《人文社科文献资源共建、共知、共享北京宣言》强调人文社科信息资源的重要性,肯定CASHL的成功经验,呼吁建立国家级人文社科信息资源保障与服务体系,标志着我国人文社会科学信息资源共享迈上了一个新的平台。     

建国后高校文科外文文献的发展状况与未来保障研究

以高校人文社科外文文献为重点,概述建国以来我国高校的文献收藏情况、对人文社会科学研究的支撑程度和满足水平、以及面对问题采取的保障与宏观建设方案.     

基于重点学科引文分析的我国高校人文社会科学外文文献保障率研究

使用抽样调查方法,以利用外文文献较多的人文社会科学重点学科为研究对象,通过对教师、硕、博士研究生的科研成果进行引文分析,研究高校人文社会科学教学科研人员的外文文献需求和信息利用行为模式,并与CASHL项目的馆藏情况进行比对,研究高校人文社科外文文献保障率,为构建我国高校人文社科外文文献资源保障体系提供理论支持。     

构建国家级人文社科文献资源保障与服务体系-《北京宣言》的理念与CASHL的实践

解读了《北京宣言》昭示的理念和CASHL文献资源共建、共知和共享的成功实践,从保证稳定的资金投入、提高资源建设与服务质量、加强宣传推广、建立评估机制等方面提出了构建国家级人文社科文献资源保障与服务体系的建议。

CASHL文献资源保障实证研究——以教育部直属农业院校为例

CASHL是中国高校人文社会科学文献中心(China Academic Humanities and Social Sciences Library)的英文简称,经过7年建设,现已成为全国高校师生获取人文社科外文资源的重要渠道。本文对教育部直属农业院校人文社科学科专业师生发表论文的外文引文进行统计分析,对照南京农业大学图书馆现有馆藏,结合对该校相关学院师生获取文献途径的调查,实证研究CASHL对农业类高校外文资源的保障程度,提出CASHL文献资源建设建议和行业性高校图书馆文献资源建设对策。     

高校人文社科外文资源的布局与保障方法

针对我国高校人文社科外文文献资源的发展现状及其结构性缺藏、共建共享服务不足等问题,从宏观文献资源建设的角度,结合"高校文科图书引进项目"和"中国高校人文社会科学文献中心"(CASHL)的调查和实践,讨论在资源共建共享理念的基础上开展外文资源合理布局和最终保障的方法和途径。     

文科专款项目对高校教学科研的保障和促进作用

对文科专款的经费保障和馆藏优化作用进行总体概述,分别从人文社科外文图书的需求和利用情况、人文社科外文图书的SSCI保障以及人文社科外文图书促进教学和科研的案例分析三个方面,论述了文科专款项目对高校人文社科资源建设和教学科研的保障和促进作用,并就资源发展政策、馆藏结构优化和服务效益提升等问题提出发展对策.     

河南省五家科研院所人文社科文献收藏及服务状况调研

河南省社会科学院以及文化厅直属四家专业科研院所收藏的人文社科文献资料比较丰富,其文献资料的主要服务对象为本所科研人员,研院所与高校之间较少开展文献共享工作,现阶段实现所校之间人文社科文献共享尚存在较大困境。     

人文社会科学研究人员信息搜集的行为规则分析

人文社会科学研究人员搜集文献信息时,喜欢采用最便捷的方式;对常用的搜集文献途径有依赖性;由于人文社科文献的特点,他们有自己收藏图书资料的习惯。人文社科专业图书馆应该按照读者的特点和需求,改进服务策略和手段,提高服务的主动性。参考文献9。     

Republican Scientific-Medical Library, The Republic of Armenia: progress and programs

In 1990, the Republican Scientific-Medical Library (RSML) of the Ministry of Health of Armenia in collaboration with the Fund for Armenian Relief created a vision of a national library network supported by information technology. This vision incorporated four goals: (1) to develop a national resource collection of biomedical literature accessible to all health professionals, (2) to develop a national network for access to bibliographic information, (3) to develop a systematic mechanism for sharing resources, and (4) to develop a national network of health sciences libraries. During the last decade, the RSML has achieved significant progress toward all four goals and has realized its vision of becoming a fully functional national library. The RSML now provides access to the literature of the health sciences including access to the Armenian medical literature, provides education and training to health professionals and health sciences librarians, and manages a national network of libraries of the major health care institutions in Armenia. The RSML is now able to provide rapid access to the biomedical literature and train health professionals and health sciences librarians in Armenia in information system use. This paper describes the evolution of the RSML and how it was accomplished.     

高校图书馆人文社科学科服务的思考和实践——以清华大学图书馆哲学学科服务为例

[目的/意义]人文社科和理工科的学科服务工作有各自的特色,高校图书馆如何做好人文社科学科服务值得探讨。[方法/过程]通过文献调研了解国内人文社科学科服务研究和实践,总结人文社科学科特点,重点介绍清华大学图书馆哲学学科服务实践。[结果/结论]长期存在的重理轻文的潜意识对人文社科学科服务依然有负面影响。人文社科学科服务实证研究偏少。清华大学图书馆人文社科学科服务践行全覆盖、个性化、重细节、有情怀的学科服务理念,从基础工作开始,扎实推进,支撑学科发展,扩大学科影响,促进人文思想的普及和传播。

This essay introduces the special forum on funded research in communication. It briefly discusses the relationship of funded research with theoretical and methodological development in the communication discipline and the impact of receiving grant support on the professional life of an academic and on collegiality, resources, and university recognition for a department of communication. It also addresses the potential impact of funded research for strengthening the role and visibility of the communication discipline in the social sciences, and for increasing the impact of communication scholarship on policy.

人文社科类研究生对图书馆电子资源利用及满意度调查与分析

此次调查以了解南京航空航天大学人文社科类研究生对图书馆电子资源的了解、利用及满意情况为目的,调查对象涉及经济、管理、文学和法律等人文社科类硕士和博士研究生。利用SPSS统计软件对结果进行分析,了解了不同电子资源的利用特点和满意情况以及不利用和不满意的原因,据此得出相应结论,希望能对南京航空航天大学图书馆有关人文社科类电子资源的馆藏建设和发展有所帮助。     

A local network for sharing resources and technical support: BACS/PHILNET

Within the framework of large regional and national networks, local libraries can benefit by working together. We report the establishment of an online health sciences library network to share resources and technical support in the greater St. Louis area. BACS/PHILNET has evolved beyond a local automated interlibrary loan network to pilot off-site integrated library and information management systems in hospitals.
