近年来,一流学科建设的研究在持续升温。通过对CNKI数据库相关文献研究发现:我国一流学科的研究热点主要集中在一流学科的本质与内涵、一流学科的建设要素、一流学科的实践探索、一流学科建设经验借鉴以及一流学科与一流大学的关系等五个方面。未来一流学科的研究应该在研究视角层次、自然科学与人文社会学科、学科评价体系与学科文化内涵、研究生教育与本科教育等层面加以关注,为学科建设提供更多借鉴。  相似文献

This article explores the process of supervising prospective group counselors in terms of the problems and the issues counseling students present during group practicum. In it, group counselors express concerns about (a) establishing a trust relationship with both their supervisors and their peers, (b) assuming a group leadership position, (c) establishing a satisfactory co-leadership relationship, (d) knowing when and how to disclose information about themselves to their counseling groups, and (e) integrating theory and practice. It is suggested that the process of supervision take into consideration the common set of issues that beginning group counselors face and that supervision be an active rather than a reactive process. The article also presents methods for conceptualizing and conducting the practicum for group counselors.  相似文献

The article reviews research and findings on problems and issues faced when translating international academic achievement tests. The purpose is to draw attention to the problems, to help to develop the procedures followed when translating the tests, and to provide suggestions for further research. The problems concentrate on the following: the unique and demanding purpose of the translation task, the partly contradictory task specifications and translation instructions, the indecision as to whether to produce one or two target versions, the indecision as to whether to use one or two source versions, inadequate revision and verification, deficient translator competences, and a lack of time. To solve the problems, the article suggests the following: ensuring that the translation guidelines provide a right, unequivocal, and balanced picture of the purpose of the translation task; ensuring the equivalence of the two source versions; putting more emphasis on revision, and ensuring that the verification is sufficiently thorough; using only qualified translators, providing them with training in test translation, and including also subject matter and testing specialists in the translation teams; and allotting sufficient time to the translation work. However, the main lesson from the review is that more research in the field is badly needed.  相似文献

我国小学“三点半难题”是教育改革与经济发展不协调的产物,是在为中小学生减负、规范中小学管理过程中衍生出的教育性问题,也是随着社会经济的发展、家庭结构的变化而产生的社会性难题.为应对“三点半难题”,现阶段主要形成了无人看管、老人接送、课后托管和父母接管四种办法.但这些办法非但没有彻底解决学生“监管真空期”的难题,反而引发出交通安全、食品安全、教育负效果等新问题.综合治理“三点半难题”,必须在思想层面秉承教育公平的理念,明确其公共福利的性质定位;在制度层面形成以政府担当为主导,以公立学校为主体,支持校外机构发展,社会成员广泛参与的多元治理体系;在实践层面以学生发展为目标,合理确定课后服务内容形式,坚持动态监评;形成思想、制度、实践层层推进,学校、家长、政府、社会共同参与的治理模式.  相似文献

Counselor education programs have a responsibility to ensure that individuals are competently trained, demonstrate understanding of ethical guidelines, and are free of observable psychological issues that may affect their ability to provide adequate counseling services. Counselor trainees who do not reach or maintain these professional standards may exhibit problems of professional competence (PPC). This position paper provides a review of the issues related to PPC among counselor trainees. It offers guidelines to counselor education programs for developing PPC policies and procedures. Early childhood teachers in Brazil might teach in a number of settings – crèches, preschools, and grades 1–4. Crèches, funded largely by the state and local governments, were designed to care for the physical needs and well-being of children ages 4 months to about 4 years. These facilities developed very rapidly during the period of military government from 1964–1985 (Rosemberg, 1992). In crèches, mothers have long been considered suitable caregivers for these children. Thus, it is easy to understand the current public perception of crèches as being facilities for “baby-sitting.” Teachers, then, are viewed primarily as entertainers and monitors of children. Further, because the official purpose is to assure children's physical health and hygiene, without regard to educational purposes, nurses are the professionals who generally take care of infants and young children (Campos, Grosbaum, Pahim & Rosemberg 1986).  相似文献
