思想道德与法治课程作为高职院校思政教育的核心课程所在,对于学生正确三观的构建,以及良好法治观念的培养都具有重要作用。文章就高职学生法治观念的培养意义、高职思想道德与法治课程中学生法治观念的培养现状、高职思想道德与法治课程中学生法治观念的培养内容、高职思想道德与法治课程中学生法治观念的培养措施展开探讨,旨在促进高职院校思政教学水平的提升,以及促使学生形成良好的法治观念。

高职毕业生就业观念不科学是其就业难的一个重要原因。通过对高职生就业观念的调查发现,高职生就业观念存在的问题主要归结为具有三种＂情结＂、缺乏两种＂意识＂。高职生就业观念存在的问题,既有客观原因,也有主观原因。针对这些问题及其原因,要明确就业观和科学就业观的含义,从两个方面引导和教育高职生树立科学就业观,促进高职毕业生就业。

本研究采用定量分析的方法,对江西省某职业技术学院132名高职学生的英语学习动机、观念、策略的情况进行了问卷调查。本调查目的是了解高职学生的英语学习动机、观念和策略的总体状况;动机、观念和策略三者之间的相关影响。研究结果表明：高职学生通常持有或信任英语学习观念,一般具备学习动机和使用学习策略;动机、观念和策略各内部之间分别显著相关。
