Abstract：

In view of the uncertainty problems in personalized information service capability evaluation,this article develops a personalized information service capability evaluation indicator system and a personalized information service capability evaluation model based on theory of evidence. The article gives the concrete algorithm. The empirical analysis and calculation show that this method can not only resolve the uncertainty problems in the evaluation process,but also testify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.

DETERMINATION OF TRACE CHROMIUM(Ⅵ) IN WATER BY FLOW INJECTION ANALYSIS WITH AN AMPEROMETRIC DETECTOR

A method for the determination of trace chromium(Ⅳ) in water by frow injection analysis with an amperometric detector has been developed. With a carrier solution of 1% NaCl and 0.1N HCl, chromium(Ⅵ) is determined in small sample volumes at a flow rate of 4.0mL/min, The applied potential is 100mV (vs. SCE). This method provides a detection limit of about 0.2μg/l, with a relative standard deviation of 1.6％. The method can be used for determination of chromium(Ⅵ) in natural water and industrial waste water.
