国外动态测验的理论与应用及其对我国考试评价改革的启示

传统的学生评估一直以来都建立在静态测量和评价的基础上.然而,传统的静态测验只能评估学生以往学习的结果,无法评估学生学习的过程以及学生的未来学习潜能.动态测验可以弥补静态测验的缺陷,能够直接评估学生的学习过程和未来发展潜能.笔者认为,从动态测验观点出发考察我国的考试评价改革,可以获得一些有益的启示.     

人才智力测评的现状及发展趋势

当代人才智力测评在国际上已呈现出一些新的特点及发展趋势:使用和修订经典智力测验和发展新测验相结合,注重理论导向,注重成功智力的测量,注重动态测评,情景化评估,大力发展计算机自适应测验。国内智力测评虽然仍相对落后,但国内的智力测验也正走向智能化、动态化、多维化。     

动态测验:当代智力测验的新发展

随着心理学和认知科学的进一步发展,人们对智力活动的动态过程有了更深刻的认识,动态测验从一种动态的角度来评价个体的智力,能够弥补传统静态测验的缺陷和不足,这正成为西方当代心理和教育测验研究与应用领域的一大热点。目前国外最有代表性的动态测验有学习潜能评估工具、学习潜能测验、过程学习测验和认知加工测验。

动态测验是以维果茨基的最近发展区理论为基础、以过程为导向的智力测验方法.文章通过查阅动态测验在特殊儿童鉴别方面的资料,认为动态测验比传统测验能更有效鉴别特殊儿童,但动态测验仍存在不足之处,对特殊儿童的鉴别应该在传统的静态测验的基础上进一步考虑儿童在动态测验中的表现和成绩,最后的诊断要以临床综合判断为主.
