法律翻译可读性与翻译策略

实现法律翻译目的前提是译文的可读性。影响译文可读性的因素有译语语法规则、习惯、语体、含义明晰性以及条理性。本文结合具体实例,拟从上述五个方面对法律翻译中的可读性因素进行具体分析,旨在探讨提高法律翻译译文可读性的翻译对策。     

浅析译文中的"洋味"

翻译工作者在翻译英文时，要体现译文本身的特色，使读者感觉通顺、自然，必须在词汇和语法方面改变原句的结构形式，注意运用汉语的语言规则，不受英文语法的影响，避免违反汉语语法。     

汉英翻译中的词汇选用技巧

从注意词的份量、注意区分褒义词与贬义词、词的搭配须符合英语习惯、运用术语须恰到好处和选用英语趣语来翻译一些汉语口语等五个方面来阐述汉英翻译中词汇的选用技巧。研究认为汉英翻译中只有恰当地运用词汇、语法、文体修辞乃至韵律等手段,才能使译文确切、流畅、生动、简洁。而词汇的选择至关重要,只有用词正确得体,才能使译文流畅通顺,符合"信"与"顺"的要求。     

对《黄鹤楼送孟浩然之广陵》英译本的语篇功能的分析

系统功能语法是语言学中最重要的流派之一.本文在介绍系统功能语法内容的基础上,将此语法用于中国古诗<黄鹤楼送孟浩然之广陵>的英译文当中,并从主位结构、衔接等方面.分析了各种版本的译文.本文尝试运用系统功能语法中主叙位理论和衔接理论分析此诗歌英译版本,旨在探索这种方法对于英译诗歌的表意作用.并以期其理论用于翻译中,对翻译理论作一定的语言学理论补充.     

语义分析对机器翻译的影响——以新闻语言为例

以谷歌翻译为工具,以语义分析为依据,翻译一些新闻媒体中的语句,从中发现机器翻译存在的问题。机器翻译得到的译文往往是词的堆砌,不太符合语法规范。在翻译语句的时候,只有经过人工的干预才能实现翻译的目的。     

汉英对比分析在大学英语汉英翻译教学中的应用

在大学英语汉英翻译教学中,通过分析汉英两种语言的主要区别性特征,如分析型语言与综合——分析型语言,语义型语言与语法型语言,动态与静态,意合与形合,简短与繁复,主动与被动等,能帮助学生在翻译过程中有意识地摆脱母语结构对译文的影响,使译文尽量符合英语的表达习惯,并深入理解一些汉英翻译规律和掌握一定的翻译技巧,从而提升学生的翻译能力。
