论公安院校经济犯罪侦查专业课程体系的设置

公安院校经济犯罪侦查专业的目标是培养专业的经济犯罪侦查人才,专业人才培养的课程体系与专业定位密切相关.目前,经济犯罪侦查专业课程体系存在诸多不完善的地方,如多学科课程的简单罗列、内容与实践脱节、专业知识与其他知识脱节、专业特色不足等.为了满足社会对经济犯罪侦查人才的需要,公安院校要调整经济犯罪侦查专业的课程体系,将课程相应分为基础课程模块,专业基础模块、专业核心模块、实践知识模块,专业特色模块等.     

经济犯罪侦查专业人才培养问题研究

信息技术给社会经济带来快速发展的同时,也引发了社会各领域的大量经济犯罪问题,新的犯罪手段给公安部门预防和打击犯罪带来很大的困难。在这种背景下,公安院校如何构建专业人才培养模式,适应社会形势发展的需要,有效地预防和打击新形势下的经济犯罪活动,保障良好的社会经济发展环境成为首要任务。通过对实战部门专业人才的需求问题的调研,分析目前各警察院校经济犯罪侦查专业人才培养方案中存在的问题,提出解决的方案,为推进警察院校经济犯罪专业的改革起到促进作用。     

经济犯罪侦查之我见

随着社会经济的不断发展,经济犯罪的形势也日益严峻,为了维护社会稳定,严厉打击经济犯罪成为公安机关经侦部门的重要任务。经济案件的复杂性使经侦部门面临着严重挑战,提高经侦部门案件侦查整体水平势在必行。笔者认为,要想提高经济犯罪案件侦查效率,提高对经济犯罪案件侦查重要性的认识,加强高素质专业化经侦队伍的建设,加强经济案件侦查的基础业务建设,是至关重要的。

课程的设置直接关系着五年制学前教育专业人才培养的质量,影响着幼教师资培养的质量.五年制学前教育专业课程存在的主要问题是:将五年一贯制课程人为分割为两个阶段;文化课程教学定位存在明显偏差;专业技能课程教学脱离幼儿园教育实际需求;教育实践课程教学实效性较差.为解决课程的设置问题,应坚持就业导向,科学合理设置课程;坚持实践取向,科学安排课程内容;从学生实际出发,务实设置课程和内容;统筹安排课程,发挥五年一贯制优势.     

White-collar crime in the criminal justice curriculum

Recognition of the significance of white-collar crime has grown substantially in recent years, but this growth has not been reflected adequately in the field of criminal justice or in the criminal justice curriculum. Through a content analysis of criminal justice and criminology textbooks and program course offerings the authors demonstrate the relative neglect of white-collar crime, and especially its marginal position in the criminal justice curriculum. Some hypothetical reasons for this relative neglect are explored. An argument is made on both theoretical and pragmatic grounds for more sustained and more systematic integration of white-collar crime into the criminal justice curriculum.

The ‘Practical 1’ paper combines Schwab’s abiding concern, for the nature and quality of educational experience with another abiding concern, for how we think about what we do. The Practical 1 is the first of a set of four ‘practical’ essays. These in turn are the product of his thinking about college education and his ideas on the principles of scientific inquiry applied to education in the Practical 1. What Schwab said about education was considered provocative at its time. What Schwab was doing has continuing value. He would, no doubt, say different things in the current educational environment but what he was doing as he said them would remain close to the original.     

Understanding curriculum as normalizing text: disability studies meet curriculum theory

Although post‐structuralists within curriculum studies have examined many contexts of curriculum theory, they have been silent on disability. This silence is worthy of study, especially because of the growing significance of disability studies in the humanities and the social sciences. I question post‐structuralist arguments in curriculum theory from the epistemological standpoint of disability studies. I extend the post‐structuralist project of deconstructing and reinterpreting text to examine the material implications derived from interpretations of normality as a discursive construction. I ask the following questions: What are the historical, social, and economic conditions that produce the distances and inter‐relationships that exist between the ‘disabled’ and the ‘normal’ world? How do these conditions prevent scholars from providing emancipatory representations of Otherness? How can educators construct a curriculum that can produce oppositional knowledges that will contribute to the possibility of not just textual but also material and social transformation for all students?

Teaching the ultimate crime: Genocide and international law in the criminal justice curriculum

The rapid expansion of international law and the establishment of an international criminal court have resulted in new justice institutions that should not be ignored in criminal justice curricula. Genocide, as the focal point of an entire course or a unit within other courses, provides instructors with an organizational framework for addressing a wide variety of topics related to international law. This paper discusses how the crime of genocide can be integrated into criminal justice curricula and the opportunities it provides for examining international law, history, current events, and the interdependence of criminal justice system components. A course on genocide taught to advanced undergraduate and beginning graduate students is described and evaluated.
