中德教师职业后教育个案比较研究与思考

本文对德国与我国教师职业后教育的培训模式、培训师资和培训方法进行了个案比较分析，从教育理念及师资基础的角度对两国的教师继续教育实践进行了归因分析，以引发对我国教师继续教育的思考。     

Reflective and Reflexive Practice in Initial Teacher Education: a critical case study

Abstract

This article outlines approaches that are being adopted to encourage students training to be teachers on a Postgraduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) course to reflect upon their teaching. It takes the form of a special case designed to nurture good practice in Teacher Education. Applications for those working in higher education are discussed. A distinction has been made between reflection and reflexivity (Ashmore, 1989; Bourdieu & Wacquant, 1992). It was found that engaging students in reflexivity can have benefits in terms of classroom effectiveness and reflective writing can play an enhancing role in this process. It was found that many students were judged to have exhibited reflexivity in their teaching and in their written work. Ways in which the emphasis on reflective practice has led to the development of classroom skills were identified.     

Learning Networks in German Schools and Teacher Education

In the nationwide project “Schulen ans Netz” in Germany a network will be created to give a support for information, communication and collaboration of schools, universities and institutes. In the IKARUS project at the University of Dortmund a multimedia learning environment is being developed and evaluated to educate teacher students on the topic of Information and Communication Technology. It integrates the information, communication and collaboration aspects of the media in a study laboratory.     

Participatory planning for project sustainability of environmental education projects: a case study of the Secondary Teacher Training Environmental Education Project (St2eep) in Zimbabwe

Within the first year of the Secondary Teacher Training Environmental Education Project (St²eep) in Zimbabwe, project stakeholders, including lecturers, college administrators, local project coordinators, and donor representatives, expressed concern about the non‐sustainability of the project due to its over‐reliance on its international donor. In response to this challenge, a process of critical self‐reflection through self‐assessment workshops was started to give an opportunity for key project stakeholders to explore the challenge of project sustainability. Applying the principles of expansive learning theory to St²eep’s reflection processes, this paper shows how the contradictions that emerge from the interaction between different project stakeholders can be powerful sources for learning. This has resulted in new forms of activity to address the challenge of project sustainability in St²eep. The insights of this paper may be useful for other donor‐funded environmental education projects that are confronted with the challenge of project sustainability.     

教师培养制度的变革:从师范教育到教师教育

我国高等师范教育正处于从数量满足型向质量提高型转变的重要变革时期,灵活开放的教师教育培养体系适应了知识经济社会对高素质教师的需求,师范教育向教师教育的转型是历史的必然。建立“开放型”、“综合类”、“高层次”、“专业化”的教师教育体制对提高基础教育质量具有十分重要的作用。     

Environmental Education in Serbian Primary Schools: Challenges and Changes in Curriculum,Pedagogy, and Teacher Training

The protection of human health and the preservation of the environment are topics that form an integral part of the primary school curriculum in Serbia. However, research studies have shown that students do not have enough knowledge to contribute to the development of a healthy lifestyle and environmental awareness. The latest changes in school policy and curricula confirm that the relevance of environmental education has been recognized, but changes in school practice are yet to come. This article discusses the challenges encountered in the implementation of the intended curriculum and offers suggestions for changes to the curriculum, pedagogy, and teacher training in order to enhance environmental education.     

团体训练在高校新教师培训中的应用

团体心理训练的特点是目的性、计划性强,持续的时间又相对比较短,它能在短期内改变人原有的心理,建立新的态度和行为,能够激发新教师的潜能,培养合作精神和合作能力。在新教师培训中,它具有独特的作用,但也存在一定的问题。为此,必须采用正确的方法,解决存在的问题,加强团体心理训练在高校新教师培训中的积极作用,提高团体训练在高校新教师培训中的针对性和实效性。     

高师音乐教学改革与师资培养

高等师范音乐教育是培养中小学音乐教师的摇篮,当高师毕业生走出校门跨入中小学教师队列的时候,同时也是对高师教育教学质量的检验。新的《音乐课程标准》对中小学音乐教师提出了更高的要求,面对音乐新课程新标准的启用,高师音乐教育教学的改革迫在眉睫。本文从高师音乐教学的培养目标、课程设置、课堂模式、考核评估几方面提出了改革的构思和建议,以达到为基础教育培养合格音乐师资的目的。     

教师教育发展与高师外语教师教育课程改革探究

在教师教育发展中,"知识"的地位特别重要,教师专业技能、专业知识、专业情意等问题都是关键的专业性问题。现阶段,教师专业化逐步从以技术熟练为核心向以实践为核心的范式发展,从掌握公共教育知识逐步转移为掌握个体实践知识。培养教师专业知识离不开课程体系,教师教育改革也要以课程改革为着眼点。高师院校外语教师教育课程还存在一些问题,应该基于问题探索针对性、操作性较强的解决策略,以有效增强课程体系的专业发展,提高实践体验,达到融通整合的最终目的。     

试论教育信息化对高校教师培训的影响及其对策

本文分析了教育信息化的发展对高校教师培训目标、内容、模式、方法和手段等的影响，提出高校教师培训工作要加强教育信息化的理论研究工作，提高发展信息化的认识；更新培训观念；加快高校教师培训信息化的建设，提高培训的现代化程度；建立政策导向机制，积极开展信息技术专项培训；探索建立现代远程教育培训模式等对策。     

Teaching for a Sustainable World: the Environmental and Development Education Project for Teacher Education

The social, economic, political and ecological imperatives of sustainable development outlined in ’Our Common Future, Agenda 21’ and ’Caring for the Earth’ have established a renewed agenda for environmental education which links it very closely with development education. Teacher educators in Australia have responded to the need to link environmental and development education and to raise the level of attention usually devoted to them in teacher education programmes. The ’Environmental and Development Education Project for Teacher Education’ has been the result. The project has involved 20 educators, drawn from 11 universities, government departments and NGOs across Australia, in writing and trialing a set of 18 3‐hour workshop modules on environmental and development education for use in pre‐service teacher education courses. These modules, published in the project manual, ’Teaching for a Sustainable World’, illustrate how environmental education and development education are related and provide practical assistance for teacher educators who wish to include these important fields in their programmes. An intensive dissemination programme in 1993‐94 involves workshops for all Faculties of Education in Australia.     

Professional Development of Teacher Trainers: a case study

This paper reviews the literature on teacher trainers with special reference to current initiatives in Spain, and provides a case study of the design, delivery and follow‐up to a course for teacher trainers of English language teaching and the pedagogy of language. The course was designed to promote the concept of teachers as reflective practitioners.     

实习支教,置换培训：一种双赢的教师教育模式

师范生实习支教,置换教师培训是通过组织高师院校师范生到农村中小学进行教育实习,在一定时期内顶替现职农村学校教师的岗位,被置换出的农村教师参加由高师院校组织的短期脱产培训。这是一种双赢的教学和培训模式,它有效提高了师范生的教学技能,切实解决农村教师队伍素质不高这一制约农村基础教育发展的根本问题。文章从当前教育实习和教师培训中存在的问题入手,讨论＂实习支教,置换培训＂的实践价值并对其有效实施提出了相关的建议。     

Teacher Education for a Pluralist Society: the British case

The article is organised into two sections, dealing with: (1) the notions of ‘Plurality’ and ‘Pluralism’ and (2) the training of teachers for a plural society. In part (I), factors influencing the development of the plural society in Britain are discussed and the dimensions of that society examined. Part (II) outlines the needs of schools in a plural society and recommends a strategy for teacher training.

L'article est organisé en deux parties qui traitent (i) des concepts de ‘Pluralité’ et de ‘Pluralisme’, et (ii) de la formation des enseignants pour une société pluraliste. Dans la première partie (i) il est discuté facteurs qui ont une influence sur le développement de la société pluraliste en Grande‐Bretagne et les caracteristiques de cette société. La deuxième partie (ii) expose les besoins des écoles dans une société pluraliste et recommande une stratégie pour la formation des enseignants.     

教师教育:职前培养专业化教师的问题探析

从教育强国的高度来看,拥有和建设高素质的教师队伍,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的战略措施。美、德、英等国家教师培养机构已变迁,我们在向西方学习时,要注意到其改革与变迁各自的“背景”。开展教师教育改革,“形”可散,而“神”要聚,要以教师的专业发展作为改革的价值取向。教师专业既包括学科专业性,也包括教育专业性。在教师专业化中,“理解”应该扮演重要角色。教师对两个专业的理解分为两种水平,即对执教学科的操作型与概念型理解和对教学的操作型与概念型理解。教师只有对教学的理解处于概念型水平,对执教学科的理解也处于概念型水平,才能自觉、有效地实施理解性教学。促进师范生对教学的深刻理解,不能完全由教育类课程独自承载。促进未来教师加深对执教学科与教学的理解是促进教师双专业化的有力环节。
