本文就语汇的分类和造词法问题提出了自己的一些看法。主张首先应该将语汇分为大众语汇和非大众语汇,而不是基本语汇和一般语汇,语汇学主要研究的是大众语汇,这样可避免同义词研究过程中所遭遇的尴尬。还从语言教学的角度考虑,提出需要开展对基本语素和基本熟语研究及研究设想。关于造词法问题,主张区分"造词"和"语汇成员形成"这两个不同的概念,否定把外来词语和缩略语纳入造词法研究范围。 相似文献

The article contributes to the theory of action research by focusing upon kinds of action an individual may undertake in relation to their research endeavour. The article explores action as illusion, as occurring at different speeds according to context, as ‘cure’, as repair to maintain a system, as system improvement, as border skirmishes, as deconstruction and as stealth action. Each of these kinds of action has implications for the action researcher seeking to bring about change. This article argues for a case study approach to teaching critical thinking skills to criminal justice students. The article looks at a high-profile case during President Obama’s presidency, the disorderly conduct arrest of Dr. Henry Louis Gates, Jr. by Sgt. James Crowley of the Cambridge police department, to demonstrate how to facilitate guided discussion in the classroom as a way to reveal the complex processes that produce workplace documents and to encourage criminal justice students, as future professionals, to be more thoughtful producers and users of workplace writing. The article draws on multiple primary and secondary documents as well as archival research. Although the article focuses on an event that received national attention, this approach can be applied to the discussion of any workplace document. 相似文献

AbstractThis article is the first and introductory article of this special issue. The article gives a societist account of the principles of partnership and recognition as they are encountered and experienced in practices in action research. A societist account of practices requires a social theory for understanding practices. Therefore, the article utilises the resources of a contemporary form of practice theory, the theory of practice architectures and ecologies of practices, to lay down the foundation for conceptualising partnerships and recognition. Specifically, it introduces the theory as a foundation for the other articles in this special issue which, as a collective, examine the cultural-discursive, material-economic and social-political arrangements that enable and constrain particular kinds of partnerships and recognition that exist or evolve in site-based education development. Additionally, the article presents theoretical considerations concerning the principles of partnership and recognition that emerge as enmeshments of one another which mutually form, reform and transform practices in action research. 相似文献

This article draws on an ethnographic research study of children's text making in the home, as well as interviews with visual artists in South Yorkshire, to explore the idea of affordance as cultural (Kress 1997; Kress and van Leeuwen 2001). The article draws on Kress and van Leeuwen's concept of the affordance of a mode, and argues that in the case of children's meaning making, affordance has to be seen as being shaped by culture. This means attending to children's cultural and physical spaces, their worlds, in order to trace back and understand meanings inside their texts. The article takes particular instances of practice and then traces back their meaning, in order to show how cultural meanings sediment into texts. The article argues that English teachers can use this lens of texts as traces of practice to make sense of the multimodal texts children produce in classrooms. 相似文献
