硫酸钡混悬液产品配方优化

利用正交试验探讨了六偏磷酸钠、枸橼酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠（CMC）等助剂对医用硫酸钡混悬液产品稳定性的影响,得到的最优化质量浓度组合（g／ml）为六偏磷酸钠：CMC：枸橼酸钠-3：2：5。其中CMC因子对稳定性结果影响最大。该研究能为医用硫酸钡混悬液生产工艺的控制和改进提供有益的参考。     

N,N-二乙基脱氢枞基氧化酰胺表面活性剂合成及其性能研究

利用纯度99%的脱氢枞酸为原料经酰氯化、酰胺化和氧化三步反应合成了一种含松香基三元菲环结构的新型氧化酰胺-N,N-二乙基脱氢枞基氧化酰胺。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁(1 H NMR)对其结构进行表征,并通过L4(4)正交试验,对双氧水氧化法合成氧化叔胺的工艺条件进行了优化研究,制备反应的最佳工艺条件:反应温度80℃,反应时间12h,双氧水与叔胺的物质的量比为1.5:1,催化剂用量1.5%。在优化的工艺条件下重复试验,氧化叔胺的转化率产率均大于72%。产物的临界胶束浓度(CMC)为0.005g·L-1,表面张力为36.75mN·m-1。     

CMC在高灰煤泥浮选中的应用

以煤泥作为研究的对象,采用正交试验设计的考察矿浆p H、调整剂CMC和调整剂作用时间对浮选的影响。结果发现,当CMC用量为100g/t,矿浆p H为7时,反应时间1min时,浮选精煤产率为63.32%,灰分为9.06%。     

海绵铁内电解用于印染废水预处理的研究

进行了海绵铁内电解法作为印染废水预处理工艺的试验研究,试验结果表明：在pH=5-6、海绵铁投加量50g/L、反应时间60min及一定的搅拌强度条件下,可去除40%左右的色度、30%左右的COD,废水可生化性得到有效改善。研究表明,海绵铁内电解工艺用于印染废水预处理效果良好,具有一定的推广价值。     

无溶剂催化合成三硅氧烷聚醚改性物及其表征与性能

以烯丙醇聚醚与七甲基三硅氧烷为原料,用氯铂酸作催化剂,成功合成三硅氧烷聚醚改性表面活性剂．用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并测试其表面活性与流变性能．结果表明,三硅氧烷聚醚改性物的CMC（临界胶束浓度）为84．0mg／L,此时表面张力为20．9mN／m．     

膨胀石墨负载氮掺杂二氧化钛降解甲基橙的光催化性能

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了膨胀石墨负载TiO2和负载氮掺杂TiO2（N-TiO2）光催化剂,用XRD和SEM对样品进行表征,并以甲基橙溶液为目标降解物进行光催化性能的评价。结果表明：纳米TiO2可牢固地负载在膨胀石墨表面和层间,当达到吸附平衡后,煅烧温度为500℃条件下制备的膨胀石墨负载N-TiO2光催化剂在加入量为10 g/L、反应时间60 min的条件下,对初始浓度为15 mg/L的甲基橙溶液的降解率达到95.2%。     

新型无磷助洗剂--DF粉助洗效率的评价

本文用表张力法研究了一种植物果实经处理后得到的产物（DF），与三聚磷酸钠（STPP）对硬酯酸钠在硬水中的临界胶束浓度（CMC）的影响，并以此来评价其助洗效率。结果表明：DF的助洗效果良好，且价格低廉，可作为洗涤剂的主选品种，是最理想，最有发展前景的洗涤助剂。     

亲水聚醚酯溶液性质的研究

本文首先以对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT),间苯二甲酸二甲酯5-磺酸钠(SIMP),乙二醇(EG)和聚乙二醇(PEG);聚丙二醇以及共聚醚等合成了系列亲水聚醚酯,然后研究了亲水聚醚酯结构以及溶液浓度、温度等对溶液性质,如表面张力、临界胶束浓度(CMC)、浊点、接触角(θ)等的影响.结果表明:只由PEG等合成的聚醚酯其溶液表面张力值、CMC、浊点是最高,接触角也最大;由PEG/无规共聚醚合成的亲水聚醚酯,其溶液性质的测定值均为最小;而由PEG/PPG合成的亲水聚醚酯溶液这些性质的测定值则居中;浓度越高,聚醚酯溶液平衡表面张力值越小,浊点越低,接触角θ越小.     

水溶性树枝状聚（胺-酯）在含C r3＋废水处理中的应用

以乙二胺、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯和二乙醇胺或三羟甲基氨基甲烷为原料,合成了水溶性树枝状聚（胺-酯）.讨论了树枝状聚（胺-酯）用量、离心时间及溶液pH值对于Cr3＋去除率的影响.实验结果表明,25℃时,当pH=9.22,以3000 r/min的转速离心13 min,用20 mL PAE（NH2）8（c=0.01 mol/L）溶液处理10 mL CrCl3（c=0.1 mol/L）溶液时,Cr3＋的去除率最高,为81.72%;25℃时,当pH=8.48,以3000 r/min的转速离心10 min,用20 mL PAE（OH）16（c=0.01 mol/L）溶液处理10 mL CrCl3（c=0.1 mol/L）溶液时,Cr3＋的去除率最高,为90.85%;25℃时,当pH=7.67,以3000 r/min的转速离心7 min,用20 mL PAE（OH）24（c=0.01 mol/L）溶液处理10 mL CrCl3（c=0.1 mol/L）溶液时,Cr3＋的去除率最高,为95.17%.     

RP-HPLC梯度洗脱法测定2,3-二甲基-6-氨基-2H吲哚盐酸盐中乙酸的含量

目的:建立2,3-二甲基-6-氨基-2H吲哚盐酸盐中乙酸的高效液相色谱含量测定方法.方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,TSKgel ODS-100V色谱柱(4.6×150mm,5μm),以0.05%磷酸-甲醇溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0m L/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为210nm.结果:混合溶液中乙酸与供试品分离度良好,空白溶剂无干扰;乙酸检测限为0.30μg/m L、乙酸定量限为1.00μg/m L;乙酸在1.00μg/m L~100.10μg/m L浓度范围内线性关系;平均加样回收率100.3%;精密度良好、重复性、稳定性良好;耐用性良好;三批供试品乙酸含量均小于含量限度(0.05%),符合规定.结论:该方法可用于测定2,3-二甲基-6-氨基-2H吲哚盐酸盐中的乙酸含量.
