让语文教学因精彩而艺术——心智美育型语文教学（五）

精彩是一种功夫，精彩是一种手法，精彩是一种状态，精彩也是一种效果。让教师在语文教学的精彩上作出个性化的努力，让学生在语文教学的精彩上享受教学艺术，感受精彩，从而使语文教学艺术在学生身上产生作用，成为学生学好语文的一种重要因素，这就是语文教学艺术的出发点与归宿。因此，学生是语文教学艺术最终的赢家与受体。所以，创造和运用以学生乃至学生的发展为本的语文教学艺术，将是我们每个语文教师为之奋斗的主要方向。那么，精彩由何而来，怎样铸造精彩?本文认为可以从以下几个方面来实现．     

课堂上的“放”“收”艺术

新教材，新理念向广大语文敦师提出了严峻的挑战。教师们深感课改的重要性，都渴望在改革的潮流中脱胎换骨，以崭新的姿态出现，在课改中大显身手。但在具体的语文教学中，往往难以把握自己，摆脱不了旧方式、旧形象的束缚，教学效果不理想。如何走出这种困境呢?本人认为正确处理好教学中的“放”“收”艺术，可以解决这一问题。     

将对联与语文教学联姻

对联是我国古代语文教学中与句读、声律并列的一门基础课程，以其强调遣词炼句，追求语言的简洁明嘹等特点而备受中高考命题者的青睐；随着语文教学改革推进，将对联艺术运用到语文教学中，不失为一种体现课改精神的创新手段。[第一段]

语文教师如何走进新课改

为适应时代发展的需要，语文教师必须在课程目标和内容、教学观念和学习方式、评价目的和方法等方面进行系统的改革。而在语文教学中，教师是一个关键。新课程、新教材是在全新的教育理念指导下编制的，教师都要有一个学习和适应的过程，都要经受新课程的洗礼。语文课程改革能否顺利实施，关键在于语文教师的素质是否适应课改的要求。因此，每位语文教师都应该积极地走进课改，成为课改的主人，而不是被动的适应者，在新课程实施中，不断提高自身素质，以适应当前课程改革的要求。     

警惕语文课改演变成尖子生教育

在语文课改如火如荼的今天，一些把握了课改精髓的教师将素质教育融合在语文教学实践之中，走进了“柳暗花明又一村”的全新境地。但有些教师却忽视了“必须面向全体学生，使学生获得基本的语文素养”（《语文课程标准》）这一基本理念，将生命力旺盛的新课改引进了面向尖子学生教育的死胡同，迷失了课改的方向。[第一段]
