一类具有时滞病毒模型的Hopf分支

利用时滞微分方程理论与Hopf分支的相关理论,对一类具有时滞的流感病毒模型进行了研究,对其惟一的正平衡点,给出了其存在Hopf分支的条件和分支方向.     

负吸光度法与正吸光度法用于褪色法测定的比较

以锆──二甲酚橙（XO）褪色法测氟为例,对褪色光度法用负吸光度法与正吸光度法测定进行了对比试验,并对其结果进行了探讨。证明在准确度、线性范围及方法简便等方面,前者明显优于后者,其主要原因是前者能将检测下限的信噪比提高到后者的10至1000倍,能使用较大吸光度的参比液,以及省去了无色参比液。     

癌症高发地区蔬菜中铅含量的测定

采集了癌症高发地区农田、化工厂、河流附近的野菜、青菜、白菜、油菜等蔬菜样本48个。用原子吸收法测定了其中的重金属元素铅的含量。结果表明,该地区的蔬菜中的铅含量均超过国家食品卫生标准2.64-5.28倍,其中化工厂附近的蔬菜中铅含量明显高于其他两个地方。该地区高龄人群中的癌症病发率比较高,可能跟长期食用含铅量过高的蔬菜有一定的关系,当然也可能与当地的其它饮食、饮水及空气污染中的有害物质（包括重金属离子和有机物）有关。     

AUTOMATION WITH BLCMP IN ACADEMIC LIBRARIES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM

BLCMP is the major supplier of British‐designed integrated library systems with fifty ‐installations in the UK. It was formed in 1969 as the result of the interest of three Birmingham libraries in co‐operative cataloguing through the use of MARC tapes. Since then it has developed an integrated library system, BLS, which incorporates modules for cataloguing, acquisitions, circulation, online public access catalogues, serials control, and most recently, inter‐library loans. The interest in the BLCMP systems centres not only on BLS but on the central BLCMP database of 7.5 million bibliographical records comprising UK and LG MARC tapes, Whitaker's Books in Print, the British Library Document, Supply Centre database, and the BLCMP Union File. This is held in an IBM mainframe at BLCMP headquarters at the University of Birmingham and linked to members by telecommunications lines. BLCMP is a co‐operative organization with a well‐defined structure consisting of a Board of Directors, a Council of Chief Librarians, and a series of User Groups. Through these means, the company is able to respond well to the demands of its users and, as a result of responses to a question naire, is presently reviewing both its systems documentation and training courses for its members.

内蒙古旅游教育现状及对策研究

随着内蒙古旅游业的迅猛发展，旅游教育的发展也很快，但存在着规模小、层次结构与旅游需求欠协调，师资不足等问题。笔者认为，应将旅游教育纳入旅游业发展的总体规划，优化组建自治区旅游学院，调整专业结构和学历层次结构，加强师资队伍建设，不断提高教育质量。

“依法治国”与“以德治国”方略的产生分别经历了不同的四个阶段。中国共产党从未单独而孤立地提出“以德治国”方略 ,而是将其作为“德法兼治”方略的一个组成部分提出来的 ,因此也就不存在以德代法的问题。“法治”与“德治”是两个相辅相成、相互促进的历史范畴。“法主德辅”是“德法兼治”及其法治本质的属性规定 ,明法分教是初级阶段“德法兼治”的现实规定 ;依法领导是“依法治国”的前提 ,“司法独立”是“依法治国”的保障 ;官德建设是“以德治国”的关键 ,德政建设是以德治国的重点

基于激励的Ad-Hoc无线网络迁移率的探究

在Ad-Hoc无线网络中,激励机制能提高网络的性能,但“迁移率”的因素却被忽略了。允许节点有组织地相互移动,动态生成激励机制,能明显改善网络性能。现利用节点位置参与到被严格强制的激励机制的无线网络中。通过博弈理论,研究不同的激励机制的量化性能。结果表明:若允许用户选择自身位置,网络性能呈现明显衰变。此外,用户的最佳策略是网络拓扑结构或是紧束一团,或是分散成一条链。     

会计教育面临的挑战和我们的应对策略

我国会计教育面临的挑战来自两个方面 :会计环境发生巨变和会计实务不断创新以及会计理论的重构。因此高校的会计教学如何改革 ,首先应界定高校教学改革的指导思想 ;其次应提高师资水平 ,建立我国会计教师资格认证制度 ;另外在教材的内容方面和课程设置上 ,注意与最新国际会计准则和相关国际法律的结合 ;在教学实践环节方面 ,加强案例教学 ,培养学生分析 ,决策、动手的能力 ,注意培养对数据库技术、网络技术有一定了解的复合型会计人才。     

INDIVIDUAL VARIABILITY IN MEMORY TRAINING WITH THE ELDERLY

Although magnitudes of memory improvement for the elderly tend to be larger for a learning skill training and a social support group compared with a waiting list group, the individual variability is sufficiently large to obscure statistical differences in the treatment effect. In our examination of individual variability in the data two possible confounding factors were uncovered: (1) low baseline performers tend to improve regardless of the treatment whereas high baseliners tend not to improve or decline in their posttest performances; (2) high verbal IQ subjects tend to perform well on all memory tests. A lesson learned in this study is that if these two variables are not equally distributed across treatment and control groups spurious results may be obtained.

DEVELOPING PARENT‐PROFESSIONAL PARTNERSHIPS IN A POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES

Opportunities are increasing for students with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to attend postsecondary education programs located at college campuses around the nation. Students who attend postsecondary education programs experience numerous positive outcomes, including independent living skills and expanded social networks. However, although parent‐professional partnerships could significantly enhance long‐term outcomes such as competitive employment and independent living, there is a paucity of information about the nature of these partnerships in postsecondary settings. The purpose of this expository article is to describe how staff from a midwestern postsecondary education program facilitate parent‐professional partnerships through parent involvement and support.     

A MULTIDISCIPLINARY PRACTICE MODEL FOR INDEPENDENT PRACTITIONERS WHO WORK WITH OLDER ADULTS IN THE COMMUNITY

This article presents a framework for the integration of community services for older adults. A model for multidisciplinary practice is introduced to teach students and professionals how independent practitioners can integrate their community practices. Practitioners from disciplines such as medicine, nursing, social work, psychiatry, psychology, finance, law, and religion can develop collaborative community practices to more effectively serve older adults. A generic multidisciplinary instrument for use with this model was developed for assessment and referral purposes. Collaboration has been the mark of professional behavior in institutional settings. This article applies these principles to the community practice setting. Reform efforts are necessary to advance from the current ways of thinking to more effective community practice strategies. Community efforts have not followed the lead of professional efforts in institutional settings in the development of collaborative, interdisciplinary planning for older adults. Educators can use this model to teach students and practitioners a new nontraditional method for community practice. It is imperative in this time of challenge in the field of gerontology that practitioners examine new ideas and adopt new models in their teaching and professional practices.
