海纳百川大气磅礴——京剧艺术漫谈

京剧,又称"京戏"、"平剧"(因北京曾更名为北平),甚至有称其为"国剧"者。其融歌、舞、诗、乐等艺术形式于一体,场面宏大,扮相考究,声韵正雅,格调雍容,姿态优美,品位高洁,服饰华丽,大气磅礴,全面展现出中国传统戏曲抒情、写意、象征、诗化的艺术表现力,与中医中药、国画并称中国三大国粹,颇值得一书。     

中华优秀传统文化与中国历史

中华优秀传统文化是在中国历史的长河中孕育生长起来的。我们研究中国优秀传统文化,不仅需要有充足的理论准备,而且还需要将其产生和演变融入到中国历史的深广背景中,努力做到思想与历史的统一。     

近期活动聚焦

京韵流馨扬国粹,汉调吐蕊竞芬芳。8月23日,备受瞩目的“与京剧名作面对面——来自国家级旗舰的新解读”系列活动在曼谷中国文化中心盛大启幕。本次活动受到中国文化部与中国驻泰国大使馆支持,由中国国家京剧院、中外文化交流中心、曼谷中国文化中心和泰中文化促进委员会联合主办,旨在向泰国民众介绍中国传统京剧艺术,推广中国优秀传统文化,活动将一直持续到9月份。     

鼓乐弦音 满目生情——江苏京剧艺术团参加迦太基国际戏剧节回望

11月的突尼斯，阳光和煦，气候宜人。1999年第9届“迦太基国际戏剧节”在突尼斯城举行，欧、亚、非、美四大洲艺术家汇集，顿使这座滨临地中海的都市喜添几多文化艺术气息。

皮影戏作为一种古朴的民间传统化艺术，一直成为农村群众喜闻乐见的民间剧种，深受广大群众喜爱。易门县铜厂彝族乡至今还流传着皮影戏，这是一个很难得的乡村化现象，值得我们认真对待和研究。皮影戏作为一种大众娱乐形式，其悠久的历史可以追溯到汉代，据史书记载．     

Puppets in Firework Display

Chinese puppets were invented before Christ and puppet shows prospered in the Tang-and-Song peirod （618-1279）. There are now four major types of puppet shows, including marionettes, bag puppets, iron wire-controlled puppets and stick puppets. Wenzhou and Rugao, two coastal cities in southeast China, are known as the hometowns of the puppet show. Most puppet figures played in these two areas are marionettes. But in 2003 puppet figures driven by gunpowder explosion appeared at Wenzhou Tourism Festival, which stunned all the visitors. In June 2006, this puppet genre was included in the first national list of intangible cultural heritage under the statelevel.     

An Attempt to Rescue Traditional Culture

On November 8, an exhibition on the replicas of lost painting and calligraphic masterpieces, used to be part of the Qing court collection, opened in the National Library of China. This one-month exhibition was co-organized by the collection connoisseurship committee of China Cultural Relics Soceity and Liaoning Provincial Museum. The film-production in the VISION BEIJING project has concluded after more than 600 days of planning, filming and post production work.The VISION BEIJING Organizing Committee invited five of the world＇s most famous film directors, Giuseppe Tornatore （Italy）, Majid Majidi （Iran）, Patrice keconte （France）, Daryl Goodrich （Great Britain） and Andrew kau Wai-Keung （Hong Kong） to make a five-minute film each about Beijing and its people＇s enthusiastic preparations for the 2008 Olympic Games. The final products of the project will serve as an audio-video record of the rich connotations of Beijing＇s ＂People＇s Olympics＂.
