中原经济区中心城市土地集约利用效率评价与路径优化

土地集约利用的水平在很大程度上反映中心城市的发展质量。应用数据包络分析方法对2009年河南省17个省辖市的土地集约利用效率进行评价,并用决策单元在相对有效面上的投影对土地集约利用效率进行优化分析,结果表明,平项山、许昌、郑州、三门峡、濮阳、漯河、安阳和洛阳八个城市土地利用效率为DEA有效;开封、周口、驻马店、焦作、信阳、商丘、鹤壁、新乡和南阳则属于DEA无效;处于土地利用无效的城市,投入都存在不同程度冗余,部分城市产出不足。因此,提升中心城市土地利用效率是提高中心城市发展质量的有效路径。     

城镇土地利用时空演变信息图谱模型研究——以绵阳城市规划区为例

地学信息图谱为城镇土地利用时空演变研究提供了一种定量化与定位化相结合的信息谱系研究方法.该文选取四川绵阳城市规划区为研究区,在3S技术支持下,基于地形图、遥感影像、土地利用现状图等数据源,建立了土地利用变化信息图谱模型,分析了土地利用时空演变的主要驱动因子,为新一轮土地利用总体规划修编提供了科学依据.     

安徽省城市土地利用效率与经济发展水平的耦合效应

采用数据包络分析方法（DEA）测算2000-2011年安徽省17个地市（包括原巢湖市）土地利用效率,按其土地利用效率水平将这些城市分为高度有效型、中度有效型、较为有效型和低度有效型四种类型.依据耦合度理论,构建城市土地利用效率与经济发展水平的耦合协调度模型,结果显示：安徽省各城市土地利用效率与经济发展水平普遍处于高耦合、低协调状态.利用灰色关联度分析法可知,造成这种状况的主要因素是城市规划建设与经济发展水平不同步.为改变这种现状,在城市化发展过程中,应努力提高城市土地利用效率并发展经济,促进二者协调发展.     

基于PSR模型的城市土地集约利用评价——以成都市为例

将"压力-状态-响应"(PSR)模型框架引入到城市土地集约利用评价中,能够很好地揭示土地利用过程中的人地关系.基于此,该文采用主成分分析法和PSR模型,对成都市2000-2011年城市土地集约利用水平进行了评价,得出土地利用的协调度.研究结果表明:成都市土地集约利用水平处于不断上升的趋势,并且属于高度集约利用的状态;3个子系统协调度较高,但是压力层波动较大,主要是由于人口不断增加所导致的耕地面积下降等给城市土地利用带来了巨大压力.最后,根据分析结果,提出了进一步提高土地集约利用水平的对策建议,以期为成都市提高土地利用效率,促进经济、社会、环境协调发展提供参考.     

福州市城市化进程中土地利用问题探讨

土地是人类社会赖以生存与发展的最重要的自然资源之一.城市化作为当今世界重要的社会经济现象,是对土地利用目标能否实现构成关键性影响的因素之一.本文在分析福州市城市化发展和土地利用变化的基础上,指出福州市城市化过程中存在新增建设用地占用大量耕地、建设用地效率偏低、城市土地用地结构不尽合理、土地利用过度与闲置并存等问题,进而提出了科学规划和合理安排用地、提高土地利用效率、加强土地管理等建议,以期提高福州市城市化进程中土地利用水平.     

北部湾经济区与国内城市土地利用比较研究

相较于东部主要经济区域、国内主要功能城市、国内不同经济发展水平城市的土地利用,广西北部湾经济区的城市土地利用效率仍然显得相当低下,城市土地各项用途的分布也不尽合理。因此,合理调整城市土地用途分布,促进城市土地的集约利用,对于广西北部湾经济区加快开放开发步伐,促进区域经济持续稳定增长至关重要。     

绵阳市安州区土地利用生态安全格局评价

土地利用生态安全已经成为土地科学、地理学与生态学研究热点之一,通过土地利用变化规律可以揭示生态安全问题.本文从绵阳市安州区土地利用现状、土地利用数量、土地利用程度和土地利用格局变化这四个方面进行探究,综合得出了近年来安州区土地利用变化情况.基于PSR模型对安州区土地利用进行分析,计算得到安州区近年来生态安全指数值,揭示2012-2016年安州区生态安全变化趋势.结论表明:2012年到2016年生态安全指数从0. 431 4上升到了0. 651 6,上升率为51%,年均上升率为12. 8%,安州区生态安全呈现出变好的趋势.     

论安徽省城市新区建设土地利用效率测度

通过构建PCA‐SFA模型,运用2003—2011年的相关数据,测度安徽省城市新区建设过程中土地利用效率。结果显示：在不考虑环境因素的情况下,2003—2011年间安徽省城市新区建设土地平均利用效率为0.9139,说明土地整体利用效率较高;从城市新区建设土地利用效率的动态变化来看,2003—2007年间提升速度较快,而2009—2011较为平缓。在PCA‐SFA模型中加入环境因素后,安徽省城市新区建设土地利用效率小于不考虑环境因素时的测度值,说明各城市在新城区建设过程中,对环境造成了一定的破坏,降低了土地利用效率。但二者之间的差距呈现出缩小的趋势,说明安徽城市新区建设过程中,环境保护力度正在逐渐加大。     

绵阳市土地资源可持续利用的途径与对策

根据持续发展理论,针对绵阳市土地利用存在的问题,提出土地资源持续利用的途径和对策是:按照土地的适宜性和土地的开发潜力,调整用地结构,建立科学的土地利用分区模式;建立基本农田保护区;增加投入,对土地资源潜力进行综合开发;建立复合高效稳定的立体农业生态系统;运用级差地租优化城市土地配置,建立生态型城市;加强资源环境观念教育,完善土地法制建设.     

绵阳城市生态安全评价研究

城市生态安全是人类生存和发展的一个重大课题。应用压力（Pressure）-状态（State）-响应（Response）模型,构建绵阳城市生态安全评价指标体系,采用综合指数法对2000—2004年绵阳的生态安全状况进行了评价,对评价的结果作了状态分析与趋势分析,结论表明：2000—2004年绵阳市生态安全状态分别为2000—2003年为临界安全,2004年较安全,说明绵阳市生态安全状态正向着良性的方向发展。最后,探讨了绵阳市生态安全状态变化的原因并提出继续保持和进一步改善绵阳生态安全状况的建议。
