毕节学院特殊教育发展研究

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010——2020年)》把特殊教育作为八大教育发展任务之一,第一次在国家教育规划中将特殊教育单列一章,进一步将特殊教育纳入国家教育事业改革和发展大局之中,充分体现了党和政府对残疾人教育的高度重视。通过对毕节学院打造特殊教育品牌专业对毕节试验区高等特殊教育之重要性分析,探讨了毕节试验区经济社会实现可持续发展、构建和谐社会过程中,特殊教育学校师资以及学生就业目标定位等问题,提出了毕节学院抓住机遇充分发挥学校优势资源,积极发展特殊高等教育和大力发展特殊教师教育,将特殊教育打造成为富有特色、省内一流、在国内同类高校中有影响的学科专业,更好地为毕节试验区经济和社会发展服务,实现毕节试验区高等特殊教育发展历史性跨越的思路。

"同心"品牌作为统一战线服务科学发展的知名品牌,在助推毕节试验区改革发展过程中具有不可替代的作用。实施毕节试验区改革发展"升级版"战略,要进一步发挥"同心"品牌的重要作用。首先要明确"升级版"和"同心"品牌的内涵,找准"同心"品牌的发力点;不断推进同心工程建设;加大宣传力度,提升"同心"品牌认可度和美誉度;充分发挥毕节试验区专家顾问组的重要作用;发挥民主党派联系广泛的优势,借助民主党派中央、省委和各对口帮扶单位的智慧和力量,强化"同心"品牌的帮扶效应;扩大与工商联合作的区域,打造海外引资平台;筹建"同心学院",推广"同心"文化,彰显"同心"品牌价值。     

继往开来三十年——《毕节学院学报》发展纪实

《毕节学院学报》今年已经创刊30周年.人生三十而立,比之于人,学报亦有共同之处. 自1983年创刊以来,《毕节学院学报》遵守国家新闻出版法律法规,坚持"双百"方针,坚守学术道德,坚持为教学科研服务,为培养人才服务,突出地方特色、民族特色.专设了突出学术特色和地域特色的系列专栏,如修辞学专栏、彝学专栏、逻辑学专栏、毕节试验区研究专栏、特殊教育研究等,刊发了不少高水准的文章,受到理论界的关注和好评,在全国范围内产生了良好的社会影响.     

西部地方本科院校逻辑学教学改革与创新探索——以毕节学院为例

西部地方本科院校由于建设时间短、学科不完善、师资力量不足等原因,极大地制约了逻辑学教学的发展。为了解决这个困境,以毕节学院为例进行深入分析,探索逻辑学教学改革的新思路,打造逻辑学创新模式,并加以推广,使西部地方高校逻辑学教学水平有较大的提高。     

服务地方经济社会发展的产学研平台构建路径探析——以矿业工程产学研平台建设为例

毕节试验区煤炭资源富集,但受经济条件和复杂地质条件限制,安全生产事故较多,严重制约了毕节试验区煤炭产业的快速发展。毕节学院大力加强矿业工程学科建设,通过与贵州鲁中矿业有限责任公司合作办学,共建特色高效的产学研平台,有力促进了毕节试验区煤炭产业的安全快速健康发展,同时提升了毕节学院矿业工程学科青年教师的科研能力,为矿业工程学科学生进行专业实习打下了坚实基础。

毕节学院作为毕节试验区唯一的一所全日制普通本科高校,如何将毕节学院建设成为优质的特殊教育师资培养培训基地,对于提高和改善试验区特殊教育学校的师资队伍与教学质量有着重大意义。本研究以解决毕节学院特殊教育专业发展的实际问题为出发点,也期望通过毕节学院的建设,能够丰富国内高校特殊教育办学的相关经验。

The Reader Response Approach to Teaching of English Literature

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models. At last I evaluate its usefuiness for teachers and present the advantages of reader response approach in Chinese context.
