论市场经济条件下领导干部公仆意识的强化

全心全意为人民服务是我们党的根本宗旨，领导干部必须成为人民的公仆。在发展社会主义市场经济的新的历史条件下，由于部分领导干部党性原则的弱化，导致了公仆意识的淡化。针对此种现状，笔者认为应从树立服务意识、责任意识、艰苦奋斗意识以及表率意识上强化领导干部的公仆意识。
