苯甲酸分子印迹聚合物的制备及表征

采用分子印迹技术,以苯甲酸为模板分子,1,4-二乙烯基苯为交联剂,分别以α-甲基丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为功能单体,合成了苯甲酸具有特异性吸附能力的两种分子印迹聚合物,其中用α-甲基丙烯酸合成的分子印迹聚合物对模板分子苯甲酸的氢键作用力和结合能力都比较强。     

芹菜甲素分子印迹聚合物的制备及其吸附性能研究

以芹菜甲素为模板分子,通过沉淀聚合法制备了芹菜甲素分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)和非分子印迹聚合物(NIPs),并通过动态吸附、静态吸附和选择性吸附实验对所制备的分子印迹聚合物的吸附性能进行了表征.结果表明,当芹菜甲素的浓度为0.1 mmol L~(-1),吸附时间为12 h时,MIPs达到吸附平衡且最大吸附量为3.561 mg g~(-1).Scatchard分析表明,在MIPs中存在高亲和性和低亲和性两种结合位点,而在NIPs中只存在一种非特异性结合位点.选择吸附实验表明,MIPs对芹菜甲素具有高选择性和良好的专一识别性能.该研究可为芹菜甲素分子印迹聚合物作为固相萃取材料分离提取中药中有效成分芹菜甲素提供了理论基础.     

平衡法表征对苯二胺分子印迹聚合物的分子识别性能

采用非共价分子印迹技术,以对苯二胺（p-PD）为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,制备了p-PD分子印迹聚合物,并利用静态平衡法研究了印迹聚合物的结合能力和选择性。结果表明,在印迹聚合物中存在两类结合位点,离解常数分别为2．57×10^-4mol／L和3．71×10^-3mol／L;对应的最大结合位点数分别为19．7μmol／g和80．7μmol／g;p-PD印迹聚合物能够选择性结合p-PD。     

对羟基苯甲酸丁酯分子印迹聚合物的制备及吸附性能研究

以对羟基苯甲酸丁酯为模板,α-甲基丙烯酸（MAA）为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯（EGDMA）为交联剂,聚乙烯醇为分散剂,采用悬浮聚合法在氯仿溶剂中制备了分子印迹聚合物（MIP）。通过考察该聚合物对模板分子的间歇式吸附实验表明,所制备的分子印迹聚合物对模板分子的吸附较快,最大表观结合量近270μg／g。Scatchard方程研究表明在研究的浓度范围内在聚合物中形成了两类不同的结合位点。     

蛋白质分子印迹技术研究进展

蛋白质分子印迹聚合物具有高度选择吸附性，能专一性识别蛋白质模板分子．本文综述了蛋白质分子印迹聚合物的制备、选择性识别机制及其选择性吸附的影响因素，并对蛋白质分子印迹技术的应用前景进行了展望。     

硅胶表面光引发制备氨基比林分子印迹聚合物的研究

以光引发剂二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠对硅胶表面进行修饰,以氨基比林为模板分子、甲基丙烯酸为单体、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,在修饰后的硅胶表面接枝共聚制备分子印迹聚合物。利用红外光谱、电镜对聚合物进行了表征,用紫外分光光度法考察了分子印迹聚合物对氨基比林的吸附特性。结果表明,印迹聚合物对模板分子具有较高的吸附能力和选择识别能力。     

硅胶表面双酚A分子印迹聚合物的制备和识别特性

采用表面分子印迹技术,在硅胶表面合成了基于双酚A的分子印迹聚合物,用紫外光谱分析了模板分子的洗脱效果,用扫描电子显微镜表征了印迹聚合物的表面形貌。静态吸附实验表明,该印迹聚合物对双酚A具有较好的选择性吸附。     

基于分子印迹聚合物的水杨酸电导型传感器

以水杨酸为模板分子,通过制备印迹聚合物作为敏感材料,制成检测水杨酸的电导型传感器。测试了水杨酸印迹聚物[P(SA)]对水杨酸(SA)的吸附特性。该传感器在pH6.0的缓冲介质中,对浓度范围为0.01-0.1mmol L-1的水杨酸有明显的电导响应,寿命为5个月。通过对传感器选择性,灵敏度和稳定性测试,结果证明水杨酸分子印迹聚合物可以作为敏感物质用于水杨酸传感器的开发研制。     

Pb^2＋模板交联巯基壳聚糖分子印迹聚合物的合成及性能研究

以Pn^2＋为模板分子，以巯基壳聚糖为功能单体合成了交联巯基壳聚糖分子印迹聚合物．并研究其合成、吸附和洗脱条件，结果表明：合成的分子印迹聚合物抗酸性提高了，且保留了对Pb^2＋良好的吸附性和识别选择性．     

3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸印迹聚合物的分子识别特性

采用非共价印迹技术,以3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸（3,4,5-THBA）为印迹分子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,乙腈为致孔剂,60℃热引发制备了印迹聚合物P（3,4,5-THBA）,用高效液相色谱法和Scatchard作图评价了其选择性结合特性。结果表明,P（3,4,5-THBA）对3,4,5-THBA具有选择性结合能力,氢键结合在其分子识别过程中起主要作用,其中存在两类结合位点,高亲和力结合位点的离解常数KD1=2.4×10-4mol/L,最大结合位点数Qmax1=30.6μmol/g;低亲合力结合位点的离解常数KD2=2.3×10-3mol/L,最大结合位点数Qmax2=91.1μmol/g。

The Reader Response Approach to Teaching of English Literature

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models. At last I evaluate its usefuiness for teachers and present the advantages of reader response approach in Chinese context.
