论CT的技术发展

自从Hounsfied发明CT至今已有近40年的历史。CT的出现是传统X线摄影和计算机技术相结合的产物,多层螺旋CT（MDCT）的出现极大地拓宽了CT的临床应用范围,将影像检查手段带人带入了一个崭新的阶段。本文阐述了CT成像技术的的发展过程及相关知识。     

经鼻内窥镜治疗鼻眼相关疾病203例临床分析

鼻窦与眼眶关系密切,眼眶周围2／3区域与鼻窦以骨板相隔。由于其解剖的相关性,在疾病的发生、发展和转归方面,紧密联系,形成了一门新型的边缘学科：鼻眼相关外科学。我们从1997年起,开展了经鼻内窥镜治疗鼻眼相关疾病203例,认真细致的检查分析,应用鼻内窥镜技术完成鼻眼区域的部分手术,取得了较好的临床效果,现报道如下。     

多层螺旋CT尿路造影140例分析

近年来,随着多层螺旋CT技术的成熟及其后处理软件功能日益强大,多层螺旋CT尿路造影(MSCTU),越来越广泛应用于泌尿系统疾病的诊断中.现对我科3 a来140例CT尿路造影患者的CT资料分析如下.     

MSCT对鼻区骨折形态诊断的法医学意义

目的:探讨鼻区外伤骨折形态的多排螺旋CT诊断价值.方法:对120例鼻区外伤患者同时行X线鼻骨侧位摄片和鼻骨水平位横断面螺旋CT扫描,显示单纯性鼻骨骨折40例,占33.33%;粉碎性鼻骨骨折22例,占18.33%;鼻区复合型骨折58例,占48.33%.同时CT还显示了鼻周软组织的损伤情况.结论:在鼻区外伤的影像学检查中,传统X线检查 只是简单初步的筛选方法,应将多排螺旋CT鼻区横断扫描作为必备的检查项目,两种检查方法互相补充对诊断鼻区骨折形态有很大的应用价值,多排螺旋CT扫描是确定鼻区骨折形态的最佳影像学检查方法.     

功能性磁共振成像（fMRI)在视觉注意（visual attention)研究中的应用

笔者对近年功能性磁共振成像技术在视觉注意研究中的应用进行了简要回顾，概述了功能性磁共振成像研究在注意研究中取得的成果与今后这一领域的研究趋势。     

螺旋CT扫描原理及其新进展

螺旋CT扫描是CT扫描成像技术中的突破性进展。与常规的轴向扫描方式不同,螺旋CT是在病人以匀速通过旋转的X线管球的扫描野时进行的,运动的X射线扫描产生的路径是扫描床运动速度的函数,扫描的路径形成一条螺旋线,采集的数据通常称作螺旋数据,其显著的优点是单次屏住呼吸就可以完成整个检查部位的扫描,且可以在任意想要的位置上重建图像,重建平面图像的数据利用180°和360°内插等算法从螺旋数据中获得。本文叙述螺旋CT的基本概念,参数和扫描原理及其新进展对医学技术人员理解螺旋CT也许会有一定的帮     

鼻窦内窥镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术120例分析

随着鼻窦内窥镜技术的不断发展,已经越来越广泛的应用于临床,而且优势明显。我科自1995年开展鼻窦内窥镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术,取得较好效果,尤其对于高位和后段偏曲,和常规额镜下手术相比,效果显著,现报道如下。1 资料和方法1.1 临床资料 鼻中隔偏曲患者120例,男72例,女48例,年龄17-58岁(平均36岁),28例曾于额镜下行鼻中隔粘膜下矫正术,术后效果不满意,再次手术。120例中,单纯鼻中隔偏     

鼻中隔偏曲矫正术61例报告

鼻中隔偏曲是鼻科常见疾病,本文报告采用鼻中隔粘膜下切除术治疗鼻中隔偏曲61例,分析其疗效。认为:此法简便可行,能很好改善鼻腔功能,对顽固性鼻出血,过敏性鼻炎有较好疗效。对二期行功能性鼻窦内窥镜手术者提供良好术野,减少术后并发症。同时对三例手术并发症亦做讨论。     

40例慢性鼻窦炎功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗临床观察

目的观察应用功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法 2006年6月至2008年8月利用鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎40例。结果 40例患者中治愈28例,好转12例,效果满意。结论功能性鼻内窥镜手术微创,可视,手术边界清,减少损伤,彻底清除病变,疗效确切。今后应在功能性鼻内镜手术过程中向微创、无创精细程度上发展。     

肋骨骨折的法医学评析

目的：探讨肋骨骨折的多种检查方法、各种方法的特点及法医学鉴定中肋骨骨折案件中需注意的问题.方法：回顾性统计2009年-2011年某市级司法鉴定机构对肋骨骨折的损伤进行伤残评定的38例案例,均为伤后4天内取后前位摄胸片及多层螺旋CT（Multislice spiral CT）MSCT摄片,并于鉴定之日摄取后前位胸片加患侧...

The clique-graph of G, denoted as K (G), is the graph obtained by taking the cliques of G as vertices, and two vertices are adjacent if and only if the corresponding cliques in G have nonempty intersection. Let F be a class of graphs G such that F={G|K(G) is a tree}. In this paper the graphs in F having independent clique-transversal sets are shown and thus TC (G)/|G|≤1/2 for all G ∈ F.
