在以往的教育实习中，由于过分追求即时的实习效果，完全按照统一的模式要求学生，使学生处于被动地位，在秩序井然的背后，实际效果甚微。主体性教育实习模式，以主体性教育理论为指导，将实习生主体性的生成作为目标指向，把教育实践课程统合起来，构建出循序渐进的教育实习运行程序；由学生角色向教师角色的调过滤阶段-教育见习；初步形成教师职业能力的阶段-模拟教育实习；全方位地独立承担起教师工作的集中实习阶段-顶岗集中实习。     

物理教育实习模式的改革和探讨

随着高等师范教育和基础教育改革的蓬勃发展以及信息技术进入普通中学，传统的师范教育实习模式和评价方法也要随之进行改革。从管理实践中总结出教育实习的三种模式，即：集中实习模式、微格实习模式和分散实习模式，并以这三种实习模式来分析目前教育实习模式的优点和不足，探讨这种多元实习模式下的管理方法和评价内容，提出培养未来合格中学物理教师的设想。

我国传统的教育实习存在着较为严重的缺点，如思想重视不够，缺乏理想的教育实习模式，实习生缺乏教学技能训练，教育实习时间偏少，缺乏相对稳定的教育实习基地等，不能适应新世纪培养高质量师资的要求，在借鉴国外教育实习分为分散实习和集中实习，实习时间较长等优点，设计构建了“全程，分步，定点教育实习新模式”，该模式增加了教育实习的时间，体现了实习的连续性和阶段性；突出了实习生的主体性和能力培养的导向性，加之教育实习基地的协作共建和考评制度的建立，显示出巨大优势，增强了师范生的创新能力和教学实践能力，使教育实习朝着规范化和稳定化的方向发展。

教育实习是师资类专业重要的实践性教学环节。章从教育学的角度分析教育实习在师资培养中的作用和电大教育实习的特点，结合当地电大教育实习教学改革的实际，提出了强化电大教育实习组织，管理的一套做法。
