基于SNA的我国高校学科分布网络分析

为了更加直观地了解我国高校学科布局结构,以2012年教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心第三轮学科评估数据为研究对象,首先运用社会网络分析方法(SNA)对我国高校一级学科分布网络进行可视化展示,并对网络密度、中心性等网络特征进行分析;其次针对学校类型进行学科差异化分析;最后通过数据纵向对比分析评估我国重点学科建设成效,以期能为学位点动态调整和优化学科布局提供决策参考。     

基于聚类分析和主成分分析的高校学科结构研究

科学把握我国高校间学科布局和学科结构特征对高校精准决策具有重要意义。聚类分析可以根据学科结构的相关性和学科特征对高校进行分组分类;主成分分析方法可以对原始数据进行降维处理,实现对评估高校学科差异化的快速、合理、有效地综合评价,进而对高校进行分组分类。两种评估模型与方法利用可视化的方法,在一定程度上能够规避大学排行榜绝对排名带来的负面影响,实现高校学科发展精准决策。     

上海市优势与潜力学科分析——基于Scopus数据库的文献计量分析

文献计量学方法是数据挖掘分析的重要方法,因其客观性和较易操作等优点被广泛应用于学科科研评价中。本文基于Scopus数据,运用文献计量学方法,尝试对上海主要高校学科的科研表现进行评估。研究发现:仅从引文计量指标来看,基于Scopus数据库的上海市高校学科分析结果好于基于WoS数据库的分析结果;结合其他相关文献计量指标后,发现上海高校优势与潜力学科发展结构不合理,缺乏对整个学科生态群布局规划等问题。因此,对学科科研进行评估时,不仅要采用引文分析的方法,而且要基于科研质量和实际贡献导向,综合应用各种相关文献计量指标进行分析。     

合格评估和水平评估服务于高校学位点建设协同治理研究

随着我国研究生教育进入发展的快车道,建立高效能治理和高质量发展体系的需求日益迫切。学位授权点合格评估和水平评估作为保障研究生教育质量的重要手段,如何深度挖掘二者的特有功能、科学认识差异化理念、克服重后者轻前者的误用、优化学科建设治理生态是高校实现高效治理的新课题。分析了当前对两类评估被动式应用和其在学位授权点治理中特殊作用的缺失,在剖析两类评估特征的基础上,从两个维度研究了二者在高校学位授权点治理体系中的特殊地位和协同治理的可行性。提出三个协同治理建议：在学科发展时空布局上,注重不同生命周期学位授权点两类评估的协同;在学科生态布局上,理性认知二者互补的评估机制与结果,注重学位授权点布局生态,合理调整学科结构;在建设资源布局上,注重根据学科新生态布局进行资源配置,建立信息跟踪等支撑体系,助推构建高校内部质量治理新格局。     

我国高校教育学学科实力与现状研究——基于对第四轮学科评估结果的分析

以四轮学科评估涉及教育学科的具体数据为依托, 通过定性研究与定量研究相结合的方法,对我国教育学科近15 年的发展情况与实力进行剖析。分析显示：我国师范类高校教育学实力明显高于其他类型高校;教育学评估均分持续增长,学科实力逐步上升;世界排名靠后,距离世界一流教育学科仍有较大差距。未来我国在教育学科建设上仍应该坚持发展中国特色,打造具有中国特色的世界一流教育学科;加强国际交流与合作,提升教育学科的整体实力与国际地位。     

研究型大学学科国际评估实施现状与特征探究 ——基于对我国研究生院高校的调查分析

介绍了我国高校开展学科国际评估的情况,阐述了学科国际评估的实施过程与特征,即以发展性评价为目标,采用自我评估与国际同行评审相结合的方法,突出评估内容的整体覆盖与有机联系,强调人才培养的过程性和国际竞争力,重视学科结构与学术方向布局的合理性,关注教师学术发展的潜力与支持条件。通过调查部分研究型大学开展学科国际评估的情况,对此项工作存在的问题进行分析并提出了建议。     

我国普通高校ESI学科分布特征及对学科建设的启示

以ESI数据库更新的2004年1月1日至2015年4月30日时段数据为依据,对我国普通高校入围ESI全球前1%学科的来源高校、地域、学科领域、排名位次等分布特征进行分析,发现我国普通高校ESI学科聚集在少数“985工程”和“211工程”建设高校,地域分布集中在若干东部沿海省份,入围学科集中在少数几个学科领域,学科排名位次普遍靠后。为加快我国ESI学科建设水平,建议优化“985工程”建设高校ESI学科布局,加大地方高校ESI学科支持力度,促进中西部地区ESI学科发展,提升人文社会学科国际化研究水平。     

基于三大检索系统收录论文对地方高等院校科研水平与学科发展的评价研究

基于SCI—E（即SCI网络版）、Ei和ISTP这三大数据库,对浙江省25所本科院校在2006—2010年5年间被收录的论文,运用文献计量法对论文数量、收录论文的年度、学科分布和院校排名进行统计与分析,通过定量数据反映地方高校的科研水平和学科发展,为地方高校的科研评估、学科建设提供数据参考．也为高校图书馆拓展信息服务内容进行有益探索。     

双维视角的高校学科布局特征及优化策略

学科竞争力与学科布局分析是明确高校学科发展特征的重要分析维度。以Essential Science Indicators分类中Engineering的发文为研究基础,通过对浙江大学等四所代表性高校学科的论文质量与数量指标交叉,综合运用测度宏观布局的象限分析法和测度微观布局结构的梯队分级测度法,分析研究规模和学术影响力,从宏观微观双维视角比较高校学科布局特点和竞争力。研究发现,基于象限的宏观分析法可直观地剖析学科优劣特征;基于细致量化指标的梯度测度法通过横向对比,可从微观视角获取学科的梯队划分以及梯队内部分层。有效分析高校学科竞争力与布局特征,可对高校制定学科规划、优化学科结构布局、加快建设世界一流学科建设提供参考。

国家级教学成果奖是全国高校学科评估重要评价指标之一,也是衡量高校自身教育教学水平的核心标志;学科评估结果是高校一级学科整体建设水平与成效的直接反映。笔者对近两届国家级教学成果奖与学科评估结果数据比对分析发现,二者高度关联。本文将探索这一现象的原因,以期为高校学科建设与发展提供启示与参考。
