研究了尖晶石或镁砂的加入量和粒度对Al2O3-MgO系无碳钢包衬浇注料的抗渣性能和高温体积稳定性的影响。研究表明:刚玉-尖晶石质浇注料尖晶石的较佳加入方式是细颗粒和微粉组合形式加入;刚玉-方镁石质浇注料中镁砂加入量以3.5~5.0%为适。  相似文献

以电熔尖晶石、白刚玉、板刚玉、硅灰951、拉法基水泥S71为基本原料,在基础配方的基础上,通过调整电熔尖晶石、拉法基水泥S71的加入量制备水泥窑喷煤管用浇注料,对该浇注料进行了线变化率、体积密度、强度、抗热震等性能测定。试验结果表明:较适宜用作浇注料的配料组成为电熔尖晶石70%,硅灰0.5%,白刚玉17.5%,拉法基水泥7%,1 400℃时其抗压强度为203.31MPa,抗热震性能其强度保持率为61.26%。  相似文献

为解决电炉盖浇注料强度低、热震稳定性差等问题,以莫来石、红柱石、刚玉、硅微粉为主要原料,通过调整添加剂(红柱石、蓝晶石)的种类及水泥加入量,优化了电炉盖浇注料的组成及性能。通过分析热震实验后浇注料的强度保持率,对提高热震稳定性的原因进行了探讨;随着水泥加入量的增加,浇注料的抗折强度先增加后逐渐降低,而热震稳定性在合适的用量范围内也有改善;采用红柱石制备的浇注料具有更高的致密度及力学强度。  相似文献

论述了铝酸盐水泥矿物组成和环境温度对其凝结特性和强度发展的影响。铝酸盐水泥在30℃以下水化,随着CA/CA2比值增大和水化温度升高,水泥的凝结硬化时间延长;在20℃下养护一天,随着CA/CA2比值增大,铝酸盐水泥的养护强度和干燥强度明显提高;在30℃下养护一天,CA/CA2比值的变化对水泥的养护强度和干燥强度无明显影响。  相似文献

目的:研究抗凋亡基因bcl-2和促凋亡基因bax在胃癌发生、发展过程中的变化.方法:应用SP免疫组织化学方法,对80例胃癌及癌旁粘膜组织进行bcl-2、bax基因蛋白的检测.结果:胃癌组织中bcl-2阳性表达率为46.3%,癌旁组织为40.0%.光镜下对癌旁粘膜组织依有无癌前病变进行分组,其中56例伴癌前病变者bcl-2阳性表达率为57.1%,24例不伴癌前病变者无阳性表达.对53例带有癌的癌旁组织根据癌旁粘膜和癌的关系,分为移行粘膜25例,受侵粘膜28例,其中移行粘膜均伴癌前病变.bcl-2阳性表达率在移行粘膜(68.0%)和胃癌组织均明显高于受侵粘膜(3.57%).bax阳性表达率在胃癌为41.3%,癌旁组织为32.5%.伴癌前病变癌旁粘膜(14.2%)和胃癌组织及不伴癌前病变癌旁粘膜(75.0%)均有明显差异.本组实验中,bcl-2与bax共同阳性表达率在伴癌前病变癌旁粘膜(12.5%)和胃癌(13.8%)明显高于不伴癌前病变癌旁粘膜(0);移行粘膜(28.0%)明显高于受侵粘膜(3.57%).且胃癌、伴癌前病变癌旁粘膜、不伴癌前病变癌旁粘膜;胃癌、移行粘膜、受侵粘膜组间均有明显差异.结论:bcl-2、bax基因蛋白的异常表达与胃癌发生有关;在伴癌前病变癌旁粘膜组织中bcl-2表达明显高于bax.  相似文献

探讨平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)联合检测在贫血诊断和疗效观察中的价值。对贫血患者的外周血标本检测MCV,MCH,RDW,α-HBDH,并进行分析。结果显示:①缺铁性贫血(IDA)、巨幼红细胞性贫血(MA)、骨髓增生异常综合症(MDS)患者的MCV与正常对照组比较差异有显著性,温抗体(型)自身免疫性溶血性贫血(WAIHA),MA,AA,MDS组的MCV比IDA组高,MA组的MCV还比AA组的高,(P〈0.05);②MA、IDA组与正常对照组的MCH比较时差异有显著性,MA,AA,WAIHA,MDS组的MCH比IDA组高,MA组的MCH还比AA、WAIHA组的高,(P〈0.05);③IDA,MA,WAIHA,MDS患者的RDW-CV与正常对照的差异有显著性,(均P〈0.05);④MA,WAIHA,MDS患者的α-HBDH与正常对照比较时差异有显著性,MA,WAIHA组的α—HBDH水平比IDA、AA组高,(P〈0.05);⑤MCV、α-HBDH在治疗前后的差异有显著性,两组MCV与α-HBDH均有相关性。四项参数的联合检测有助于常见贫血的鉴别诊断及疗效观察。  相似文献

Students who are highly anxious about mathematics-related activities generally exhibit lower mathematics achievement and motivation compared to their less anxious counterparts. Despite negative implications of mathematics anxiety (MA) on mathematics learning, there is a paucity of research examining how MA develops over time. Using the Longitudinal Study of American Youth dataset (N = 3116), the present study investigated two main questions regarding the development of MA in secondary school: (1) Is the development of MA characterized by a heterogeneous subset of growth trajectories? (2) How are time-varying personal and environmental factors (e.g., mathematics achievement; perceptions of math teachers) related to specific MA growth trajectories? Student MA was repeatedly assessed in six annual waves spanning across middle and high school. Using growth mixture modeling, we identified four growth trajectories of MA: (1) The non-anxious group that exhibited chronically low MA; (2) The highly anxious group which displayed moderately high MA over time; (3) The resilient group that exhibited high initial MA that steadily decreased over time; and (4) The vulnerable group that reported low initial MA that drastically increased over time. In addition, significant differences in the development of mathematics achievement, personality hardiness, and perceptions of mathematics teachers were found in these four MA groups. Findings highlight heterogeneity in the development of MA, identify middle school as a critical period for MA development, and emphasize the importance of examining developmental changes in cognitive, personality, and environmental factors to help clarify distinct MA trajectories across middle and high school.  相似文献

This mixed-method study examined the influence of metacognitive awareness on the change in preservice chemistry teachers' understandings of gas behavior in the context of multirepresentational (MR) instruction. The goal was to describe the types of understanding of gas behavior held by a group of participants with high metacognitive awareness (MA) and a group with low MA before and after the MR instruction. A total of 34 preservice chemistry teachers participated in the study. Data sources included the metacognitive awareness inventory and the two-tier nature of gases diagnostic questionnaire. Data from these sources were coded and analyzed using quantitative and qualitative methods. A statistically significant difference was observed for the understanding of gas behavior before the MR instruction between the participants with high MA and those with low MA. Both groups of participants exhibited substantial progress toward a scientific understanding from pre- to post-instruction. However, the participants with high MA outperformed those with low MA in terms of developing a more scientific understanding of gas behavior after the MR instruction. In addition, following the MR instruction, while the participants with high MA eliminated 85% of their alternative conceptions, the participants with low MA eliminated only about 60% of their alternative conceptions.  相似文献

The United Kingdom Artist Teacher Scheme (ATS) commissioned a study of the artistic and pedagogical practices of students on a recently established Artist Teacher Scheme MA (ATS MA). The aims of this study were to: investigate the motives and objectives teachers/educators have for undertaking this ATS MA programme, the impact the programme had on their artistic and pedagogical practices and their pupils’ learning; and make recommendations for future development of ATS MA programmes. Through the analysis of questionnaires it was found that the ATS MA’s strength lies in the development of communities of practice and peer support, artist teachers’ renewed confidence in their extended artistic and pedagogical practices, the professional development of artist teachers, and significant development of the art and design curriculum.  相似文献

Twenty-five white children in the bright normal range of intelligence were administered both the Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale and the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-Revised (WISC-R). The mean values for the normally obtained mental age (MA) and adjusted MA were then compared to the mean WISC-R test age (TA). The normally obtained Stanford-Binet MA and the WISC-R TA values were nearly identical. However, the adjusted values for the Stanford-Binet MA were found to be significantly lower (p<.05) than the WISC-R TA. The findings failed to support the common practice of computing an adjusted MA score.  相似文献

This study evaluated 3 groups of mentally retarded children on a visual discrimination reading readiness task. Ss included 75 mentally retarded persons residing at the Columbus State Institute divided into 5 MA groups ranging from 3 years to 8 years. Three different groups of 25 Ss were matched on CA, MA, and IQ and two of these were paired on perceptual functioning on the basis of Gellner classifications. The third group included 25 Ss diagnosed as having genetic mechanisms. The task consisted of 100 cards of three coloured pictures with two of them being associated. Results showed the minimally handicapped visual group performed higher than the other two groups. MA was highly related to success especially for the highest MA group. Implications of these data are discussed.  相似文献
