逆向工程及快速成型技术在电极设计中的应用

逆向工程技术及快速成型技术在2008年江苏省大学生实践创新训练计划项目中的应用,采用图片转三维的逆向工程技术进行电极的三维建模,在三维转实体的近似处理中,选取wrl格式以保留渲染的色彩,在分层软件中以每层0.05mm切片,最终使用三维打印式快速成型机z-printer450实现了以江苏信息职业技术学院院标图案为样本的＂养正修能＂的院标电极的设计及快速制造。     

逆向工程技术及其在模具制造中的应用

简要阐述了逆向工程技术的基本内涵及其实施过程、应用范围和发展条件,结合模具设计制造的特点,着重介绍了一种比较实用的、低成本的基于数控仿型的逆向工程技术应用系统,探讨了系统的实现方法与可行性、关键技术的解决方案,并分析了逆向工程技术目前应用中的不足之处,提出了实施过程中需要注意和解决的问题.     

逆向工程及快速成型技术在高校工程实训中的探索与实践

介绍了逆向工程及快速成型的工作原理、应用范围和工程实训过程,借助GeomagicStudio和UP1.18软件平台,通过点云处理、建模、快速成型等过程使学生了解逆向工程和快速成型技术的基础理论及工作过程,并通过实验掌握关节臂式激光扫描测量设备的使用、逆向产品设计的方法、快速成型的流程及快速成型设备的操作。     

基于Pro/Engineer的快速原型技术

论述了快速原型技术与现代先进设计制造技术相结合的方法，研究了大型三维CAD软件Pm／Engineer在RP技术中的应用，并给出了汽车轮胎应用两种技术相结合进行制造的实例．     

基于RE的汽车曲面模型的快速原型制造

反求设计与快速原型技术在现代制造活动中发挥着越来越重要的作用。以汽车曲面模型为对象,论述了反求设计与快速原型一体化制造的工艺过程、关键技术,为产品的快速创新设计和制造提供新的思路。

20CrMnH的稀土共渗工艺对渗碳动力学的影响研究

对20CrMoH材料汽车齿轮在周期式可控气氛多用炉中进行了稀土渗碳工艺的研究。通过实验考察了添加稀土对渗碳层深及提高碳势对渗碳速度的影响。实验结果表明:采用880℃～900℃,以氮气加甲醇为载体气氛的稀土渗碳工艺中,稀土加入量为5%时渗碳效果最佳,使碳在奥氏体中的扩散系数较普通渗碳提高了1.25～1.35倍;稀土渗碳过程中,提高碳势能稍增加渗碳层厚度,但效果并不明显。     

Quality of life and cost-effectiveness of combined therapy for reflux esophagitis

Objective: To evaluate clinical, Quality of Life (QoL) and medical cost outcomes in patients with symptomatic reflux esophagitis (RE) receiving different ″triple combination therapy″. Methods: A multicenter medical effectiveness trial conducted in 10 hospitals of 5 regions in Zhejiang Province. 248 patient-volunteers were assigned to 8 weeks of ″ triple combination therapy″ with Lansoprazole plus Cisapride and Sucralfate or Ranitidine plus Cisapride and Sucralfate. Main outcomes assessment included symptoms scale scores, RE severity, QoL at baseline and 8 weeks. Medical cost data were collected with cost analysis questionnaire. Results: (1)More Lansoprazole group patients noted RE symptoms resolution than Ranitidine group(92.3% vs 78.4%, P<0.01). There was no striking difference between two groups in RE healing rate (90.8% vs 82.9%, P>0.05). (2)RE significantly impaired QoL of patients(P<0.001).Compared with Ranitidine group, QoL in Lansoprazole group had significant improvement (rate of ″good″ QoL 64.5% vs 45.6%, P<0.01). (3)There was close correlation between symptomic effectiveness and QoL rating scale in both the Lansoprazole and Ranitidine group(P<0.01, r=0.235 and 0.353 respectively). There were no statistical difference of medical cost between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: RE significantly impaired QoL of patients. ″Triple combination therapies″ can significantly improve RE symptoms and QoL. Lansoprazole combination therapy was more cost-effective than Ranitidine combination group.     

An easy-to-use site-directed mutagenesis method with a designed restriction site for convenient and reliable mutant screening

Site-directed mutagenesis (SDM) has been a very important method to probe the function-structure relationship of proteins. In this study, we introduced an easy-to-use, polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based SDM method for double-stranded plasmid DNA, with a designed restriction site to ensure simple and efficient mutant screening. The DNA sequence to be mutated was first translated into amino acid sequence and then the amino acid sequence was reversely translated into DNA sequence with degenerate codons, resulting in a large number of sequences with silent mutations, which contained various restriction endonuclease (RE) sites. Certain mutated sequence with an appropriate RE site was selected as the target DNA sequence for designing a pair of mutation primers to amplify the full-length plasmid via inverse PCR. The amplified product was 5'-phosphorylated, circularized, and transformed into an Escherichia coli host. The transformants were screened by digesting with the designed RE. This protocol uses only one pair of primers and only one PCR is conducted, without the need for hybridization with hazardous isotope for mutant screening or subcloning step.     

Swedish religious education at the end of the 1960s: classroom observations,early video ethnography and the national curriculum of 1962

The aim of this article is to present a unique corpus of film-recorded classroom observations of sixth-grade classes (age 12–13) in the Swedish cities of Gothenburg, Partille and Trollhättan in the late 1960s. The material documents how RE could be taught in Swedish schools in line with the curriculum of Lgr 62 which internationally was an early attempt to design an approach to religious education (RE) which responded to demands of pluralism and objectivity and before the name of the subject was changed from Christian Religious Education (CRE) (Kristendomskunskap) into RE (Religionskunskap). The aim is also to scrutinise how the documented teaching and classroom activities relate to the curriculum of the time. 52 film-recorded classes in CRE have been analysed. One result – not surprisingly, as the teachers knew that they were being filmed – is that the content of teaching follows the CRE syllabus. As Christianity occupies the bulk of teaching time, it can be questioned whether the subject meets the objectivity requirement. There were few references to the experience of the pupils and the surrounding society. The heated public debate about the subject is not observable in the classroom.

鲁棒点匹配算法中的退火温度是按常数比率降低的,它导致运行时间长。文章基于对应关系矩阵的熵和退火温度是同时变化的现象,提出采用熵来建模退火温度,由此得到一种新的算法。尝试了两种实现方案,实验表明它们都比原算法高效,其中一种实现方案的鲁棒性和配准精度都非常接近原算法。     

The voice of the cultural restorationists: recent trends in RE policy-making

This article considers the nature of RE curriculum policy-making from 1988–97. It concentrates on the hegemonic intent of cultural restorationists. Cultural restorationism finds expression when current political action is justified by particular interpretations being placed upon the past. This involves particular use of language and a strong emphasis on tradition, culture and the past. It is also related to economics, policy-making generally and, for this article, is particularly related to RE curriculum policy-making. The ‘voice’ of the cultural restorationists is explored and the manner in which they proceeded to impact on RE policy-making. The context of text production is explored, with its public ridicule and derision, also the marginalization of key figures and groups with skilful manipulation being made of the media. Language itself was adapted and used as a tool to achieve a manipulative and ‘ratchet-like’ effect on education. Many official documents are used positively to effect their agenda, reflecting hegemonic intent. In religious education policy-making cultural restorationism is aligned closely to a ‘Christianizing’ agenda. This involves the increased use of centralizing powers and the subsequent redefinition of the role for those involved at a local level in RE. Interview data are used from parliamentarians and those seeking to influence the processes. The article concludes that RE is increasingly subject to central control, despite its unique status vis à vis the National Curriculum.

Life Design-Ethics-Religion Studies: non-confessional RE in Brandenburg (Germany)

‘Life Design-Ethics-Religion Studies’ (LER) is the only non-confessional form of religious education (RE) in Germany. Six years after German reunification, the federal state of Brandenburg introduced LER with its dimension of non-confessional RE into the school curriculum. In this contribution, LER will be elucidated in three steps. First, the focus will be on LER as an integrative concept encompassing (a) an integration of mainly philosophical investigation as well as religious issues and (b) social integration, in a course where secular pupils and those of different denominations learn together. Second, I will describe how this new concept brought about a break with the long history of confessional RE in Germany and realised the precept of neutrality of religious education provided by the State. Finally, I will examine how the subject was accompanied by a new understanding of RE and how the concept of ‘Religion Studies’ is related to the concepts of ‘Ethics’ and ‘Life Design’. Here, attention will also be given to the competences that can be specified for LER.
