随着教育改革的不断深入,文章意义的解读从单一化向多元化转变,阅读教学重视体现学生的主体性,培养学生的创造性思维,发挥学生的潜能,让学生对作品进行自由、广泛、深入的认识,形成自己的独特解悟。认识这些重要性后就要做到:一、课堂学习学生要实现由学“答”到学“问”的转变;二、在合作学习小组中,对文章进行评读,互相促进;三、在自主探索中体验求知的快乐;四、尊重学生情感,正确看待学生个体差异,做好同步与差异的统一;五、鼓励学生养成健康时尚并富有个性的审美观;六、保证学生课外阅读正常有效的进行。

2015年课堂教学改革该关注什么

其一，课堂教学改革的“学习中心”意识。新课堂倡导的“学为中心”，就是要追求课堂中学生学习的真正发生。课改的逻辑起点，就是将“教为中心”的课堂转变为“学为中心”的课堂，让课堂真正成为学生学习的场所，让学习成为课堂活动的核心。课堂学习从哪里开始，要以学情为依据；课堂学习走向何处，要有明确的学习目标；课堂学习以什么方式进行，要与学习内容相吻合。     

教师如何迎接新世纪的挑战

21世纪，教师的主要职责将从传统的教学生学什么、思考什么，转变为教会学生如何学、如何思考，以培养学生的学习自主性和创新精神；培养目标由传统的“模仿型人才”转变为“创造型人才”；教师的角色也将由传统的“知识传授”转变为“指导”。     

审辩式学习：学与教的深度对话

审辩式学习是对《中庸》中“学、问、思、辨、行”的创造性转化与创新性发展。审辩式学习理念认为，“少教之教”有三个层次——学生活动不少于“0.618”，教是为了不需要教，学可以反哺教；“爱学之学”有三重境界——永不满足地学，浑然忘我地学，终生不渝地学。教师角色应从教学转变为助学，从助学转变为“同学”。学生成为课堂学习的主角与主人，课堂是师生共生共赢的生命场域。     

教学过程与教学情境

借鉴系统工程的思想方法切人教学过程，对它进行层次分析，将教学过程分为“教”和“学”两个过程，在“学”的过程中，学生为主体，学习情境(教学情境)为客体；在“教”的过程中，教师为主体，教学情境为客体。教师的主导性、创造性、艺术性……无不反映在教师对教学情境的创设上．而学生的学习更是不能脱离“环境”——教学情境的认识过程。     

激励学生主动参与数学学习

学生是学习的主体，教师应充分发挥指导作用,充分激发、鼓励、调动学生学习的积极性。 一、解决好教师的认识问题——尊重学生的主体地位 教学过程不仅需要师生之间的互动，而且需要学生之间的交流。为此，教师的教育思想要实现三个转变：一是转变教师观，教师由“主演”变为“导演”；二是转变学生观，学生由“配角”变为“主角”；三是转变教学观，课堂由“讲堂”变为“学堂”。     

新课标背景下学生自主学习能力的培养策略

在整个教育教学活动中，教师和学生都是处于主体地位，教师是教的主体，学生是学的主体。教师的作用体现在对学生学习的引导和指导，即帮助学生实现认识过程的转化，从不知到知，从知之不多到知之较多，并不断提高学生的学习兴趣，引导学生运用知识，形成技能，发展能力。那么，在这个互动过程中，如何调动学生学习积极性，实现由“要我学”到“我要学”的转变，笔者认为，在教学中可以采用如下教学策略。     

转变学生学习方式的几点做洪

学生学习方式的转变是课程改革的核心任务。学习方式怎样转变呢？简而言之，就是由“要我学”变为“我要学”。也就是使学生的学习过程更多地成为学生发现问题、提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的过程。按照新课改转变学习方式的理念，我曾采用多种不同的教学方法，对如何转变学习方式进行了探索，觉得下列教学方法对转变学习方式有一定的效果。

文章通过对语文教学中“教和学”“先”与“后”关系的论述，指出语文教改的关键就是把学习的自主权交给学生，即应采取“先人为主，先学后教”的方法进行教学。在阅读教学中，应采用“先入求感得、先学求知得、后教使悟得”的三层阅读法；在写作教学中，应变“指导-写作”为“写作-指导”，即“先人为主。先写后导”。
