学校体育教育的改革应以人为本,要重视学生个性的发展,要适应时代变化的要求,要向终身体育过渡.高校体育教学应朝着切合学生身心欲求、增强兴趣、培养习惯、提高健康水平等方面发展,选项课教学满足了大学生的不同需求,能够推动〈全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要〉中课程目标的实现.体育选项课对体育教学的组织管理、教师的业务素质、考核与评价方法以及场地、器材和设备等方面提出了更高的要求.

主要运用了文献法、分析法,对《学生体质健康标准》实施以来,如何将《学生体质健康标准》与高校体育选项课教学相结合进行探讨与分析。《标准》的指导思想与高校体育教育＂健康第一＂的教学目标是高度一致的。《标准》对高校体育选项课教学在教学理念、教学内容以及学生学习评价等方面有着积极的影响。选项课教学应有意识地引入一些对《标准》的测试项目有帮助的体育教学内容,力争将技术教学与《标准》素质要求有机结合。

湖北省高职体育选项课教学现状研究

通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对高职体育选项课现状进行调查与分析。结论是高职开设体育选项课符合学生的主体愿望,项目设置要以学生兴趣为主;选项教学时间应安排为一学年,以院系为单位按选项合班教学最适宜;选项教学过程安排要体现教、学、练有机结合,促使学生掌握体育知识和技能,为终身体育锻炼奠定基础;建议改进教学内容和方法,拓展选项范围;加强体育教师队伍建设;改善场地器材条件;采取注重学习过程和主观发展结合的评定方式。

Let F be a class of graphs G such that F={G|K(G) is a tree}. In this paper the graphs in F having independent clique-transversal sets are shown and thus TC (G)/|G|≤1/2 for all G ∈ F.
