情商与个人的成就密切相关,儿童正处于情商培养的关键期.采用巴昂情绪智力(青少年版)量表(EQ-I:YV),对南昌市某中学初一年级一个班的50名学生情商发展现状进行调查,并对其实施共计6次的情商提升团体心理辅导.前后测结果显示,团体心理辅导对儿童情商产生了积极的影响,情商的几个方面是互相影响的,某一方面能力的提高会带动其他方面能力的提高.
