本文论述了过去100年中基础医学科学在本科生医学课程中的作用和课程改革,讨论了进入21世纪之际仍然反映在医学教育中科学与技艺之间的紧张关系。     

Support for EE From the National Science Education Standards and the Internet

Abstract

Two recent developments are likely to have a significant impact on the future of EE: (1) education reform initiatives based on the National Science Education Standards and (2) the development of promising Internet resources for teaching environmental sciences. This article urges the EE community to recognize that the time is ripe for environmental educators to embrace these developments. We examine several Internet-based resources that are used as tools for implementing standards-based reforms and promotion of EE's goals in K-12 classrooms.     

多元录取与高中应试教育之解构

建立多元录取机制是新一轮高考改革的重点和亮点。全面实施有利于优秀人才选拔的择优录取、自主录取、推荐录取、定向录取、破格录取等新的录取方式,有助于克服高中阶段教育日益严重的应试教育倾向和遏制“片面追求升学率”现象;有助于学生全面而有个性的发展;有助于推动普通高中多样化建设,造就、培养和选拔创新型人才。

学历教育院校MGA训练体系构建

民族精神寓于高师生历史教育探析

民族精神教育实施原则具有渗透性、渐进性、时代性。在高师历史课中进行民族精神的教育,可结合中国历史教材、乡土历史资源、举办丰富多彩的专题活动进行。高师生的民族精神教育任重道远,加强学生的民族精神教育要把握好时代的脉搏,要有良好的校园环境和社会环境。     

Implementation and Incentive of Education Policies: Experience from the High School Admissions Quota Allocation Policy

Abstract

Improving administrative efficiency is the core problem in administrative governance. This case study of quota allocation policy implementation in City A reveals that a set of education policy implementation and incentive mechanisms revolving around responsibility contracts and target evaluations has already taken shape, to guarantee effective policy implementation. However, these highly efficient policy implementation and incentive methods were established on the foundation of quantified policy goals, while nonmeasurable, nonperformance-based targets such as the goal of educational equality suffer the problem of ineffective incentive. Therefore, in pursuing the goal of educational equality, it is necessary to explore more possibilities for implementation and incentive of education policies.     

论法学学位论文在法学本科教育中的作用

法学本科教育在我国的整个法学教育体系中处于基础性的地位,而法学论文写作在法学本科教育的培养方案中又是一门非常重要的课程,对于发展和完善我国的法学本科教育具有重要意义.我国目前现有的法学本科学位论文制度存在着很多问题,针对这些问题,需要我们加强认识法学学位论文在法学本科教育中的作用,采取相应的对策,完善现有的法学学位论文制度.     

The Impending Revolution in Undergraduate Science Education

There is substantial evidence that scientific teaching in the sciences, i.e. teaching that employs instructional strategies that encourage undergraduates to become actively engaged in their own learning, can produce levels of understanding, retention and transfer of knowledge that are greater than those resulting from traditional lecture/lab classes. But widespread acceptance by university faculty of new pedagogies and curricular materials still lies in the future. In this essay we review recent literature that sheds light on the following questions:

• What has evidence from education research and the cognitive sciences told us about undergraduate instruction and student learning in the sciences?
• What role can undergraduate student research play in a science curriculum?
• What benefits does information technology have to offer?
• What changes are needed in institutions of higher learning to improve science teaching?

We conclude that widespread promotion and adoption of the elements of scientific teaching by university science departments could have profound effects in promoting a scientifically literate society and a reinvigorated research enterprise.
