目标,分析实施该模式的基本教学原则,并介绍了几种讨论课的教学策略。该教学模式不仅能充分发挥学生的主体作用、培养他们的团队合作精神,而且能提高教师的教学水平,丰富和发展了本科教育的教学模式。
